Synopsis
Some or most of you will find this story similar. Yes, it is the same. And now, think how this could be possible. Try out this version and judge for yourself! Oh, and below is a synopsis: ---------- ---------- It was just another ordinary day in Konoha. Shin, a ten-year-old Uchiha boy, had finished his breakfast and was strolling through the village streets, blissfully unaware that his life was about to change forever. As he walked, a notification suddenly rang in his mind: [System activated. Host has acquired all of Senju Tobirama's talents (Upgradeable)!] His face lit up with excitement, jackpot! But in that moment of uncontainable joy, he accidentally locked eyes with none other than Tobirama himself, who was passing by on his way to Kumo. One smile. That's all it took. In Shin's slightly manic expression, Tobirama saw something horrifyingly familiar, the same mad scientist gleam that he himself wore when creating forbidden techniques. An Uchiha with that look? Unacceptable! Before dying, he ordered Shin's surveillance, ninja academy expulsion, and training ban... all because he smiled at the wrong moment. Seven years later, Shin works as a medical genius at Konoha Hospital, constantly tormented by what-ifs and regularly battling with Tsunade just to annoy the Senju clan. "Damn you, Tobirama," he seethes daily, unable to use his incredible talents under constant ANBU surveillance. This is his life. Watching others grow while he remains stagnant. What now? ---------- ---------- I don't own Naruto. Kudos to Masashi Kishimoto. Warnings: - AU - romance - no harem, if there is, I will get rid of it - powerful MC - system If you want to help me out: p@treon.com/Malphegor Currently, no advance chapters, but tomorrow, and the day after, there will be some until we reach 20+. Chapter 1 - 01 - The Glance That Doomed Me

Damn you, Tobirama!

Inside an office at Konoha Hospital, a young man was gritting his teeth, cursing furiously in his heart. Every time he thought about his current situation, the hatred he felt for the Second Hokage surged uncontrollably.

He wished he could dig up Tobirama's grave, grind his bones, and scatter his ashes. Quite extreme, but that was how much he hated that Senju...

Seven years ago, he died in a car accident and inexplicably transmigrated into the Naruto world, merging with the soul and memories of a 10-year-old boy from the Uchiha clan, becoming Shin.

On the same day, having survived the ordeal, he happily walked through the streets of Konoha. It was then that he saw the Second Hokage for the first time.

As their eyes met, a notification suddenly rang out in Shin's mind.

[System activated. Host has acquired all of Senju Tobirama's talents (Upgradeable)!]

The sudden voice startled him, but was quickly followed by overwhelming joy. However, when he looked up in uncontrollable excitement, he unexpectedly met Tobirama's wary and scrutinizing gaze.

That cold, alien stare like he was looking at a monster, instantly made Shin feel like he'd plunged into an icy abyss.

What the hell are you looking at me like that for? You're not seriously going to kill me just for a glance, are you? Where's the logic in that?!

Fortunately, Tobirama was in a hurry to go to Kumo for peace talks with the Second Raikage at the time. So, after shooting Shin a cold warning glance, he quickly left Konoha surrounded by his students and guards.

Watching Tobirama leave, Shin let out a huge sigh of relief. He more or less understood why the guy had looked at him so strangely.

Tobirama had always been highly vigilant toward the Uchiha clan. Shin's sudden excitement probably triggered a sense of intense familiarity in him, an expression he himself would wear when conducting his own experiments. In his eyes, that kind of expression was a massive red flag.

Throughout his life, he had developed an uncanny ability to read people through their eyes, windows to one's true nature. In that fleeting moment when their gazes met, he saw something deeply unsettling in Shin's eyes: a calculating intelligence far beyond a child's years, coupled with an almost predatory excitement.

For a man who had witnessed the corruption of great Uchiha like Madara, those eyes represented the spark of something potentially far more dangerous... a brilliant mind with Uchiha power but without Uchiha loyalty.

This kid must not be allowed to live!

Tobirama was a ruthless man; he wouldn't show mercy just because Shin was only ten years old.

So in his heart, Shin had screamed: Go to hell, you bastard!

Because he knew, this trip to Kumo would be Tobirama's last. He would be ambushed and gravely injured by the infamous Gold and Silver Brothers. In the end, to protect his students and draw away the enemy, he would die in action.

Thinking of this cheered Shin up considerably. Karma is a bitch! Look what happens!

---

Sure enough, not long after, news of the Second Hokage's death spread through Konoha. The whole village was steeped in mourning, but he secretly let out a sigh of relief.

Just as he thought he could finally rest easy, misfortune struck again. Because he soon discovered that the moment Hiruzen returned to Konoha and took over as the new Hokage, he was put under surveillance.

