As Shin, Velzard, and Shego stepped out of the temple, a familiar chime echoed in his mind, followed by a list of new missions:
1. Awaken the bloodlines of Ri Shin (Byakko), Kyou Kai (Jörmungandr), and Ka Ryo Ten (Athena).
2. Increase the population to 150.

Shin took a deep breath. Let's get started.
"Heart," he called, "show me my current status."
A blue screen shimmered into view, and Heart responded in her usual upbeat tone.
"Acknowledged. Allocating 10 stat points to each attribute."
Shin's status screen began to shift as the changes were applied.

Shin felt the surge immediately—his muscles tightened, his thoughts became sharper, and a potent aura of charm radiated from his very presence.
"Hm… this is a good start," he murmured, flexing his fingers.
By the time they reached the manor, John and his family were already waiting at the entrance.
"Alicia," Shin said, "please prepare tea and snacks for six."
"Yes, my lord." She bowed and vanished into the manor.
Shin turned to John. "Lead us to the meeting hall. Once Ri Shin, Kyou Kai, and Ka Ryo Ten arrive, send them in."
"Understood, my lord."
As they walked, Shin spoke again to Heart. "How do I awaken someone's bloodline? And how do I create Dragonborn?"
"To awaken a bloodline," Heart explained, "place your hand on the person and say 'awaken.'
To create a Dragonborn, you must give them a drop of your blood."
⸻
The Meeting Begins
Inside the hall, a holographic map appeared at Shin's command.
"Ka Ryo Ten," Shin said, "can we divide our forces into four groups of 15,000? Each group will explore, gather resources, and search for native tribes, stone, iron, and water."
Ka Ryo Ten examined the map. "The strategy is sound. I'll assign scouts to each group for safety."
"Good. Also—just call me Shin."
She smiled. "Got it, Shin."
"One more thing," Shin added. "Keep an eye out for Lizardmen and Ogres. I want to make them Dragonborn. And if you find any powerful wolf packs, notify me immediately."
"We'll report everything we find."
"Our highest priority right now: wood, iron, and stone. We'll need them to build up."
⸻
Bloodline Awakenings
Shin turned toward his companions. "It's time to awaken your bloodlines."
He pulled out a Power Boost Card and used it on Velzard.

Then, he placed a hand on Shego's shoulder.

The Next Step: Creating Dragonborn
Once the awakenings were done, Shin addressed the room.
"For the next 30 days, we will be under observation. Monster attacks will begin every night for the next ten days. Our survival—and our rewards—depend on our performance."
Everyone went silent, absorbing the weight of his words.
"Our next priority: strengthening the troops."
⸻
At the Barracks
Shin and his wives arrived at the training grounds. The soldiers stood at attention as he called out:
"En, So Sui, San Nou—step forward."
The three lieutenants obeyed, determination in their eyes.
"I'll make you the first Dragonborn."

