Chapter 1 - The Creation

What is life?

Is it breath? Is it thought? Or is it something far older, far deeper than we've ever known?

What if I told you that humans were never Earth's first children? That long before we walked these lands, other beings—powerful, ancient, and forgotten—roamed freely across the face of the planet?

It all began over 10,000 years ago.

Before the foundations of the world were laid, the Almighty gazed into the void and saw the war to come — a war for the soul of creation. To preserve balance and protect a world not yet born, He forged four divine races, each designed to battle the rising evil from Lucifer's dark realm.

First came the Fairies — radiant, ethereal, breathtakingly beautiful. Though fragile on their own, their true strength blossomed when united. They wielded the magic of the Earth to preserve harmony, guarding the lines between light and shadow.

Next came the Witches. Masters of black magic, they could bind demons, trap them in forgotten realms, or even raise the dead. But with such power came danger, and the Almighty forbade them from resurrecting the fallen — a rule that some dared not obey.

But the darkness grew stronger, and so did the need for might.

Then came the Werewolves. Fierce, primal, and nearly unstoppable, they were the warriors of the Almighty. Gifted with shapeshifting and unmatched strength, they tore through demonic legions and protected the knowledge of the world from the unsuspecting humans — the Daylighters. Divided into Alphas, Betas, and Omegas, the werewolves were feared even among their own.

And finally, there were the Unique Ones. Swift, powerful, kind-hearted — beings with a strange blend of mercy and fury. While not as mighty as the werewolves, they carried a light within them that the darkness could not corrupt they were the vampires, who followed the werewolves as the next divine race to be created.

After the great creation, the Almighty—drained of divine strength—could no longer sustain the balance alone. There was only one way to recover His power: a sacred slumber lasting two hundred years.

Before His departure, He summoned the protectors of the Earth—gathering them from the farthest corners of the world. Among them stood Lucas, god of the vampires; Derek, the mighty Alpha of werewolves; Anabell, queen of the fairies; and Aquila, the witch of the night.

Each leader arrived with their followers, eyes turned skyward in silent anticipation. At the heart of the gathering, a circle glowed with strange white markings—pure and radiant. As the leaders stepped into it, the markings flared red like blood spilled on snow. The skies broke open, clouds vanishing as if in fear, revealing the naked heavens.

Then came the voice of the Almighty, resonant and ancient:

"Gather, guardians of Earth, for I am weary. My strength must return through slumber. But I cannot leave this world without a leader. Step forward—if you dare—to claim stewardship in my absence."

Only two stepped forward: Lucas and Derek.

The voice spoke again, echoing like thunder across the realms:

"Then speak your wishes."

Derek stepped forth, his voice strong and full of fire:

"Almighty, grant the werewolves the strength to defeat any demon, that we may protect the Daylighters and cleanse the world of evil."

The heavens roared. Thunder cracked. His words were heard.

Then came Lucas, calm yet commanding:

"Almighty, I remain your loyal servant. My wish is this: grant power to all protectors, so that we may stand united—stronger together—in the defense of humanity." Silence followed. A silence deep and divine. Then, the Almighty looked beyond their words—into their hearts.

And His choice was made.

To the vampires, He bestowed His power.

Strength beyond imagination. Speed to shatter time. Magic to bend the elements. Skills unmatched by any creature.

With the Almighty's slumber began a new reign.

The vampires were now supreme.

Guardians of the underworld. Commanders of the shadows.

And so began the slow descent… into the end.
