Synopsis
Y/n is just one of the many clones during the clone wars; the only difference is that he shares more than an abnormal amount of independence compared to your everyday clone. Encounter beloved characters from the Clone Wars and discover how this independent clone is compelled by a ******* to undermine the Jedi order, all while fighting on the front lines of an ongoing war. Also, this is my first time trying out this writing style, so let me know how I could get better with this type of writing Below are just a few personal tags, so don't say I didn't warn you about what this book may contain in the future. *evil main character?* *manipulation* *Blackmail* *master and pet dynamic* *Netori* ps. While I may have been somewhat lenient before when it came to Avatar, this time it's all in. I don't own any belongings to the Star Wars franchise

Chapter 1 - The clone CT-69.

The Star Wars intro theme song begins playing

Somewhere, a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, on the planet Coruscant, the Galactic Senate grew restless as tensions grow on the Senate floor.

Negotiations are underway as deceptive plans begin to take shape, but that's not the main focus here.

Beneath the noses of the Galactic Senate and Jedi Order, in a hidden star system, a Galactic army is forming under the oversight of the Kaminoans, at the request of Sifo-Dyas. The clones are hard at work preparing for their eventual use by the Galactic Senate.

However, among the many clones, one stood out for its uniqueness in the mind compartment, which the Kaminoans failed to notice during their numerous tests.

That clone is CT-69.

Location: Tipoca City clones' sleeping quarters.

A clone was fast asleep on his bed, sideways away from the glaring, bright lights that were on 24/7. He was one of the many clones assigned to slightly worse sleep quarters due to "budget reasons".

He placed his pillow around his head in hopes of blocking out the light, but it did little to help the issue.

While he didn't want to get up, something hit against his bed, stopping him from falling asleep. His only response was a growl as he set up and looked to see one of his brothers with his arms crossed, looking at him.

"Ugh, what do you want, Fox?" The clone said with a groggy voice.

The clone narrowed his eyes, staring down at the clone before him.

"Get up, you're late for practice." Without waiting for the clone to respond, Fox turned his back towards him and started walking away.

The clone stared at him for a moment before mumbling to himself. Then, he stood sleepily and walked after him to catch up. They walked down the pale white hallways, which only slightly changed when they passed by the windows that let them look out to the outside.

He caught a glimpse of the endless waves of the sea and the sky covered in dark clouds, which contrasted with the insides of the facility.

"So... can I get something to eat first before we head over?" The clone side-eyes him before rolling his eyes.

"You should have woken up earlier." The clone clenched his fist in frustration in response, but let out a sigh as he shook his head.

"Why don't we switch beds? I'd be happy to try those comfy pods that you and my other brothers have."

The clone just rolled his eyes as they eventually made it to the equipment area, where Fox leaned against the wall, leaving the tired clone to grab his equipment.

Opening the equipment locker, staring right back at him was his white and shiny helmet that all clones had, except for a few exceptions.

He grabbed the helmet and placed it on the bench right behind him, then grabbed the rest of his outfit and quickly changed from his usual red outfit into his armor.

"CLANK CLANK"

He jumped a little when he heard the sounds of metal hitting the ground, which sounded like it came from the corner on the opposite side of where the fox was.

Grabbing his helmet, he held it at his waist as he walked over to investigate the source of the noise. He peeked around the corner, only to see an old, deformed-looking clone with a hunched back on the ground, grabbing a few blasters.

"Another fumble, huh, 99?" The clone walked over towards 99 as he crouched down, helping pick up the blaster.

"Hey Y/n...Yeah, as you could see"

"Hey, don't worry about it. It happens to the best of us." The two clones stood up as Y/N handed the clone back the blaster he had been carrying.

"Where are you off to?" the clone looked at him in a questioning way as he could see him wearing his white armor.

"If I had to guess, probably training hall again. Fox is on my ass to get there" 99 could hear the tone in his voice as he chuckled a little since pretty much everyone dislike Fox for his horrible commanding vibe he has.

