Chapter 4: Foundations of a New World
Dawn broke over the Vale of Eternal Springs with golden light filtering through the mist that danced over the glistening lakes and crystal-tipped trees. Where once there was only untouched land and raw Shinsu energy, now there stood the beginnings of something greater—a kingdom forged by the strongest beings from across the multiverse.
The champions of Shinsuhearth wasted no time. Each had a vision, each had strength, and each had followers eager to build a new future.

The Genesis Citadel Rises
At the heart of the Vale, around the newly planted Tree of Will, construction began on the Genesis Citadel—a multi-tiered city built into the natural bowl of the land. Hovering drones—designed by Bulma and powered by Rimaru's Shinsu reactors—flew in synchronized patterns, laying down shimmering lines of reinforced crystal and mystic circuitry.
"Load-bearing columns are stable," Bulma said, examining her holographic schematics. "Shinsu amplifiers are linked to the spring nodes. We'll have functional power and a shield dome by nightfall."
"Good. I want the entire foundation Shinsu-imbued," Davi ordered, his demonic and angelic aura flaring with silent authority. "This city must endure all things—time, war, and fate."
"I can enchant the walls with spirit seals," Rukia offered, stepping forward. "They'll resist both physical and spiritual invasion."
"Add my barrier scrolls on top of that," Sakura chimed in. "Layered defense is key."
Vegeta, observing the rising structures with crossed arms, nodded. "And we'll need guard towers. I'll train elite warriors to man them. No one gets through without resistance."
As they spoke, massive pillars formed of both crystal and enchanted stone began to lift into place. Rimaru's slime clones, each imbued with aspects of his skills, swelled and oozed into crevices, polishing and reinforcing every inch of the rising fortress.

The Five Great Districts
By midday, the teams branched off to begin the foundation of their own sectors—each one infused with the essence of its founder.
1. Harborfront – Luffy's Domain
Luffy stood on the riverbank, arms stretched wide, grinning ear-to-ear. "Let's make this place fun and loud!" he shouted. With Franky and Usopp leading the build, dockyards, floating taverns, and high-tech sailships powered by Shinsu turbines began to take shape. Nami marked trade routes using mana-infused maps, creating a global network of future ports.
2. Celestial Bastion – Goku and Vegeta's Watch
On the mountain ridges, Goku and Vegeta trained with warriors from all worlds. Goten, Trunks, and Piccolo supervised the construction of skyward-facing watchtowers and gravity-enhanced training fields. "This will be our first line of defense," Vegeta declared. "Let them come."
3. Spirit Frontier – Ichigo's Sanctuary
At each of the five spring shrines, Ichigo and Rukia laid soulstones to channel the world's energy. Renji, Uryu, and Toshiro arrived soon after to help bless the area. "This place feels like Soul Society reborn," Ichigo said softly. "Let's protect it better than we did our old home."
4. Arcane Quarter – Natsu and Erza's Flame of Knowledge
With Lucy creating libraries from runed parchment and Gray freezing paths into marble streets, the mages of Fairy Tail erected magical towers that spun with elemental sigils. "No magic will be lost here," Erza swore. "This is where the future of sorcery begins."
5. Hearthlands – Naruto's Home for All
At the foot of the Tree of Will, Naruto oversaw the construction of warm homes, open markets, and an academy for ninjas and civilians alike. "This time," he said, smiling gently, "no one gets left behind." Hinata and Ino organized gardens while Sasuke trained a new generation of shinobi in shadow techniques.

Davi's Inner Circle: The Vanguard of Unity
At the core of the city, Davi and Rimaru began forming a ruling council—those who would act when threats rose too fast for armies.
Rimaru, the Slime Sovereign, as the diplomatic heart and Shinsu regulator.
Bulma, the Tech Overseer, in charge of science, innovation, and defense systems.
Robin, the Archivist, responsible for history, knowledge, and treaties.
Davi, the Divine Sovereign, held both leadership and the ability to link the world through his unique Naming System.
From his throne within the Citadel's rising tower, Davi activated a new protocol:
> SYSTEM MESSAGE: "World Anchor initiated. All Named beings now linked to Sovereign Core. Abilities harmonized."
His eyes flared gold as he accessed the list—every Named individual from Luffy to Naruto, from Ichigo to Goku, their abilities now partially shared with him. And with each, a faint link of strength pulsed back toward them.
> Davi's Trait – Dominion Share: You gain 15% of each Named subject's power. They gain 5% of yours.

Darkness Stirs
As light flourished in the Vale, shadows writhed beyond the peaks of the westernmost mountains.
Within a black spire of corrupted crystal, a hooded figure watched from a throne of bone.
> "They've found a home," the voice rasped. "Good. Let them build. Let them thrive. It makes the harvest more… satisfying."
All around him, beings made of shattered reality and corrupted Shinsu awaited commands—ancient entities, failed gods, twisted monsters cast out from other worlds.
He raised a clawed hand, pressing it to a crystal mirror.
> "Begin the descent."

Back in the Vale…
That evening, fireworks lit up the sky—Nami's spark bombs, Fairy Tail's magic flares, even Rimaru's slime-spawn exploding in dazzling colors. Music played from both Robin's string quartets and Brook's haunted violin.
Davi stood with Rimaru at the highest balcony of the Citadel, watching the celebrations.
"We built something incredible today," Rimaru said. "A home… for everyone."
"And we'll protect it," Davi replied, eyes scanning the horizon. "No matter what comes."
He raised his hand toward the sky. Above, the Tree of Will shimmered, and its energy flared upward, releasing a beacon of Shinsu light that stretched across the world.
> The Nation of Shinsuhearth was born.
And soon, the world would come knocking.
