Chapter 5 - Chapter 5

On the deserted island, Tengen slowly opened his eyes and got up off the ground. Today's training had come to an end. After all, like shedding extra weight, mastery isn't achieved in a single day. Only by combining work and rest can one move forward.

"Ah, that feels good!" Tengen stretched, flexing his muscles. "Looks like I'm stuck at this stage. Maybe I should catch a couple of pirates for entertainment?"

Ever since that young and beautiful girl from the Marine Watch left, Tengen, while continuing his training and completing missions, began catching pirates out of boredom to claim the bounty on their heads. Among those he caught was even a pirate with a bounty worth tens of millions.

Before each arrest, he would ask them, "Do you want to dance too?"

Unnoticed by him, he became known as the "King of the Dance for Bounty" in the West Blue. To this, Tengen would only smile without commenting. After all, he was simply mimicking Madara's way of speaking, asking, "Do you want to dance?" without any hidden meaning.

"Looks like I've caught almost all the pirates in the West Blue with a bounty of more than five million. If any are left, they've already fled these waters," he muttered after a few seconds.

Tengen frowned slightly. Pirates with bounties under five million didn't interest him. If action was required, he'd send his shadow clone. Because of this, strong pirates who hadn't been caught or killed fled to the Grand Line in fear.

"No wonder the West Blue has now become the weakest sea in terms of pirate numbers," Tengen involuntarily smiled.

His role as a bounty hunter was merely a way to pass the time, but it unexpectedly changed the situation in the West Blue.

He decided to take a walk around the area, but suddenly his steps halted. Tengen's eyes widened in surprise as he saw a ship quickly approaching the island. Even without using the Sharingan, he could make out a black dot on the horizon.

Seconds turned into minutes, and soon a small Marine warship appeared on the horizon.

"A Marine ship? Something's wrong," Tengen frowned.

His observational Haki detected a powerful and aggressive aura emanating from the ship. It seemed like it wanted to strike.

"I didn't anger the Marines, did I?" he muttered. "Wait, that scent... it's that same young girl from the Marines?"

As the ship drew closer to the island, Tengen once again felt the familiar aura and opened his eyes wide.

"Could she have returned?"

Within several minutes, the ship stopped five hundred meters from the island. Tengen glanced at the person in a dark red suit with a rose on the chest and almost gasped.

"Sakazuki?" A Fleet Admiral of the Marine Watch? What's he doing here?

Although Sakazuki was without the justice cape and admiral epaulettes, Tengen recognized him immediately. During the Great War, pictures of the Marine admirals were on the front pages of newspapers, and Tengen had seen them countless times.

And most importantly, Sakazuki's expression was grim, as if his wife had been stolen.

"Damn, I get it! Hibari... that girl from the Marines is Hibari!"

In the next moment, Tengen glanced at the Marine standing nearby with some confusion. His pupils suddenly narrowed, and he couldn't suppress a gasp of surprise.

[Buzz!]

In an instant, as if enlightened, Tengen understood all the causal relationships.

This young and beautiful Marine turned out to be Hibari, Sakazuki's daughter, one of the three admirals of the Marines.

Now everything made sense.

No wonder Hibari was so reluctant to mention who his father was.

It would probably scared him...

This also explains why Hibari brought her father here, to the West Blue. He must be planning to participate in the Summit War.

"No wonder I can't remember anything," Tengen suddenly realized. When he met Hibari, she was in Marine Corps uniform, with light makeup and without a sniper rifle, so he subconsciously overlooked her role.

Moreover,

Sakazuki's daughter, one of the three admirals,

being attacked in the West Blue,

seemed somewhat unbelievable.

Now,

looking at Hibari dressed in a tight tank top with an exposed midriff, wearing gloves, with a sniper rifle on her back and a more refined makeup,

he was sure:

this was indeed Hibari.

She had brought Sakazuki, one of the three admirals, here to witness their love.

"No wonder Sakazuki's aura is so unstable. Right?"

Tengen absentmindedly rubbed his numb cheeks.

Love came too quickly, like a hurricane,

and he finally understood

why Sakazuki's aura, as an admiral, was so unstable.

Probably because he had "devoured" Hibari, and now came to deal with him.

In this regard

Tengen also expressed his understanding.

After all... anyone would be angry if their beloved daughter, whom they had raised for so many years, suddenly slipped away from them, let alone Sakazuki, one of the three admirals.

"Is this an unexpected surprise?"

After a while

Tengen took a deep breath and steadied his emotions.

In the West Blue

he had surprisingly met Sakazuki's daughter. This could be considered a kind of destiny!

If the system had not awakened,

faced with this unique opportunity that comes once in hundreds of years,

he would have unhesitatingly

fallen to one knee and said, "Sakazuki, father-in-law, I heard you don't have a son. If you don't mind, I would like to take care of you in your old age."

Face? Dignity?

They mean nothing in front of such a powerful ally as Sakazuki.

Now

he has some power himself,

and he does not panic.

The rice is already cooked,

he just needs to endure this trial with honor, and he will be able to provide Sakazuki with a dignified old age, even without marrying his daughter.

After all,

if Luffy gets married in the future, and all the Marines headquarters come to the wedding, he could hand Sakazuki a handkerchief and say, "Don't cry, I'll take care of you in your old age."

"your ship is parked there, everything is safe!"

Thinking of this,

Tengen shouted loudly without hesitation