"W-well, good luck out there"

"Thanks, 99, and remember to stand up for yourself against those jerks who are our brothers." Y/n walked away from 99, leaving him to limp away while shaking his head in response to Y/n's comment.

Y/n walked back over towards Fox, who now had an agitated look on his face, before turning his back towards the approaching clone. He kept walking down the hall, not even waiting for him to catch up.

"You know your quite the asshole," Y/n expect the clone to refute his clame, but instead, to his surprised, he heard a slight chuckle form the clone. "What's so funny?"

"Nothing, it's just you think telling me that I'm an asshole would hurt me somehow. Our brothers tell me that all the time; it's nothing new."

"That's really quite sad," y/n replies, almost feeling bad about saying that to him, but it wouldn't stay that way long.

"Yeah, when you're on top, you can expect pushback from our lesser brothers." Y/n rolled his eyes, feeling an urge to punch him in the face with his helmet, but ultimately just sighed out his frustration.

"So what's on the menu for today?"

"You are on your way to the train room to engage in a mock battle against...Experimental Unit Clone Force 99." Y/n let out a quite fuck underneath his breath as he heard stories about those clones from his brothers that face against them.

They are a group of four clones that have been designed with genetic mutations. They were made from a bad batch, supposedly, from what he had heard, but facing them is going to be another story.

Eventually, they reached a door that opened automatically as they walked outside into the rain.

They walked along the platforms, trying to reach the other side, where they usually held their practice drills and battles. As they crossed, the sky would occasionally light up, illuminating everything it touched, as the lightning struck the metal rods designed to protect the facility from such weather.

"Huh, the weather seemed really horrible today."

"Hah, when isn't it this bad?"

"True," y/n responds as they finally reach the other side and enter the building, where they pass by other clones who were chatting or walking in the direction of the cafeteria.

Y/n silently cried inside, wanting the chance to grab a bite rather than having to do drills. At last, they reached a pair of doors where Fox turned to him, arms crossed, as if waiting for something. "What?".

"What do you think? Get inside so you can get your ass kicked."

Y/n rolled his eyes as he approached the door, which slid open for him. As he walked by Fox, he left a goodbye message by raising his fist and showing his middle finger, a wide grin spreading across his face as he did so.

The door closed behind him as he walked down the long hallway, eventually reaching another set of doors that opened to reveal a group of four other clones.

"Well, isn't this an odd group?" He recognized some of the clones present, having become familiar with them due to their frequent assignments together. They typically were the last team to participate in practice drills of the day.

The squad consisted of Cut, O'Niner, Ponds, and another one that he wasn't acquainted with." Couldn't wake up earlier, huh, Y/n?"

"What can I say? A bit of sleep won't kill you."

"That is, until you attack in your sleep and get blasted in your head or throat slit." Y/n walked over and sat down, not paying much attention to it, while he waited around for the final clone to appear, which would probably be the one to lead them.

"You really know how to brighten the mood, don't you, O'Niner?" Y/n picked up his helmet and flipped it around to see the black visor showing his reflection of his face.

"Come on, we're all brothers here," Ponds finally spoke up as he walked over, grabbed the DC-15a blaster rifle, and tossed it over to O'Niner while he was inspecting the weapon.

"Heh, it's just some playful banter, uh, toss me a DC-15s blaster," Ponds nodded as he grabbed it and threw it over to him, which y/n caught with one hand. He quickly turned it over and made sure the rounds were practice rounds.

It was standard protocol during these types of training to always ensure your weapons were set to have practice rounds for two reasons: one was to avoid hurting each other, and the second was to prevent the training room from getting badly damaged.

Without warning, the doors that Y/n had entered moments ago swung open, and a clone stepped in. He quickly stood up and saluted, a gesture echoed by his brothers.

"Brothers," the clone standing before them featured a slightly altered armor design compared to theirs, though Pond's was similar because they both had the same yellow lines on their armor.

"Cody"

"Ponds"

"Alright, troop, gather up." Y/n stood and moved closer to Cody, followed by the others. Y/n adjusted his helmet before placing it on his head, which fit snugly as always. It made everything appear slightly darker, but not by too much, thankfully.

