Morgan had wished to figure out who this Lilith Arcane was.. but she was too busy with her work as a representative of clan Valor..
so she asked someone trusted to look into it. and it was looked into..
'Lilith Arcane, an Ascended after a gate in Antarctica.. normal parents.. not a legacy.. serves under the fire keepers since 4 months ago..'
This Pissed off Morgan.
Lilith was clearly not an Ascended.. Morgan checked the database, and she never went to Antarctica officially. she did have an Awakened mom and a dead dad. and it was true she did serve under the fire keepers recently.
'This is mostly lies..'
'She was also pissed because there was no way that Saint Cassia or her Sister, Changing Star did not notice she was a saint, Especially with how prominent her presence was..
that Profane feeling Lilith gave off.. 'I mean, it felt like having a Great Titan in front of you and saying its a Fallen Beast!'
Morgan decided to check for herself as soon as she was done with her duties..

She went to the Ivory Tower and met with Saint Cassia. her usual pragmatic smile on her face as she entered the office of Song of the Fallen.
"Sorry for the intrusion, Saint Cassia, but would you mind explaining to me why there is a saint serving you as a fire keeper?"

Cassia was confused.. Very much so. she did not show it much of course.
"Lady Morgan, i'm afraid I don't know who you would be referring to.."
Morgan's eye twitched.
"Saint Lilith, she has served as a fire keeper since 4 months ago."
Cassie knew who that was.. Lilith Arcane passed all the tests to be a fire keeper. but she was just an Ascended with an enhancement ability… right?
Cassie called her over, after a few minutes, Lilith entered.
"Yes, Lady Cassia, hey Morgan."
Cassia was stunned.. that was no way to call a princess. it would cause trouble.. she was already preparing for a headache when she noticed..
Was Lilith wearing a Presence suppressing charm? how had she not noticed.. Was she really a saint?
Morgan Spoke.
"..Tell Saint Cassia you're a Saint."

After a good 25 minutes of bothersome talks.. she reluctantly had to admit she was a Saint and made a report, keeping her true abilities hidden but giving away her true name and her transformation ability..
Saint Cassia was.. shocked. but did not seem angry..
as for Morgan, as she was descending the stairs Lilith said.
"That was rude… why did you not keep it a secret? don't you know how little freedom Saints have?"
"i won't be joining Valor or Song or even the Government or Nightgarden if you're already considering putting pressure on me."
Morgan.. strangely felt bad at seeing Lilith's face of disappointment…

After that, 2 months passed, Lilith had grown closer with Jet now that she was a saint and helped the fire keeper with more important stuff now that she was a Saint.
but most of all, she secretly sneaked inside the castle of Bastion Despite Morgan's warnings.
Lilith and Morgan grew close very quietly..
But Morgan felt weird. She enjoyed training with Lilith; she was a skilled warrior, just as skilled as her or Nephis.. which was Incredibly uncommon.
Most of all though, they could read each other's movements and cooperate incredibly well. Lilith never talked or asked about Morgan's personal life first, probably because she knew Morgan did not have one..
And she appreciated this kind gesture, something she rarely did, she was called and never wasted a single opportunity to take advantage of others if she needed it.
And she did need it against Lilith, who had very few potential weaknesses.. but she was reluctant too..
Morgan also noticed Lilith was very touchy, which was a problem for Morgan, Because of her flaw, even normal Saints, gods, even Nephis herself once had her hand cut off accidentally, of course she easily healed a new one.
But Lilith was never severely harmed by her flaw. just keeping scratches that easily healed with what she told morgan was a part of her Awakened aspect ability.
And so, Morgan and Lilith kept training together while Morgan kept being the Representative of Valor and Lilith Helped around the Fire Keepers and the two Saints who ruled them.
Until Lilith said she would leave for a while on a mission with Nephis and most Fire Keepers.
Morgan did not mind the news until Lilith left.. That's when she noticed she.. missed her?

Morgan's ear blushed.. but no one noticed.. and she did not want to acknowledge it.. so it never happened, right?
But as day passed she did her work as usual, planned for the future of her clan while making possible preparation for the future Domain War..
But once she was done with her work, she could not help but realize she looked around for Lilith unconsciously.
The presence she had quickly grown used to. who would bother her with hugs and pats. even the secret friendly slaps on her butt Lilith would give her in 'public' that Morgan would get very angry about, she.. missed them..?
Morgan felt like a lost kitten but refused to acknowledge she missed her.. that she liked Lilith even a bit.. but she could not, most of all, she missed her duels with Lilith..
