The suit looked like it had been sitting in the back of Axel's closet for a month. Wich it had. Still it was better than the beer stained clothes he was wearing, if only by a little.
Axel threw the sorry excuse for a suit on as he bumbled towards the door. It looked like something out of a cartoon or some slap stick comedy. Either way it was an improvement.
Axel pushed open the door to his room and smiled. He looked like a con man who just cheated somebody out of their lives savings with how slippery his grin was, though the only person he was robbing was Dane. Who was very quickly losing his patience.
Dane clenched his fist and closed his eyes, it was the only thing keeping him from strangleing him.
"What's wrong? You look angry?"
Dane glared at him.
"I wonder why." His voice dripping with exasperation.
Axel patted him on the shoulder,
"oh come on. I already told you she's used to it by now, do you really think today's going to be different?"
Dane pushed himself off the wall,
"The straw that broke the camel's back was just a straw."
Axel raised an eyebrow,
"since when are you did you become a philosopher?"
Dane's mouth curles up slightly into a kind of half smile,
"Since I've had to deal with you every day."
Axel's smile widens,
"You get the weekends off."
Dane shakes his head, but can't help but smile.
Then he pushes the smile away grabs Axel's are and starts dragging him towards the meeting hall.
Axel jerks forward and unwillingly stubbles along after Dane,
"Hey! Wait a minute!"