"Now then, we will be completing a mock test to show off our skills to the Kaminoans as they grade our progress, and it seems like our donor will be watching as well."

Many, including y/n, didn't care much about the fact that Jango Fett would be observing them during their battle; for them, despite Jango being the original, he was merely another version of themselves.

But it was strange he was watching, seeing as he didn't really interact with them that much.

"Any idea who we are going against, Cody?" Pond spoke up once more.

"Aren't we heading against Clone Force 99?" Y/n said as he answered the question.

"Huh, defective clones, you don't see that every day."

"No, you really don't, O'Niner," Pond said while grabbing a DC-15 blaster and handing it to Cody, who took it from him. For a moment, Cody glanced at the clone whose name y/n didn't know.

"You've been extra quiet. Tuff, is something wrong?"

"N-no, sir, just thinking about what type of blaster to take." Cody nodded before grabbing a Z-6 rotary blaster cannon off the wall and gave it to him.

"Are we all ready now?" Cody said while walking over to the wall that had a giant red button sticking out.

While some agreed, Y/n just nodded. In response, Cody turned and slammed his fist against the button, triggering the alarms to blare as the ceiling rose and the floor made some shifting noise before suddenly taking them upwards.

"Once the doors above open up, I'll take center stage with Tuff. Pond, you take the right side. O'Niner, you take the left, but stick back to provide cover support. Cut, you take the front left side, and you, Y/n, provide support where it's needed. Do I make myself clear, everyone?"

Y/n walked over to the left, standing beside the cut, which he hadn't really been talking much." You alright, Cut?"

"Yeah, yeah, I was just contemplating how bizarre it is that we were all created for the same purpose... to serve as soldiers for the republic, yet we had little say in the matter or in wanting to be soldiers." Wlep Y/N can now say that he didn't expect to receive such life-altering questions today. "Isn't it true that if we had been given a choice, we might have accomplished more with our lives instead of just training every single day for a republic that has never once utilized us?"

"Well, perhaps, but I don't really know what I would even do with my life outside of the army. But one thing I know for certain is that we all have free will to decide what we want to do with our lives, even if we are stuck serving the republic."

"DUMM DUMM"

Y/n's eyes shift upward toward the approaching overhead ceiling. He looks at Cut one more time as he lightly taps the back of his fist against Cut's shoulder, then grabs the blaster with both hands and prepares to run for cover." Actually, there is one thing I can think of that I would like"

"Oh yeah, and what's that?" Cut started to get himself prepared while looking at y/n."I would like to be surrounded by some of the hottest women in the galaxy."

Cut chuckles slightly while shaking his head, "See, we're all the same person, but with different personalities, we deserve a choice."

Y/n didn't respond as the overhead ceiling opened up, and the platform slowly came to a stop where the closed ceiling once was.

Y/n quickly assessed the layout of the room before running and sliding downwards, turning his back to hit the cover that had been set up.

"Thump"

He looked over to his left, seeing Cody and Tuff using the same cover as him. From the direction they had come from, O'Niner set himself on a higher edge. As for the pond, he chose a slightly lower area and used a side to peek around instead of looking over the cover.

Y/n slightly peeked over his cover, seeing that one clone was climbing up a tower that was set up in the back while two ran for the middle, but one seemed much bigger than a standard clone." Cody Sniper is setting up in the upper-right tower. If I run, I could make it to the middle tower and use that as a better sight and take out the sniper."

He nodded while glancing back at the others. "Provide cover fire for y/n as he climbs up the tower!" The others replied with a "yes, sir" as Tuff's heavy weapon cylinder began spinning, preparing to fire. He looked back at y/n's past, Cody, and nodded at him.

Y/n took a deep breath, which the air filter in his helmet provided him with, before he suddenly bolted for cover, running towards the left side, but out of nowhere, the bigger clone from before appeared too close for comfort.

