Side Story – "The Hell Bros:
Training under King Kai was getting intense. Too intense.
So intense that Xicor accidentally roundhouse-kicked himself into a dimensional rift after mixing up Instant Transmission with Instant Regret.
Xicor (falling into a void): "KAIOKEN–NOPE–WAIT THIS ISN'T–AAAHHHHHHH!"
He crash-landed in... Hell.
But not just the regular Hell. This was Prison Block Z, where the universe's biggest screwups go—and where Goku was currently hanging out voluntarily to help keep the peace after causing too much "Ultra Instinct-related property damage."
Goku: "Yo! New guy!"
Xicor (covered in fire bats): "This isn't heaven! I WANT MY PUDDING!"
Suddenly, Raditz kicked down a boulder like a Dragon Ball WWE entrance.
Raditz: "That's MY little brother you're screaming at, pretty boy. State your power level or I'll use your hair as floss!"
Xicor (pulling out a mic): "Power level? Bro, I broke the scouter so hard it applied for retirement benefits."
Cue: Xicor vs Raditz – a ridiculous yet savage battle that cracked open Hell's upper ceiling, letting Goku hop in with a casual:
Goku: "Let's have a triple sparring match! First to punch through a soul tree wins!"
The sparring turned into bonding. Surprisingly, Raditz started respecting Xicor's dual nature: a meme lord and a rage monster.
Then, in the middle of the match, a black mist oozed from the cracks in Hell, forming into a twisted figure—
Avatar of the Kami of War: "Even here… the flames of the Spiral must be tested."
Goku's eyes narrowed. Xicor grinned. Raditz cracked his knuckles.
Meanwhile, on Nocturos, Caelix stood before the Obsidian Prism, an ancient relic from before time itself.
Touching it triggered a memory seal embedded deep in his soul.
[Vision Sequence Begins]
Caelix stood atop a scorched battlefield littered with the bones of gods.
He was once a General of the Spiral Resistance during the First Spiral War.
He fought alongside beings forged from sound, concept, and paradox.
The Kami of War—then only a whispering infant god of conflict—unleashed a universal plague of entropy, turning whole galaxies into rust and regret.
Young Caelix: "I promised… we'd never let the Pantheon rise again."
Present Caelix (gasping): "...We lost. I wasn't reborn—I was recycled."
Across the multiverse, the Avatars of the Kami of War descend:
Mara-Sliver – a war-mind made of living shrapnel.
Ghazron the Rage-Eater – a beast that devours battle-lust and grows stronger.
Belladonna Vale – a tactical goddess whose tears predict bloodshed.
Each of the heroes receives a challenge:
Xicor and Rigor are hit mid-training.
Caelix is chased across timelines.
Turles and Slug? They get ambushed in hypersleep.
Back in Other World, after slapping the War Avatar into pixel dust with Goku and Raditz, Xicor is pulled upward by a pillar of divine light.
Rigor is already waiting at the top, frowning, arms crossed.
Grand Kai: "You two are officially too dangerous to leave alone. Welcome to… The Ultimate Afterlife Bootcamp!"
Cue: massive dojo in space, endless spirit drills, and instructors who are retired gods.
Xicor: "This is either a dream, a nightmare, or DLC I didn't pay for."
While fleeing one of the War Avatars on a broken planet orbiting a dying black sun, Turles and Slug fall into a Cradle of Ancestry—a hidden place that reacts to ancient Saiyan and Namekian genes.
Turles unlocks Primal Seed Mode, enhancing his base form with rootlike tendrils of raw life energy.
Slug's mutation core activates, giving him Titan Form: Hollow Makyo, a demon giant state that channels rage into psychic pressure.
Slug (cackling): "I'VE BEEN UGLY. NOW I'M BEAUTIFUL AND TERRIFYING!"
Turles: "Let's go knock on War's front door."
End of Chapter 11

Caelix discovers the existence of the Zero Spiral, the original source of all war.
