Haruna sat on the edge of her bed, golden sheets tangled around her legs like she'd fought a lion in her sleep. Her face was a flurry of stress, guilt, embarrassment, and something else she couldn't quite put her finger on.
"I'm fine," she said out loud, to no one in particular.
She wasn't fine.
She'd slept with a demon. A *demon*. Not just any demon. The *son* of Lucifer. The infamous Kikidori. The walking embodiment of everything Heaven hated. And she let him—
"Okay—okay!" she said, waving her hands at the air as if her thoughts were physical insects buzzing around her. "It wasn't *that* bad. I mean... he didn't force anything. He's... funny. He's just so... him."
She exhaled.
"Stop it, Haruna. You're an angel. You're loyal. You're pure. You're *strong*. You are *not* falling for a demon. Nope. Nuh-uh."
Her eyes trailed to the window. She could see the golden clouds floating lazily by, the soft hymn of Heaven's morning choir floating in the distance. Everything was peaceful, beautiful... holy.
And it made her *itch*.
"Ugh, this is driving me insane!" she yelled, grabbing a pillow and throwing it across the room. It bounced off a marble column and hit a harp, which let out a musical *twang* like it agreed with her meltdown.
"I need... I need to talk to someone. *Anyone*. Someone who won't judge me."
Silence answered her.
She blinked. "...I'm so screwed."

**Back in Hell...**
"Wait. You're doing *what*?" Kikidori's voice cracked slightly as he stared at Lucifer.
Lucifer stood tall, sipping something thick and bubbling from a crystal chalice that looked suspiciously like it was made of angel bones. "I'm telling Lilith."
Kikidori practically *jumped* back. "NO—no, no, no, no, no. You *can't*."
"Oh, I most definitely can." Lucifer smirked, fangs just barely peeking through his perfect teeth. "You thought *I* was mad? Oh, son, you haven't seen anything yet. She will *tear* your head off and mount it above her throne. Maybe make a candle from your horns."
"Dad, come on!" Kikidori's eyes were wide. "There's no need to tell *mom*. Like, seriously. This can stay between us. You and me. Father-son trauma bonding, remember?"
Lucifer raised an eyebrow. "Trauma bonding?"
"YES. Because if you tell her, *I* will need trauma therapy."
Lucifer sipped again. "You're not getting out of this one."
Kikidori crossed his arms. "Alright. What do you want? A favor? My soul? A hug? I'll kill one of the cupids for you again—those shits are everywhere."
Lucifer raised a finger like he just had a brilliant idea. "Actually... I'll let you off the hook."
Kikidori's eyes narrowed. "I don't like where this is going."
Lucifer smiled. "Bring her here."
"What?"
"Haruna. Bring the angel to Hell."
Kikidori tilted his head, genuinely trying to figure out if his dad was serious or just bored and playing mind games again. "You want me to *bring* her here? To *Hell*? Dad, she's not exactly... into fire and brimstone. She thinks smoke is bad for her wings."
Lucifer's smile grew wider. "Then she'll be purified through suffering."
"...what the *actual fuck*, Dad?"
"You brought her to bed. Now bring her to *Hell*. You're my son. You make messes. You clean them."
Kikidori groaned, rubbing his face. "This is blackmail."
"No. This is parenting."

**Meanwhile... in Heaven...**
Haruna walked through the central gardens, still flustered, trying to pray the thoughts away. Every flower she passed bloomed with golden radiance. Every angel she walked by seemed to *know*. She caught whispers, side glances, awkward pauses in conversation.
She could hear them in her head.
"Did she really...?"
"With *him*?"
"What does demon *sex* even feel like?"
"Oh, girl."
She stumbled behind a tree and screamed silently.
But then she laughed.
A bitter, nervous laugh. "I mean... okay, yeah. I slept with a demon. But it wasn't like he *forced* me. I liked it. And I like him. Not... like *like* but, y'know, he's... there. He's always *there*. Even when I want to punch him in the face."
She leaned against the tree and exhaled deeply.
"I'm going to Hell for this, aren't I?"
A voice popped into her head.
**"Already been there, babe."**
She nearly jumped. "KIKIDORI?!"
He appeared beside her, stepping out of a shadow like it was his personal elevator. He looked tired but smug. "Hey, wings. We need to talk."
She folded her arms, suspicious. "Why do I feel like this isn't going to be a romantic visit?"
Kikidori scratched the back of his neck. "My dad found out."
"Oh boy."
"And now he's gonna tell my *mom*."
Haruna blinked. "Wait. Who's your—OH FUCK. LILITH?!"
"Ding ding ding."
Haruna turned pale, even for an angel. "She's going to *eat* me."
Kikidori shrugged. "Yeah... she might."
She stared at him, fuming. "And you came here to WARN me?!"
"No," he said. "I came here because I need you to come to Hell."
Haruna stared.
Then blinked.
Then stared more.
"...*Excuse me?!*"