"HA HA, where are you off to, little guy?" The clone attempted to grab y/n in his arms, but at the last moment, y/n leaped up, "Agh, what the?" This caused the clone to miss as y/n used his body as leverage to propel himself toward the tower, grabbing hold of one of the inactive guns.

As the clone was distracted by Y/n, Tuff used the chance to attack. He aimed his weapons and fired several blaster bolts, hitting the clone in the back. The clone gasped slightly before slowly turning to face Tuff, cracking his knuckles in response.

Y/n quickly climbs the tower by using the nuzzles of the blaster sticking out, and as he climbs, a few blaster bolts come close to hitting him, just barely missing.

Y/n's eyes glanced over at the sniper, seeing him aiming back at him. Y/n's eyes widened, knowing that he was too exposed; however, before the sniper could shoot him, blaster shots began firing at the sniper's position, causing him to duck down.

He looked down for a moment, seeing that O'Niner was the one who was covering him. He gave a quick nod of thanks, which he responded to before suddenly being hit by a bolt to the chest, causing him to seize up before falling to the ground.

Y/n wastes no time in pushing forward, not letting the cover that O'Niner provides to him go to waste. Finally, reaching the top, he pulled himself over and grabbed his blaster as he peeked over, seeing that the sniper was running to use the tower's top guns as cover from him.

A soft click of his tongue echoed inside his helmet before he redirected his gaze toward the other clones they were battling against.

He spotted one charging ahead, but didn't get far before y/n's barrage of shots nearly struck him, forcing him to dodge to the side and take cover. The angle of the cover limited his vision of the clone before he could even figure out what to do. Out of the corner of his eyes, a red flash appeared, causing him to duck down just in time for the blaster shot to miss him.

He peeks over the cover to see the clone that shot at him. Unlike the last three clones, he saw his armor more matched the ones that a normal clone would wear, besides the dark color scheme.

The two exchanged glances for a moment before y/n aimed at the clone. However, caught off guard, a blaster shot unexpectedly struck him in the chest, sending a massive jolt of electricity coursing through his body. He stiffened for an instant, then felt a wave of numbness sweep over him as he collapsed face-first over the cover.

He looked at the giant ceiling Dome overhead while he was falling until he smacked into the ground, which caused a sharp pain to go through his body.

The height of each tower was good enough to provide a good view of everything while also being tall enough to prevent a fatal impact with the ground.

Y/n lay there while grunts and groans came out from his lips as his body was in excruciating pain. The clone he was looking at from before came running into his view and waved his blaster like he was calling out to someone.

Suddenly, the clone he was shooting at that jump away into cover came running over and seemed to take some kind of device out from the side of his waist, and then pointed it towards y/n.

"DUMM DUMM"

Loud, blaring sirens rang out from the area as more clones came over to check on him while he was lying there.

"How is he?" Cody inquired while making his way toward the increasing number of clones. "According to my scans, aside from a few broken ribs, he's relatively okay given how much damage he could have sustained," the clone replied, still focused on his device.

The apparent leader of Clone Force 99 glanced back at the sniper approaching them." Crosshair, what was that!"

"What?" The clone didn't seem very interested in the unfolding events as he grabbed his helmet and took it off. "What do you mean what?! That was reckless shooting!"

The clone rolled his eyes while grabbing a toothpick from a pocket on his waist. "It's the rage's fault for falling forward."

O'Niner walked over to the crosshair, trying to look intimidating while glaring at the clone through his helmet. "You want to say that again to my face!"

Crosshair looked at the clone, amused by his attempt to scare him. He took the toothpick from his mouth and flicked it at the clone as it bounced off his armor." He shouldn't have fallen forward like a stupid tin can."

O'Niner was fuming now as he threw a punch at the clone, but he simply moved out of the way. Cody and the squad leader went over to break up the fight.

"DUMM DUMM"

The clones watched as the doors of the observation tower opened, revealing Jango Fett and Nala Se, who was holding a data pad.

All the clones, except for three, lined up in a military formation. Y/n still lay there in pain. He slowly tried to push himself to get up, but the pain was unbearable.

