There are Watchers.
They do not speak.They do not interfere.They simply observe the balance between worlds—between freedom and control.
And for millennia, they saw the scales tilt toward devotion.
Until now.
A whisper crossed the void.
It carried no language.No light.Only clarity.
One breath.Spine aligned.Presence full.
It traveled through the planes like a ripple through still water.
And the Watchers felt it.
One turned—an ancient being wrapped in absence—and whispered to another:
"A mortal has remembered how to be divine without dominion."
The other responded:
"Then the world is not dying. It is… remembering itself."
And somewhere, light flickered inside a star thought long dead.
