"hello young naruto"
naruto got up and backed away a little he now had time to see the man clearly
the man had a beard that tapered down to his waist, white eyes without pupils and two horn-like protrusions that protruded from either side of his forehead. he wore a white, full-length kimono with a pattern of six black magatama around a high collar, beneath which, he wore a necklace which was also made up of six black magatama.
"w-who are you" the young blond asked. "my name is Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki the creator of Ninshi im also known as the sage of sixth paths"
"t-t-the sage of sixth path?" naruto asked he knew very well who this was minato had told him many stories about him
"yes naruto-kun" hagoromo said looking at the blond with saddens for his harsh life and thinking of the moment naruto would find who his parents were
"how you are supposed to be dead? am I dead too!?!" naruto asked "no you are not dead but I am" Hagoromo replied " but if your dead then how do you know my name and where am i" naruto wondered what the hell was going on 1 minute he was getting beat up by the villager's and now there is this old man calling himself the sage of sight path's? "naruto im going to explain everything to you so listen closely ok?" he asked to which naruto nodded "we are inside your mind this is your mindscape its based to represent your mind and physical form understand" to which naruto nodded "the truth is naruto things were not suppose to go the way they are going" "what so you mean?" "the 4th hokage was supposed to have only 1 child not triplets and he was supposed to die along with his wife" "but i thought he had 2 children?" hagoromo's eyes dulled visibly and he looked at naruto with pity "the truth is naruto-kun..... the fourth.. is your father" naruto froze when he heard that "no it cant be he told me my parents were killed by the kyubi and beside why would he abandon me?" naruto at this point was in denial, hagoromo then decided to tell naruto everything from the creation of chakra by kaguya to minato being against abandoning naruto "please forgive your father and siblings naruto your sibling didnt have any part in this and are unknown to your existence and your father did everything he could but he could not just abandon his other two children along with everyone else for you it would be the same for for sibling so deciding you would be maybe more forgiving he chose to sacrifice you but it does not mean he does not love you naruto kun he loves you dearly even more than kushina or the village so please understand he didnt have a choice" naruto sobbing as tears came continuously out of his eyes " naruto i dont have much time left so please listen to me as this is my gift for you, its now your responsibility to maintain the balance of the world i am sure many otsusuki will even come here , my gift for you is 1. extra sensory and reflexes abilities it will help you dearly " hagoromo said " and 2. is my universal release it is a Kekkei Genkai which can allow you to form clouds or even make it a chakra affinity its really powerful and you will!!!! need it" naruto just listened to the sage in silence and nodded understanding everything " arigato ji-san, i promise you that i will bring peace in this world" hagoromo smiled at the young boy knowing that now the faith of the world is in his hands " good luck young naruto i wish you good luck " there was a bright light as naruto again went into unconscious

Next Morning
Konoha Hospital
Naruto opened his eyes groggily, and found himself covered head to toe in bandages. The events of last night rushed back to his mind including his talk with hagoromo, and the boy couldn't help but wince from his memories, he swear if he saw minato right now he just might snap
Suddenly, the door to his room opened, and a nurse walked in with a clipboard and looked at him, obviously surprised to see him awake.
"Ah! You're awake already?!" she squealed happily. "How do you feel?!" she asked him. Naruto tried to move his arms around to flex out his muscles, and smiled at her. The nurse, seeing him move so freely after such injuries, was surprised at the unreal rate he was healing with. Minato had only chosen his personally selected staff of medics for Naruto's care. He had only selected those few who didn't resent the kid, and those who did had been threatened to be trialed on grounds of treason should they attempt to do anything wrong with the child - the order had quickly shut off any weird ideas from blooming in their minds.
"Can you undo the bandages?" Naruto requested softly, "It's starting to irritate my skin..." he mumbled, embarrassed. The nurse giggled at his awkwardness, and nodded before unwrapping his bandages only to blink on seeing him healed up completely on the inside with only scars not meant for a child . Naruto, oblivious to her staring, thanked her and she smiled at him before ruffling his hair.
They were so soft! poor child
"I'll go and tell Hokage-sama that you are awake." the nurse told him, "He told us to inform him as soon as you wake up, he really cares for you little one! Now, I'll go and bring you some breakfast too - I'm sure you're starving." she said knowingly. Naruto froze at the mention of the hokage and his eyes darkened
At the Hokage Office
Minato sat in his office after a beatdown from kushina for not coming, furious beyond belief at the handiwork of those orphanage workers. Ibiki had just handed over his detailed report, and the man had managed to crack out nearly everything out of every possibly suspect overnight while Hiruzen had already had them executed, and their bodies burnt for treason to their village before even the crack of dawn. he had enough!!! he will abandon his family if it mean naruto's happiness and he will be damned if anyone stopped him
an ANBU appeared in the room
"Hokage-sama, Naruto Uzumaki is now awake." he informed dutifully. minato nodded and waved him off, himself vanishing in a flash to go to the hospital and see his son. It was minato's turn to make apologies now, the man thought despairingly.
At the Hospital
Naruto's Room
Naruto idly sat in his bed, gazing out of the window to see some birds in a tree while thinking about minato. Suddenly, the door to his private ward opened and in walked Minato, completely silently, to his bedside and sat by the lost looking boy's side who was currently too lost in a daze to pay any heed to his presence. It was sad to see the change in behavior towards him.