Inspiration for the Troops
As the transformed lieutenants stood proudly, Shin addressed the soldiers.
"This is what loyalty brings," he said. "Prove your worth, and this power will be yours."
A thunderous cheer erupted. Morale had never been higher.
⸻
Preparation for the Search
"Ri Shin," Shin commanded, "prepare the troops. We begin exploring tomorrow. I want a full sweep of the 100-mile radius—resources, allies, and threats."
Ri Shin saluted. "Understood."
Shin glanced toward the horizon.
"This is just the beginning. The Kingdom of Legends will rise."
Exploring the Territory and Gaining Power
As Shin and his troops prepared to depart the territory, a familiar voice echoed in his mind—the same voice he'd heard upon reincarnating.
"Hello, new lords of Alros," the voice announced. "My name is Gavin, a messenger of the gods. This is a decree from the divine: You will be granted a 30-day protection period. For the first ten nights, monsters will attack your territory. Defend it well—each victory will reward you with treasure chests and experience points for both you and your troops.
"These treasure chests contain valuable gifts to strengthen yourselves and your land. After surviving the first night, you'll unlock the message board, trade, and auction functions. Every ten days, monster waves will grow stronger. On the tenth day, a ranking system will become available, displaying the top five lords in categories such as monsters killed, territory strength, wealth, and development level."
As Gavin's message faded, Shin fell deep into thought.
"Alright," Shin declared. "We're splitting into four groups. Spread out and begin exploring."
—
Just as Shin was about to head out, Velzard and Shego descended from the sky, landing gracefully beside him.
"We're coming with you," Velzard said with a soft smile.
"We'll take the north," Shego added, her emerald eyes gleaming.
Shin chuckled. "Alright, let's move."
—
Heading north, Shin's group encountered a herd of wild boars.
"Take this group back to the territory," Shin ordered a squad. "We'll keep moving."
Deeper into the wilds, Shin had soldiers begin cutting down trees and gathering lumber. Soon, a goblin sentry was spotted nearby.
"Take it out quietly," Shin instructed, then sent scouts ahead to locate the goblin tribe.
(Ding! Ri Shin has killed first-level jackals. +5 EXP.)
(Ding! Kyou Kai killed five first-level goblins. +5 EXP.)
(Ding! Dragonborn soldiers killed a goblin and a jackal. +10 EXP.)
Kyou Kai returned with news.
"My lord, we discovered a water source. Shall we connect it to the lake?"
"Yes," Shin said immediately.
Shortly after, the scouts reported back.
"We've found several points of interest," one scout said. "A wolf pack, a group of horses, a herd of sheep, a mine… and the goblin tribe."
Shin issued orders swiftly.
"Velzard, eliminate the goblins. Shego, secure the mine. I'll take care of the livestock."
—
Velzard and her team struck swiftly and eradicated the goblins.
Among the spoils, they found valuable supplies and a group of captive women who were thankfully unharmed.
"Take everything of value," Velzard ordered. "We're heading back."
(Ding! Goblin tribe destroyed. +20 EXP.)
—
Shego Secures the Mine
Meanwhile, Shego reached the mine and lit the cavern with her flames. As she advanced, a horde of cave spiders ambushed her.
"Annoying pests," she muttered before reducing them to ash.
(Ding! Killed a horde of cave spiders. +15 EXP.)
A system prompt appeared.
(Ding! Cleared a small stone and iron mine. Do you want to move it to your territory? Y/N.)
Shego blinked in surprise.
"Yes."
The mine vanished.
"…What just happened?" she muttered, turning back to ask Shin.
—
A New Companion
On his way to the sheep, Shin stumbled upon a red-and-gold nine-tailed fox.
"What's this?" he mused, picking it up. "I'll name you… Nina."
At his words, the fox glowed with radiant light. When it faded, a beautiful woman stood in its place—voluptuous, seductive, and wearing a revealing dress.
"Master," Nina purred, leaping into his arms and kissing him deeply.
—
Just then, Shego landed nearby, her emerald eyes narrowing at the scene.
"Seriously?" she said with a sigh. "I leave for a few minutes, and you've already recruited another woman? Couldn't you try naming a male animal for once?"
Shin raised his hands in defense, chuckling.
"Shego, I swear—she was just a fox until I named her."
Shego leaned in close and whispered, "You better have the stamina tonight… because we're not sleeping."
Shin smirked. "Understood, my little emerald."
—
"Oh, and about the mine," Shego added, "it just disappeared after I accepted a prompt. What was that?"
Shin nodded. "Same thing happened to me. You can move resources directly into our territory when prompted."
Shego's eyes widened. "That's… huge."
"Exactly," Shin said. "Let's go secure that livestock."
—
Taming Mounts and Strengthening the Territory
Gathering the sheep was simple. Shin assigned soldiers to lead them back home.
Next was the group of wild horses—over 100 strong. Shin activated Dragon Intimidation. The horses bowed their heads in submission.
"Good," he said, satisfied.
—
Finally, the wolf pack. Thirty wolves snarled and circled them.
"Let's handle this together," Shin said.
Shego nodded. Their combined aura overwhelmed the wolves, who immediately submitted.
"One more step," Shin said. One by one, he pricked his finger and let each wolf drink a drop of his golden blood.
(Ding! You have created a new species: Chaos Wolves.)
The wolves transformed—larger, muscular, with jet-black fur, dragon horns, and elemental auras of fire, ice, shadow, and lightning.
"Incredible…" Shego whispered.
Shin mounted the alpha and pulled Shego up behind him.
"Everyone, let's head home."
—
Back at the manor, Velzard waited, her gaze locking onto Nina.
"Husband," she said coolly, "I expect an explanation. Later."
Shin gave her a sheepish smile. "Yes, dear."
—
Later, a meeting was held to review their findings.
"I collected gold, silver, bronze coins, rations, and rescued twenty women from a northern town," Velzard began.
"I secured an iron and stone mine," Shego added, pleased.
"My group found wild rice, potatoes, and a town west of here with a slave market, auction house, and taverns," Ri Shin reported.
"I found a lake full of fish—already linked to ours," Kyou Kai said, smiling. "There's also wild corn nearby."
"I found Nina," Shin said, gesturing to the fox-turned-woman. "And I tamed 100 horses, 20 sheep, and a powerful pack of Chaos Wolves."
—
Distributing Mounts and Future Plans
"I'll take the alpha wolf," Shin said. "Ri, distribute the rest to our best riders."
Ri Shin nodded.
"We'll need more people soon," Shin continued. "Once we generate enough wealth, I plan to purchase slaves—then free them and offer citizenship."
—
"John," Shin said, "settle the livestock. Place the Chaos Wolves behind the manor. Tomorrow, we open the treasure chests and use the gacha tickets."
John bowed. "As you wish, my lord."
"Also," Shin added, "start the registry and arrange interviews for manor and advisory positions."
"Understood," John replied.
—
A Night to Prepare
Shin stood and looked at each of his companions.
"Get some rest. Tonight, we face our first true battle. Be ready."
A heavy silence filled the air—charged with anticipation.
The Kingdom of Legends was about to face its first real test.
