Chapter 9: Arrival in Australia – A Land Untouched

The sun rose slowly over the vast horizon of central Australia, its golden rays spreading across ancient plains, whispering through eucalyptus trees and silent red sands. No cities, no machines—just pure, untouched land. For the first time in centuries, the air was truly fresh, the skies bluer than anything they had ever seen.

From the command tower of the quantum spaceship Agniveer, Deepak Rawat stared out over this land that now belonged to them. He felt both awe and responsibility.

"This is it," he said quietly. "The land where we begin again."

Surveying the Region

The first task after arrival was a full environmental scan.

Chirag's drones deployed like a swarm of silver insects. Hundreds zipped out across the continent, mapping out terrain, identifying plant and animal life, locating water sources, and checking atmospheric conditions.

"Water aquifers detected underground," Chirag reported. "Several rich mineral zones confirmed. Low seismic activity. Ideal for long-term settlement."

Neha grinned. "The ancients called this a desert. But to us? This is Eden."

Khushboo, meanwhile, focused on collecting soil samples for agriculture. The children eagerly helped her, digging into the red earth with gloved hands.

"What are these seeds for?" asked Aditya.

"Everything," she said, holding up a silver canister. "Rice, wheat, fruits, even ancient medicinal herbs. We'll grow our civilization from this soil."

Establishing the First Base

Agniveer, though capable of remaining aloft indefinitely, was designed to convert into a permanent structure once it landed.

Over the next 48 hours, the ship began its auto-deployment process. The lower hull split open like petals blooming, forming huge reinforced platforms. Pillars descended into the earth, anchoring it as a fortress.

The central command tower transformed into a skyline beacon.

Solar wings unfolded, covering acres, soaking in sunlight.

Hydro-recyclers deployed beneath the base, filtering underground water.

Vertical farming domes inflated, preparing for immediate plantation.

"It's like watching a flower grow in real time," said Sonu, awe in his eyes.

Naming the Settlement

As the last structures unfolded and the ship settled into its final shape, the family stood on a high balcony overlooking the vast plain.

"This land," said Deepak, "is ours to shape, but also to protect."

Rakesh stepped forward. "What do we name it?"

Everyone turned toward Deepak.

He looked out at the oceans in the distance. Australia, an island-continent, surrounded by vast waters on all sides… It reminded him of something ancient, something divine.

"Dwarka," he said. "The lost city of the gods. Reborn in the age of men."

A moment of silence passed. Then Sanno smiled. "Yes. Dwarka it shall be."

Exploration Teams Dispatched

Within three days of landing, the Rawat family had established their new command center and set up primary energy grids.

Using hovercraft explorers, they began exploring the surrounding regions. The children were thrilled to join the expeditions, under the watchful eyes of robot guardians.

They discovered ancient rivers that had long dried up, hidden caves filled with glowing crystals, and lush hidden valleys untouched by mankind.

"There's beauty everywhere," whispered Kshitiza. "It's like Earth is young again."

Deepak made it clear: "We will not repeat the mistakes of the future. Every tree planted, every river touched—we do with respect."

Integrating the Yoddhas

The 10,000 Yoddha humanoid robots onboard Agniveer were divided into four divisions:

1. Defenders – For external security and patrolling.

2. Builders – Constructing infrastructure from prefabricated nano blocks.

3. Cultivators – Managing vertical farms and forestry.

4. Educators – Assisting the children and programming local AI libraries.

Each division began work at once.

Within a week:

Roads stretched across Dwarka's core zone.

Vertical farms began growing the first sprouts.

AI command towers synced with Chirag to manage energy and logistics.

A Family Meal in the New World

One evening, as the first batch of food was harvested from hydroponics, the family gathered under the dome of stars for a meal.

Sanno prepared a traditional Indian dinner using lab-grown vegetables and ancient recipes stored in the AI.

They sat together on mats—Rakesh, Sanno, Deepak, Khushboo, Neha, Sonu, and the kids—watching the unfamiliar constellations overhead.

"To the future," said Deepak, raising a glass of purified water.

"No," Rakesh corrected. "To the past. Where we'll rebuild the future."