"Glad to see you awake, Naruto-kun." minato said. Naruto was startled, yelped, and tried to curl up in a ball. But seeing Minato, he froze a little and a small scowl appeared on his lips.
"Sad to see you dad!!!" Naruto whispered timidly, and Minato's eyes widened as he too froze he could see that the boy wanted answers - the boy was fully alert - on guard.
Minato's heart ached in agony and regret and the only thought in his mind was how did he know? " naruto i-" "why!? just why!? you acting like you care?" minato could do nothing but try to hug the boy but his hands were pushed away as naruto sat straighter "ANSWER ME!!!!! WHY!!!???" " I-I-I dont know..." naruto scowled at that answer and said" i know everything dont ask me how but i do so now tell me" naruto locked his eyes with minato and said in a desperate voice" do you love me?"
"NARUTO!" minato shouted as he grabbed and pulled him into his chest as he cried "No matter what, you matter to me , you hear me! if nothing else, you matter above all else. there is absolutely nothing wrong with you but with me , you hear me! i swear to you with my lif-no everyone's lives here in konoha that , I will make this up to you, I will protect you, train you, and me the dad you deserve ,naruto! please give me one chance and i promise! you will never suffer again!!!!!"
naruto passed out again from mental exhaustion not being able to comprehend all of this
Next Morning
Naruto walked to the Hokage tower, ignoring the usual cold glares he felt at the orphanage still haunting him here. He walked through the hallways in a breeze. Just as he was about to walk past the secretary, she shouted, but Naruto kept on jogging to minato's office, paying her no mind and with the Hokage marked name plate in view, he was about to enter.
She caught up to him just as he was turning the doorknob and shouted, "Hey, you brat!" she exclaimed, "Hokage-sama doesn't meet anyone without an appointment. Especially things like you!" she hissed venomously. Naruto ignored her, and tried walking in regardless while she ran up to him in a jiffy.
"Hey, minato!" he said coldly, and Minato not expecting this tone from naruto flinched
But the secretary came in, and started dragging Naruto out roughly by his collar, "You runt! How dare you enter this office without the Hokage's permission? And call him by his name?! Who do you think you are?! His highness doesn't concern himself with trash like you." she snarled viciously as she continued dragging him and Naruto kept resisting her equally stubbornly.
"Let go of me!" Naruto said coldly
"Stop it!" Minato roared, furiously slamming his palms on the table. The secretary stopped, stunned, and looked at him with frightened eyes. Minato was rarely angry, instead he was always kind and calm like people casually made him out to be.
"Leave him be," he commanded gravely. "Naruto is allowed to meet me at anytime he wishes - even without an appointment. And you better treat him like you would any other citizens of the Leaf, or I'm sure Anko would love to have coffee with you some time." he warned menacingly. naruto smirked at the man he had plenty of time going over what to think about the man and finally he listened to the sage and half forgave him
The secretary paled, stuttered out a 'sorry' and ran out - closing the door behind her. Naruto looked at Minato, confused as to who this Anko fellow was, and why was his secretary so afraid of him. He was pretty sure though that he had heard that name somewhere before, but he shrugged it off for now.
"Have a seat, Naruto," Minato offered with a nervous smile. but naruto just leaned against the chair
"So, Naruto, as you know i cant just abandon kotaru and mito i cant live with you but i can give you an house away from the other houses near a training ground, il visit daily?!" Minato said, getting straight to the point. "are you ok with this?" he asked, nervous as hell
naruto just nodded a little happy to hear he would technically have his private training ground " um naruto" minato asked sweating at this point " will you talk to kushina?" naruto's face visibly darkened "no" he plainly said " that women is one of the main reason for my suffering and i will not have anything to do with her, but i will take care of my little siblings" minato was sad but smiled at hearing he didnt hate his siblings
"Naruto, it is very difficult for you to live on your own so if you need any help or anything just ask me" minato said knowing naruto didnt even know how to cook, naruto mumbled something but minato could not hear it "what?" "i said i need groceries since i cannot get them" minato at first thought of killing the people who would not give his son groceries but just sighed "ok naruto anything else?" naruto shook his head so minato took out a envelope and keys, he gave them to naruto naruto looked at it in confusion" what's this minato?" he asked
"Those, Naruto, are the keys to your new house a lot of money and its address." Minato explained "il bring the necessary supplies this evening and give you money every month" naruto said nothing but took the items and went to the orphanage to pick up his books and other stuff

Naruto saw that it was a 2 story house so he unlocked the door and entered the house, in it were 1 store room 4 bed rooms including 1 master bedroom a kitchen 2 bathrooms and even a little attic with a round colored paneled window he whistled at the house knowing it must have cost a fortune
Evening
minato entered the house to see naruto reading a book titled art of fuinjutsu for a beginner fool. Minato smiled at that. minato kept the stuff at a table and looked at naruto with a fatherly smile who was still ignoring him "i see you are settling in well" naruto just flipped a page in response
minato kept the groceries in the fridge and saw a room with naruto's stuff so he kept the other stuff on the bed
the rest of the evening was spent with the father teaching his son how to make a fish while talking well mostly the father did the talking.
