Chapter 2 - When the Sky Shattered

The night was unusually restless.

In the modest dormitory of Nuoding Academy, a 12-year-old Tang San sat upright on his bed, his eyes reflecting the moonlight filtering through the window.

The distant tremor that had shaken the earth earlier still lingered in his mind.

"What was that disturbance?" he pondered, his fingers subconsciously tracing the patterns of his Blue Silver Grass spirit.

The sensation was unlike any spirit fluctuation he had ever encountered.

"It wasn't just a tremor..." he thought. "It was like… the sky cried out."

He turned to look toward the south.

He didn't know it, but his soul instinctively reached toward Spirit City.

Unbeknownst to Tang San, hidden in the shadows beyond the academy, his father, Tang Hao, observed silently.

The former Titled Douluo's gaze was fixed in the direction of Spirit City, his expression a mix of concern and contemplation.

"Such a force... It's not of this world, is it the gods?" Tang Hao mused, gripping his hammer tightly.

"My son's path has just begun… but another storm has arrived." His eyes narrowed as he whispered.

He sensed that the balance of power in the continent was on the verge of a monumental shift.

Back in Spirit City, the epicenter of the disturbance, the elite of Spirit Hall were in disarray.

The crater in the Supreme Pontiff's chamber was now sealed off, guarded by the most trusted elders.

Whispers of the mysterious being's arrival spread like wildfire, reaching every corner of the continent.

...

Star Dou Great Forest – Deepest Core

Within a glowing, crystalline cocoon of energy, Gu Yuena opened her violet dragon eyes.

The sacred silver of her hair shimmered under the starlight seeping through the forest canopy.

The ripples from Spirit City reached even here.

She stood, her flawless human form fully manifested.

Clad in silver-blue robes, she raised her hand, sensing the residual dimensional chaos that lingered.

"This is not of this world. A creature who defies balance has landed. What kind of being dares to pierce the dimensional wall and survive it?"

A cold edge entered her expression.

"The Divine Realm must have felt it too."

But suddenly her voice soft murmuring

"Has he come...?"

Sea God's Island – Cliff Temple

Far away, Bo Saixi, High Priestess of Sea God, stood unmoving as the waves roared below her.

The sea had gone still an hour earlier—a moment of reverence, as if the very ocean recognized the presence of something greater than gods.

"A star fell upon Spirit Hall... and it wasn't a god. It was a soul… no, a miniature sun."

She turned, her Sea God's Trident glowing faintly.

A trial was coming, she knew.

The Sea God's successor—whoever that would be—might not even matter anymore.

Spirit Hall – Elder Chamber

Qian Daoliu, cloaked in golden robes, knelt in prayer before the Hall of Spirit's divine altar.

His usually composed face twitched with confusion and awe.

"Even the angelic scripture cracked at the moment of impact... Could it be—?"

His eyes narrowed.

"No god descended. Yet something came, something wrapped in divine flame. No spirit beast, no spirit master. Something like that has never belonged to this world."

He clenched his fists.

"This threatens the order of gods themselves."

Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan – Main Pavilion

Ning Fengzhi, elegant and calculating, stood before a magical crystal orb, watching as his communication network buzzed with panicked reports from across kingdoms.

"Explosions in Spirit Hall."

"A sky tear seen in the northern sky."

"A divine star crashing into the Pontiff's quarters."

He sipped tea, thoughtful.

Even Sword Douluo, Bone douluo behind him looked pale.

"The world is shifting. And we're all standing on a fault line." Ning muttered.

Heaven Dou Empire – Royal Court Barracks

Within a secured section of the Heaven Dou military, a woman sat calmly in golden armor—her bearing serene, her presence unmatched.

Qian Renxue, disguised as Xue Qinghe, slowly removed her helmet.

Her serene face was interrupted by a sudden knock.

Her trusted aide, dressed in Spirit Hall robes under disguise, entered and bowed deeply.

"Holy Daughter—pardon—Lady Qian Renxue. A message from Spirit City."

She turned, eyes calm until the next words left his mouth:

"Supreme Pontiff Bibi Dong has been injured. The Spirit Hall was struck by a powerful entity from the sky. She lives… but was thrown back by the force."

The color drained from her face.

Not because she feared loss of power.

Not because she feared danger.

But because that was her mother.

Her real one.

And even if their bond was hidden from the world, it mattered to her deeply.

Qian Renxue stood quickly, armor glinting in the moonlight.

"Inform my second in command. I am returning immediately. This mission can wait."

The subordinate looked surprised, but didn't argue.

She mounted her golden chariot, wings of divine light briefly flashing before she suppressed them again.

"Mother… what could possibly hurt you?" she whispered to herself as her heart pounded.

...

In inns, fields, and alleyways, whispers echoed under torchlight:

"Did you see it? The sky cracked open like a scroll!"

"They say the Spirit Hall was punished by the heavens!"

"No… they say a god fell to earth, and even the Pontiff bowed."

Rumors danced across the continent.

But no one knew the truth yet.

Not even the gods.

Meanwhile, in a luxarious bed inside of spirit hall

"…Kal-El—known in another world as Clark Kent—remained unconscious, but his heartbeat pulsed like a war drum echoing across dimensions."
