Smoke still lingered in the air as the Pro Heroes regrouped.
The villain, once nearly unstoppable, now lay unconscious and steaming, wrapped in metal restraints. Sabo stood quietly in the middle of the ruined street, his coat fluttering in the breeze. He didn't look tense, but there was a quiet alertness in his posture—as if he was ready to spring into action at any second.
Heroes whispered to each other, unsure what to make of him.
"Was that… a Quirk?" one muttered.
"No way. I've never seen anything like that."
Izuku Midoriya stood behind the police barricade, still wide-eyed. "That wasn't a Quirk. That was… something else."
Before anyone could approach, the crowd parted as a tall, powerful figure walked onto the scene.
All Might.
Even weakened in his thin form, he radiated authority as he adjusted his jacket and stepped forward. His eyes met Sabo's with curiosity and caution.
"You handled that villain rather well," All Might said calmly. "But I don't believe we've met."
Sabo tilted his head. "You're in charge?"
"In a sense," All Might replied. "I'd appreciate it if you'd come with us peacefully. We have some questions."
Sabo didn't move at first. His eyes scanned the heroes, the buildings, the people—all so different from his own world. He didn't feel threatened, but he knew better than to blindly trust anyone.
Still, he nodded.
"All right. I could use some answers myself."

They took him to a secure facility within the U.A. campus, where high-profile incidents were often debriefed. Sabo sat casually in a sleek chair across from two familiar faces: All Might and Shota Aizawa, also known as Eraser Head.
Aizawa didn't even try to hide his suspicion.
"So, Sabo… Where exactly are you from?" he asked, his voice low and firm.
Sabo leaned back slightly. "That's going to be hard to explain."
All Might chuckled lightly. "Try us."
Sabo looked down at his gloved hand, letting a small flame flicker to life in his palm. "I'm not from here. Not just this city—I mean your whole world."
Aizawa raised an eyebrow but said nothing.
"In my world, there are no Quirks. We have powers, but they come from something called Devil Fruits. I ate one that gives me the power of fire called Mero Mero no mi—Fire Fist Sabo, that's what they call me back home."
"You don't have a Quirk at all?" All Might asked, surprised.
Sabo shook his head. "Nope. I've always had this power, but it's not something I was born with. It was passed down to me. I fought against corrupt governments. I'm part of a revolution in my world."
Aizawa rubbed his temples. "You're seriously telling me you came from another dimension."
Sabo grinned. "Would be crazy if I was lying, huh?"
All Might glanced at Aizawa. "Given the unusual energy signature that appeared above the city and the fact that none of our databases have a record of this man, I'm inclined to believe him."
"Let's say you are telling the truth," Aizawa said. "What are you planning to do here?"
Sabo's smile faded slightly. "I want to help. If this world has villains like the one I just saw—and heroes trying to stop them—then maybe I can do some good while I figure out how to get back."
A silence hung in the air.
All Might stood up. "We'll need to run tests. Check your abilities, your intentions, and your story."
"I'm not trying to be a hero," Sabo said. "Not by your rules, anyway. But I won't sit around doing nothing if people are in danger."
Aizawa's eyes narrowed, but he didn't object.
"We'll start with a controlled evaluation tomorrow. For now, you'll stay on campus under surveillance," he said. "You'll be introduced as a transfer student. It'll draw less attention than telling the public an interdimensional warrior showed up."
Sabo smirked. "A student, huh? Haven't been one of those in years."
---
The next morning, Class 1-A was buzzing with excitement.
"Did you hear about the guy who beat that steel villain yesterday?" Kaminari asked, practically bouncing in his seat.
"Yeah! He came out of nowhere—boom, fire everywhere!" Kirishima added. "That dude was manly."
Midoriya looked thoughtful. "I saw him up close. His power… it didn't feel like a Quirk at all."
Before they could continue, the classroom door slid open, and Aizawa walked in, followed by a familiar figure in a long coat.
"Listen up. We have a new temporary student joining Class 1-A," Aizawa said dryly. "This is Sabo. Treat him like one of your own."
All eyes turned to the newcomer. Sabo gave a relaxed wave, his confident smile returning.
"Hey."
Bakugo narrowed his eyes. "Tch. Another show-off."
Todoroki studied him silently.
Ochaco leaned toward Midoriya. "Isn't that the guy from yesterday?!"
"Yeah," Midoriya whispered back, eyes gleaming with curiosity.
"Any questions?" Aizawa asked.
Kaminari immediately raised his hand. "Uh—does he have a Quirk? Or is he like All Might was, you know, before he retired?"
Sabo chuckled. "No Quirk. Just fire."
Bakugo clicked his tongue. "Great. Another flame guy."
Aizawa sighed. "You'll all see what he can do during today's training assessment. Until then, no fighting—especially you, Bakugo."
Sabo took his seat near the back, casually observing the other students. Some of them were sizing him up. Others were just plain curious.
But one thing was clear.
This world was full of young heroes trying their best to be strong—for themselves, and for others.
Sabo's expression softened for a moment.
Just like Ace and Luffy.
