"Excuse me," Ruan Cheng stated. "My name is Ruan Cheng, and I'm from Morning Star City's Treasure Hall."
"If I may, may I know who the Young Lady and Young Master are?" Ruan Cheng bowed his head, but his voice was demanding as he asked Yuan Fen and Yi Zan to identify themselves. Nobody in Morning Star City dared to disagree with the Treasure Hall's Young Master.
"I am Yuan Fen," Yuan Fen replied politely.
"My name is Zuo Yi Zan," Yi Zan responded courteously. "We are from the Cloud Sword Sect and are enjoying our vacation in Morning Star City." Still, his countenance conveyed his annoyance at the earlier incident.
Ruan Cheng looked at Yi Zan's uniform robe and inquired again after giving it some thought.
"Miss Yi Zan is from Green Peak in Cloud Sword Sect, right?" Looking into Ruan Cheng while being polite about it.
"I do indeed hail from Green Peak. And my grandfather is Lord Green Peak," Yi Zan answered comfortingly. Still, it was obvious that Ruan Cheng's persistent queries were getting on his nerves.
Ruan Cheng was shocked but tried to disguise it by acting modestly. "I am not acquainted with or cognizant of Master Yi, the Cloud Sword Sect's Symbol Master." There were only two Symbol Masters in the Morning Star City area: the Green Peak Master of the Cloud Sword Sect and the elder in the Treasure Hall.
"So this is Green Peak's Miss Yi. I apologize if my men's previous rudeness caused you both to feel uncomfortable," Ruan Cheng replied in a patronizing manner. "Please give Master Yi my warm greetings; we at the Morning Star City Treasure Hall greatly respect him."
"Please visit our treasure hall, Miss Yi, if you are willing. We provide a large selection of excellent products," Ruan Cheng continued. "I hope Miss finds something appropriate among our belongings."
"It goes without saying that we will visit Morning Star City's Treasure Hall. We anticipate seeing some excellent work," Yi Zan replied, glancing at the guard, who appeared to be in pain. "As long as your men don't interfere."
"All right, all right... We are awaiting the arrival of Bro. Yuan Fen and Miss Yi in Morning Star City's Treasure Hall," Ruan Cheng bowed and said, "I'm leaving now." He left the second floor of the Noble Dish Restaurant, his guard following behind, and he could hear the guard whimpering in pain.
