'Human relationships are just about using each other and discarding each other when they are no longer needed.'
'Friends play together for the sake of fun, they use each other to feel happy and entertaining. But when they no longer feel happy, they will discard each other without mercy. In the slums, too, people like me are supposed to make money for thugs, and if I can't make any money, I will be thrown away without mercy.'
That was Lucifer's definition of human relationships. That was what he learned while trying to survive in that crime-ridden slum.
Lucifer had never had a close relationship, most of the people he got to know were just because he thought they could be used.
Perhaps those superheroes were currently fighting that monster, or maybe they hadn't woken up yet.
Lucifer suddenly felt quite amused when thinking about their situation. At first, the reason they came to Lucifer was probably because they wanted him to be sacrificed as bait or something like that.
Whatever it was, Lucifer would still end up dead or severely injured.
There was no reason for them to suddenly come to Lucifer. After all, human relationships revolved around using each other and discarding each other when they were no longer useful.
That was why Lucifer had to act early to trap those superheroes.
'Don't blame me, you idiots, isn't this your fault in the first place?'
Lucifer thought as he entered a nearby fast food restaurant.
Lucifer decided to go to a fast food restaurant to satisfy his stomach. It wasn't that Lucifer didn't want to go to high-class restaurants, but rather because this was the first restaurant that caught his attention.
Luckily, there was still some fried chicken, french fries, and hamburgers inside the kitchen. The food wasn't rotten yet, but even if it was, Lucifer would still enjoy it deliciously.
In his entire life, the amount of rotten food that Lucifer had consumed was even more than the amount of normal food he had eaten.
Lucifer had never seen such food before in his life, this was his first time entering a fast food restaurant like this. His drool started flowing from his cravings.
His stomach started rumbling because of hunger.
Lucifer quickly grabbed as much chicken, french fries, and hamburgers as he could, even though Lucifer knew for sure that he would never be able to finish all of this because his stomach was quite small.
But Lucifer still wanted to eat until he couldn't eat anymore.
Lucifer placed his tray of food on a table in the corner, where no one could see from the outside in case the monsters discovered him.
On the table next to him, Lucifer saw a book full of words. Without hesitation, he grabbed the book and read it while eating.

'Reading books is so boring.'
Lucifer came to that conclusion after reading the first 10 pages. It wasn't that he hated books, but because Lucifer was used to a dangerous and threatening life. Therefore, letting his guard down and enjoying a book wasn't for him.
The other reason was because Lucifer couldn't read too many words.
While Lucifer was calmly enjoying the experience he had never had before, outside, a series of unfortunate people trying to escape from the monsters chasing after them couldn't.
Well, that was quite obvious since they were running with their legs, not using any vehicles.
Watching the horrific massacre happening outside, Lucifer thought:
'I'd rather read a book than go out there. Rest in peace, people I don't know and don't intend to know.'
Lucifer turned back to his food tray and increased his eating speed.
Maybe it was time for him to return to the stadium.

"Everyone! Save me!" The yellow superhero cried out in despair, hoping for the help of the remaining superheroes.
But the other three superheroes couldn't do anything to save him except stand there and watch the scene of the yellow superhero being killed.
Right now, the yellow superhero was being held tightly by one of the monster's arms. Immediately after, the monster squeezed the yellow superhero like squeezing an orange.
The other three superheroes could clearly hear the yellow superhero's final screams as well as the sound of his bones being crushed by that hairy hand.
Even though they had successfully cut off two of the monster's pincers, the hand holding the axe, and inflicted hundreds of wounds on its body, it was still incredibly strong.
This monster was so strong that the superheroes didn't even last a chance against it no matter how hard they tried.
The stamina of most of the members was almost depleted, even the yellow superhero had been killed. Now, the red superhero - the leader of the superhero team - was completely in hopelessness.
The red superhero's heart began to beat chaotically, his body became stiff, unable to move anymore. Sweat dripped down the red superhero's forehead.
'What should I do?' The red superhero thought as he watched the monster put the yellow superhero's corpse into its mouth and chewed it like chewing gum.
The red superhero was terrified. He had never felt so weak in his entire life.
As the captain of the superhero team, the red superhero had to always appear strong in front of the people as a way to tell them that the red superhero would never back down.
Realizing the current situation of the red superhero, the blue superhero and the pink superhero looked at each other for a while. Then, they nodded at the same time, they had determined what they should do.
"Hey Red." The pink superhero put her hand on the red superhero's shoulder.
"What's wrong…" The red superhero replied tremblingly.
"Live well, you are the symbol of peace in the eyes of the people. Don't let our sacrifices be in vain."
"What do you mean?"
Red Superman understood what the pink superhero was trying to convey, but he denied believing it. He didn't want the pink superhero and the blue superhero to die.
Immediately after, both superheroes rushed towards the Crab Gorilla at a speed as fast as the wind.
The red superhero wanted to chase after them and stop them, but he was too scared to move.
The monster quickly crushed the two idiots who were rushing towards it like crushing two ants. Then, it slowly put the two superheroes' corpses into its mouth.
The monster chewed for a while and then swallowed both corpses into its stomach. Just a moment later, both corpses exploded, destroying the monster's stomach and many of its internal organs.

Meanwhile, Lucifer was still watching everything from a chair in the stands.
'So these bastards do know how to sacrifice for others.' Lucifer thought sarcastically.
