As soon as I see the system message the world comes alive. Where before the colors dull and faded were now vibrant. Smells hit my nose while the smell of new york isn't amazing it was better than the nothing I was experiencing.
The rustle of my clothes in the wind and the feel of a light morning heat. If before my brain was barely keeping up now it was fine tuning my senses. It's like my brain exploded with awareness and my state before was barely even there. I was emotionally muted my brain was muddled. I don't want to experience that ever again.
I look up to the sun and the horizon and I almost wnt to fly towards and it take it for myself. But alas while that may be possible at a certain level of strength it would most likely kill everything on this planet except a few beings.

*Whatever I'll figure it out.* Turning off my glow and hiding my wings i exit the id. Immediately the sounds of the city hit the streets filled with people and cats. *Early 2000's is my best guess on the time.*
I carefully make my way down from the roof of the building. *fucking disgusting* I think as I get off the roof. I make my way into the ally way and walk onto the sidewalk. A couple of people walk by and they barely give me a glance.
*Well the guys anyways* most of the women blush and quickly look away. I look down at myself and frown I have normal clothing on, a pair of jeans and black shirt. So im not naked. Looking at my shoes I grimace. *I'm burning these later they're disgusting.*
This thought ruins my train of thought and causes me to walk away with a frown. As I round a block to head further unto the city I see a massive rhino walking along the road.
I pause in step and blink. Looking around I see nobody give it a reaction. My brain really pauses when someone raises a hand and yells taxi at it. *uuuh what?*
I quickly move away. *that was not a taxi it was a massive bronze rhino. Well I mean I guess you can use it as a taxi. Is that normal in this universe?*
I move into an alleyway and back onto a roof. *I hate doing this.* I then stalk the rhino for awhile.

I'm walking down the street looking through shop windows. *too bad I'm poor.* I turn around to head back to the park when a lady approaches me. She seems to be in her late 30's.
"What's a cutey like you doing all alone? How about you keep me company for a while?" I look at her slightly aged face in confusion. *Whatever she's not supernatural I can tell and she seems like a good person. At least that's what my instincts tell me.*
"Hmm, sure I don't see why not." The innocent smile on my face deserves an Oscar. She seems surprised that I actually agreed and quickly wraps her arm around mine.
"Good were going shopping someone that looks as good as you needs proper clothes. By the way what's your name sweetie?" Her question causes my smile to freeze. The world freezes and a panel pops up in front of me.