Just as he was about to lie down again, he unexpectedly felt a hand gripping his arm, lifting it over their shoulder to help him stand. "Come on, I got you." Y/n turned to find that O'Niner was the one supporting him.

Y/n quietly laughed; yeah, they were all brothers, alright.

Suddenly, he felt someone on his left wrapping an arm over his shoulder. Looking over, it was none other than a cut, to which he gave a nod as the three moved into a gap, filling it together.

Jango and Nala Se faced the entire group of clones, glancing at each one, yet their eyes never lingered on him for even a second. Nala Se then turned to look at Jango, who seemed to pause before nodding his head.

(Ps. yeah, I ain't even going to try writing in character tone for her or any kaminoans)

"CT-2224, please step forward." The sudden callout of his number took Cody aback, but he made his way forward nonetheless, and each clone watched with interest, especially those beside Y/N, who was fighting to stay awake.

"CT-2224, after reviewing your performance and Jango Fett judging your performance himself, we believe that you're ready for the position. Effective immediately, you are assigned the rank of commander, 212th Attack Battalion."

Cody stood there, shook for a moment, but eventually he snapped out of it and nodded his head, accepting his new position.

The Kaminoans and bounty hunter were about to walk away when a clone spoke up with a slight cough to catch the two's attention. "Nala, see what about the clone here?" Her eyes drifted towards y/n's body condition before raising the date pad and typing some stuff into it."He will be taken to the MedBay, where I will give him the proper care needed."

The two quickly left without saying another word." Place me down," the two clones complied as they slowly went downwards, where y/n could rest on the floor again.

"Sorry about Crosshair; he's not much of a people person, and, well, the injuries."

"Don't worry about it. He's right, though—it was my fault for being too close to the edge." The clone in front of him removed his helmet, revealing his features beneath it.

His face resembled theirs, which made sense, but he wore a dark red bandanna around his forehead and sported an incredible mullet. Y/n chuckled because it wasn't every day someone had that kind of hairstyle. "Nice mullet you got there."

The clone smirked at him over his comment, "Nice jump out there; you really took Wrecker by surprise."

"Yeah, well, I can't exactly take him head-on, and besides, I need to take down uh crosshair"

"Yeah, it wasn't that bad of a take-out the enemy sniper and gain the high ground advantage." He crouched down while placing his helmet to the side and held his hand out for a handshake, which y/n did weakly. " Nice to meet you, the name is Hunter."

"Likewise, and I'm Y/n"

"DUMM DUMM"

The nearest entrance platform opened as two clones slowly rose from the ground, accompanied by a hovering gurney. They swiftly approached y/n and asked everyone to step back while they positioned themselves on either side of him, lifting him and placing him gently onto the hovering platform.

Time skip

Y/n was sitting up on the medical table, with his upper half of his body exposed, his arm resting on the table, while Nala Se was a few feet away, typing something into a machine as it made weird sounds before ejecting something from a pocket of the device.

She picks up the ejected item, which appears to be a vial, and examines it for a moment before shifting her gaze to y/n with her grey eyes.

She approaches with a subtle sway in her hips, which causes the little high slit cloth to sway along with her movements.

(Look, idk what you would call that type of outfit, pieces)

She stopped right in front of him, her stature towering over him. He leaned back slightly, tilting his head upward to meet her gaze as her chest blocked his line of sight from how close she was to him.

She then grabbed a needle-like device from beside his arm on the table and inserted the vial, which made a locking noise as she held his arms, pushing the needle into his arm and injecting something into his body.

After a couple of seconds, she let go and walked back to the table with her equipment." You will be fine in the coming days; you should already be feeling the effects." She wasn't kidding, y/n felt as his body started to ease on the pain levels and felt like he could finally walk on his own now.

y/n carefully got off the table, gauging his condition. The good news was he could walk, but a lingering pain in his ribs remained, likely requiring the time she mentioned for healing.

Y/n clutched his helmet in his left hand while using his right to protect his ribs, as if trying to stabilize the bones within his body against further strain.

