To conceal is my only goal"
"To conceal myself and my feelings from my own soul "
I want to manipulate myself and keep me, in the utmost control
To control myself , I had vowed to be never whole
Hated everyone who criticised my way of living and tried to console
Yet tired of keeping the constant patrol
With this in his mind the man took the slow stroll
He was sure that someone had crept inside and had ,stole
Stole his heart and now afraid he was of the power , that one did hold
The man's head, low, he kept looking at the land covered snow.
While his eyes saw the white his mind wanted to know
Who would even make an attempt at his blackened heart though?
His heart had already stopped and he made sure that it had lost its glow
So that he could never deviate from the system and just let them flow
The one thing he thought was perfect and wanted to show
He had long shifted his focus on the mind that he wanted to grow
Now he wondered who could've made the journey to the ugly low
While he reflected upon his state
He knew it was just too late
Soon enough he will have to pay for it with his deepest undesirable fate
Oh the irony he was suffering and the feeling that did await
The tremble he felt, from the emotion of love and what it could dictate
Maybe there was another way and he just had to wait
He went to the two guards he had appointed for the gate
Trauma, and low self-esteem the two great
When he inquired they answered that, yes they saw a bait
The bait was peace and satisfaction and no more self hate
The man gaze was now filled with despair and he tried to look ahead straight
This promise and bait was not something new
He had heard that some achieved this state and were lost in peace although very few
That's when he started to search for the memories of the time it had due
He concentrated and tried to review
That's when it suddenly dawned on him and he came to knew
He was also a part of heist crew
The crew, small ,only made of two
He was the one that had the guards withdrew
So that his heart could be stolen or rather given the word that seemed true
The question still remained of the other who
This left him feeling even more blue
As he let his feelings flow it seemed to reveal
That his sole goal in this all was to heal
To be able to finally feel
As he remembered his partner in crime the smile he couldn't conceal
It was finally time to stamp on the scroll the inviting seal
