"All around was red. Red on the ground, red in the sky, red moon. Screams of people who I don't even know ringing in my ear."
As the person kneeling on the ground in middle of the war stricken world looked up to the heavens. His hair was red but it was because all the blood that was around him.
He was silent for only a moment but then his shouting ripped through the air.
His eyes opened wide and he took a huge breath in. He stood up gasping air while clutching his chest. Trying to calm himself down he went to the kitchen and drank water.
After calming himself down he looked outside his window to see the scenery which could only be described as beautiful.
The sun was just rising. It's rays seeping through the window. It transformed the whole sky into a canvas of warm colours. A golden hue all over the city. A morning mist which seemed just right for the moment.
'I guess I don't even need an alarm now.'