He started walking over towards the door of the room, but he stopped for a moment and glanced back at the woman. " By the way, about my request, any update?"

A tired sigh could be heard from her as she didn't look back at him. "As I stated earlier, that decision is not mine to make alone."

"In other words, you won't spend the money that the republic has given you on the troops they're commissioning to make more of those better beds for us clones." Y/n clicked his tongue as he exited the room. Once in the hallway, he struck the wall with the back of his fist, producing a loud thud as it made contact.

He started walking down the hallway to go and get some food from the cafeteria.

It may seem silly to get upset over beds, but it's frustrating to see some clones enjoying bed pods while others have to settle for uncomfortable beds with iron beams. But it made no sense that with all the money they received in making such an army, they didn't use it on them.

Some believe Nala Se stands out among the Kaminoans due to her extra compassion, which is why he approached her for his request. However, she consistently refuses, stating that the prime minister would never approve such a request, and that alone frustrates him.

Maybe... He needs to force her hand, but how....

His thoughts were interrupted when he realized he was standing in front of the cafeteria doors, which swung open for him.

He was standing in one of the smaller cafeterias designed for the clones. After grabbing some food, he moved toward a table with a screen displaying news about the Republic. "Hey there, brothers."

As he took a seat to eat, a few clones had already gathered at the table. "Well I'll be, if it isn't big dick McGee!"

Y/n chuckled and shook his head. "Oh, come on, you flatter me," another clone at the table spoke up. "Hey, is it true that you won the...Contest?'

Y/n glanced around for a moment while munching on his food before leaning into the clones' interest. "You bet I did."

The clones all started laughing and talking about the contest results.

y/n finds it amusing that, despite it being a couple of years since the contest ended, he still receives questions about it. He understands why, given there are two hundred thousand of them, which means he's constantly meeting new people he hasn't encountered before.

The contest in question took place a few years ago, and it was mostly silly. But still, it was a fun contest that raised the question: since we're all clones, does that mean we have the same dick size? Well, the answer is, surprisingly, no.

He doesn't recall the specifics, just that around one thousand clones had to take the measurement. It was quite an ordeal, as they had to take turns making excuses for each other.

And out of all the clones, he came out on top as the clone with the biggest dick, and let's just say that you would ecpect that maybe the different in dick size would be small and well you would be wrong.

.

.

.

.

Hmm, that could be interesting.

"Hey, so Y/n, what do you think about that theory?" He looked up from his food at the clones, as they could tell he wasn't paying attention. "We think that maybe why your dick is much bigger then any of ours is becuase perhaps one of the Kaminoans got incredibly honry and decide to make a clone with a dick that satisfy them"

Y/n thought for a moment as his gaze looked away before returning to them. "Honestly, that's not a bad ide- theory"

The clones resumed their conversation while y/n's gaze shifted to the TV screen, then to the clone who was watching it. " Anything interesting?"

"Eh just the same politician bullcrap beside this one thing I heard."

"Oh yeah, and what's that?" The clone smirked a little as he turned his head to look at y/n. "It seems like the republic is introducing the Military Creation Act in the coming days."

Y/n found it strange that the Republic would be introducing such a bill when they already had an army, which was them, right?

He didn't give much thought to that line of thinking as he had more pressing matters to consider, such as forcing the Kaminoans to provide them with more pod beds.

The problem was the prime minister, maybe... He could get the prime minister's top aides on his side, which, from what he had seen, were only two people: Taun We and Nala Se.

That was when he thought of something; he remembered being taught about the history of the Kaminoans and how they had adapted their genetic code to survive the great flood.

The question was, do they still do such a thing, and if they do. Then perhaps he could...

The first chapter is done. Although I don't plan to work on this since I have other things to write, it won Chapter of the Month, so here it is.

Update: what I mean is that I have two book commitments right now so I can't even think about working on this unless it win the monthly vote eventually I do want to work on this book

But anyway, if there are any first-generation clones you'd like to see, let me know, so they can make a cameo in the following few chapters that take place before the events of Attack of the Clones.

Until next time