Not only was he being monitored, but he was also mysteriously expelled from the Ninja Academy, losing his chance to graduate and become a genin.

On top of that, he was strictly forbidden from engaging in any form of ninja training or learning ninjutsu, forced to live as an ordinary person under constant watch.

Karma's a bitch, huh? Damn... Are they scared I'll become strong, or scared I'll run?

After finally transmigrating to the Naruto world, who wouldn't want to gain great power? But before he could even begin, he was expelled. All because Tobirama looked at him once in a crowd and didn't like him, his life was ruined.

The title of most miserable transmigrator ever was well deserved. Then again, it was not that extreme at all. Some had it worse, like the healer named Redo.

To make matters worse, Kagami, possibly under someone's influence, actually expelled Shin from the Uchiha clan, forcing him to live in a civilian home. Though unusual for the typically loyal Uchiha, he had always maintained close ties with the Second Hokage and his students. Unlike most of his kinsmen, he shared Tobirama's vision for the village and likely believed the warning about Shin posed a genuine threat to both Konoha and the clan's precarious standing.

Just like father, just like son, huh? Shisui would later follow the same path, putting village before clan.

Naturally, this was for easier surveillance, since it would be far more problematic for ANBU to freely move in and out of the Uchiha compound. For a long period afterward, even the slightest movement from Shin would result in a full ANBU squad rotating to monitor him. The scale of the operation was just too absurd.

It wasn't hard to guess that Tobirama must have left some sort of instructions for his students before his death.

Tobirama, what wrong have I ever done to you? Why the hell couldn't you leave me alone, even after you died? All because of a single glance? Was that really necessary?!

As much as he hated Tobirama, he couldn't help but feel a deep sense of powerlessness. His adoptive parents had died when he was very young, casualties of the long and drawn-out First Great Ninja War.

Because of that, he had never received a proper Uchiha clan education, everything he knew, he had learned at the Ninja Academy. Without showing any particularly exceptional talent, his strength at age 10 had only been slightly better than a fresh genin.

In such circumstances, he could scream until his voice gave out, no one would listen.

So what if he had all of Tobirama's talents and they were even upgradeable?

Would he risk researching? Would he risk training?

With so many eyes constantly watching him, the slightest suspicious action would bring consequences he didn't even want to imagine.

In his early years as Hokage, Hiruzen was ruthless when it came to decisiveness.

So, for the past seven years, Shin could only conduct theoretical research endlessly in his mind.

He pondered the mechanics behind various jutsu, thought about the feasibility of modifying them, and even considered creating new jutsu for specific purposes. But so far, none of these ideas had come to fruition.

Fortunately, the family that took hin in was very kind and took great care of him. After seven years together, they treated him almost like their own son.

Especially after Shin, unwilling to resign himself to mediocrity, revealed an astonishing talent for medicine, his foster father, Yasuto, took it upon himself to pull some strings and get him a spot as an apprentice at Konoha Hospital.

Perhaps because they thought a doctor, even a medical-nin, posed little threat, Hiruzen didn't interfere, tacitly approving the arrangement.

And so, Shin became a medical... well, no. Just a doctor. Because he held no ninja rank and couldn't become a medical-nin, despite having already mastered many medical ninjutsu techniques.

"We have an injured person who needs surgery!"

Just as Shin was mentally cursing Tobirama, a nurse rushed into his office and said urgently.

"Is it a ninja or an ordinary person?" Shin asked as a routine inquiry.

Everyone at the hospital knew that he used different treatment methods for ninjas and civilians, so the question wasn't out of place.

"A ninja!" the nurse answered quickly, without any suspicion.

"I'll be right there. Get the operating room ready." Shin replied, while gathering his medical kit.

---

In the operating room, he quickly stitched up and bandaged the vicious wound on the patient's arm.

"How are you feeling?" he asked with concern.

"I feel much better," the ninja replied with a sigh of relief, grateful his arm had been saved.

"Now I'm going to perform a treatment that will help speed up your recovery." Shin nodded, pulling out silver needles from his medical kit and explaining seriously, "I want you to try performing the ninjutsu you're most skilled at, not actually using it, just simulate the chakra flow within your body as if you were going to perform it. The slower, the better."

"Uh… may I ask why?" the injured ninja asked, confused.

"You don't want to recover faster?" Shin replied, pretending to frown in displeasure.

"I understand!" The ninja no longer hesitated. "I'll do it right away!"

With that, he slowly raised his badly wounded arm and, together with his good hand, began to form hand signs at a deliberately slow pace.

Shin then placed his hand on the ninja's abdomen, carefully sensing the chakra within.
