Zairon stood before his gathered leaders and elites, his voice resolute, his presence overwhelming.
"Now that I have assessed your capabilities," he began, his eyes scanning the courtyard of soldiers, "the first step is clear — this city will become ours completely. Not just in name, but in truth. There will be no crime, no trafficking, no corruption. Our Legion will be the iron law here. Let the people feel safe. Let them feel pride. Let them feel our strength."
He stepped aside and motioned toward the three women who had stood quietly behind him — veterans of battles, strong and disciplined.
"Let me introduce these three," Zairon continued.
"Selene," the silent-eyed archer who never missed a shot.
"Kaela," the deadly assassin whose blade whispered death.
"Rina," the gentle yet fierce healer whose light turned tides.
"They are now official commanders of the Legion. Each will train and lead their respective divisions."
Selene will oversee the Archer Division, focused on precision, defense, and long-range suppression.
Kaela will lead the Assassin Division, built for infiltration, silent takedowns, and critical strikes.
Rina will manage the Healer Division, training support units to maintain battlefield endurance and recovery.
Zairon turned to Zareth.
"Get me the latest map. It's time we expanded."
Moments later, a large map of the surrounding regions was rolled open before them — cities, towns, unexplored gates, and known trafficking dens marked in red.
Zairon pointed his finger at the map, sliding it across three neighboring cities.
"These three—Vernith, Dorsa, and Kaelum. These are our next targets. One by one, we'll take them. Not with fear, but with might and order. We'll show them what the Legion stands for."
He looked back at his commanders, the map still spread out under his hand.
"This is no longer just a faction. This is the rise of a new power. Expand our base. Train the people. Build discipline. Bring order. I want scouting missions dispatched immediately to those cities — learn their power structures, strengths, and weaknesses."
He stepped back, hands folded behind his back.
"Our reach grows. And with it, our destiny."
