Chapter 1 - Bab. 1 Azka Xavier.

City of Angels, or known as the City of Angels, is the second largest city in the United States. In a skyscraper, a place where elites and wealthy people reside, a 21-year-old young man was lost in thought in front of the penthouse window of his friend. Azka Xavier, the youngest child of one of the most influential families in America, stared at the hustle and bustle of the highway below, the city that had been his home all this time.

Azka let out a long sigh. He wished he could feel freedom, even for just one night. However, his life seemed to be shackled by so many rules. Since childhood, his mother had set such strict limits, making him unable to do the things he wanted without strict supervision.

"What's wrong, Az? You've been spacing out this whole time," asked a man who suddenly patted his shoulder.

Azka turned around. It was Vincent, one of his friends.

Azka sighed again before finally speaking, "Nothing's wrong. I just..." He trailed off, as if hesitant to continue. "I just want to feel the freedom you guys feel all this time, even if it's just a little."

Instantly, the beige-toned room fell silent. Five handsome young men stared at Azka with surprised expressions.

Azka himself, with a handsome face like a famous magazine model, a firm jaw, hazel almond-shaped eyes, and smooth, flawless fair skin, looked silent. His thick black hair was neatly styled in a comma hair style, making him look even more perfect. The typical face of a mix of American blood from his father and Asian blood from his mother often made people amazed, but behind all that, his life was far from free.

Changing the subject, Azka said again, "Oh yeah, where are we going? To the beach, gym, park, or fancy restaurants and cafes?" He glanced at Vincent and his friends before turning his gaze to the window where he had been pondering earlier. "Before my time playing with you guys runs out—"

Before Azka could finish his sentence, his friends exchanged glances, as if understanding his desire to feel free.

Jay, who had been ready to go since earlier, finally spoke up. "You're tired of a life that's too regulated?" he guessed, approaching. Since the beginning, they had planned to go out and have fun without a specific destination. That was the reason his five friends were now gathered in his room.

"Yeah, that makes sense." Leo chimed in without taking his eyes off his phone screen. "Especially, we're free to do anything, like flirting with women, throwing money around, partying, or just enjoying life like other people in general. While you, everywhere you go, you have to be escorted by guys as big as the Hulk. It must be uncomfortable at all."

Azka chuckled. "So, I haven't been a normal person all this time?"

Henry immediately slapped his forehead. "It's not like that, Azka! I mean, you've never experienced the things that kids our age usually do. Like partying, drinking, or being accompanied by beautiful and sexy women." He pursed his lips, then raised and lowered his eyebrows mischievously.

"Especially if their body is as beautiful as a Spanish guitar," Vincent chimed in, imagining himself relaxing, drinking, surrounded by women with perfect curves. He didn't care how much money he had to spend, as long as he could enjoy it all.

"Are there really parties like that?" Azka asked innocently, imagining a woman shaped like a Spanish guitar or an hourglass as Vincent had said. Are there really women like that?

Everyone immediately stared at him.

"This is the result of a boy being restrained for 21 years," commented Vincent.

"All he knows are formal events, gala dinners, or charity parties," said Jay, shaking his head.

"Oh my God, why do I have to have a friend like him? Forgive my sins," William complained, raising both hands up, as if surrendering to fate.

"Enough, enough!" Jay calmed them down. "Instead of arguing, we better get ready and go out to do something more exciting than usual."

Ben raised an eyebrow. "For example?"

Jay shrugged. "Maybe to a concert? Resort, play golf, swim?"

"Ah, that's not fun." Vincent immediately refused. "Moreover, how? As soon as Azka steps out of the penthouse, his bodyguards are on standby as if going to war."

Henry nodded in agreement. "That's right, it would be troublesome if there's a Hulk squad constantly watching us from behind."

Jay pondered, looking for a way for them to go freely without escort, especially for Azka.

Until finally, Vincent got an idea that he thought was brilliant. He exchanged glances with Henry, then smiled meaningfully, as if they understood each other's thoughts and were thinking the same thing. Without hesitation, Vincent proposed his plan.

"How about we all disguise ourselves, then sneak out of the penthouse without anyone knowing?" said Vincent.

"What do you mean?" asked Ben, starting to get interested.

"If we disguise ourselves, no one will notice, right? We can freely go anywhere without being followed by bodyguards," explained Vincent with an enthusiastic tone. "We can also do whatever we want, including Azka. That way, he can feel the freedom he's been wanting all this time."

"They also won't suspect that we've gone out and will still think the six of us are still here until we show ourselves," added Vincent confidently.

"We can come back tonight, of course after having a little fun," Henry chimed in with a meaningful smile. He wanted to enjoy time with his friends while showing Azka what the world outside was like.

Jay, William, and Ben looked at each other, while Vincent nimbly got off the bed and immediately pulled Azka to his feet. Without giving the man a chance to protest, Vincent dragged him towards the closet.

Henry followed suit, opening Jay's closet, then taking some clothes that he thought were suitable for Azka's disguise. With agility, he also began to examine every corner of the clothes, looking for the possibility of a tracking device installed by Azka's mother.

"Hey, those are my clothes!" protested Jay as soon as he saw Henry casually taking several pieces of his clothes.

"Borrow!" Henry replied without feeling guilty, immediately following Vincent into the bathroom.

From inside the bathroom, a little commotion was faintly heard between Azka and his two friends. It's unclear what happened.

A few minutes passed, and finally, the results of Vincent and Henry's efforts were visible. When Azka came out of the bathroom, everyone immediately laughed.

The man who was previously seen as masculine and elegant had now drastically changed into a nerdy man with round glasses. His clothes were too big, his hair was deliberately made a little messy, and his bookworm impression was even stronger.

"So nerdy!" Ben almost fell off the sofa from laughing too hard.

"At least make a slightly cooler disguise!" William rolled on the floor while holding his stomach.

Vincent held out his hand. "Where's your phone?" he asked while removing all the trackers, followed by his friends so that their devices would remain detected at that location.

Although they could be said to be quite free to do anything, they were still under the supervision of their respective parents. The difference was, their families were not as strict as the Xavier family in monitoring Azka.

"What for?" Azka raised a suspicious eyebrow.

"I'll turn it off for a while, so no one notices your presence," Vincent replied casually, then without further ado threw Azka's phone onto Jay's bed. "Okay, let's go!"

"I'll buy you a new one later," he added before putting on sunglasses and a hat. His friends followed, starting to disguise themselves like intelligence agents. They also turned off the tracking feature on their respective phones.

Without waiting any longer, they rushed out of Jay's room, ready to start today's adventure.

Ensuring their disguise was convincing enough, the six men began to move out carefully, sneaking among a group of people who were about to leave. This penthouse only rents or sells units based on the floor, not as private property. Jay himself only rented it according to the system implemented by the building management.

"Let's hurry before someone notices," Jay whispered as he walked casually, trying to act normal as if they weren't a group of men trying to escape from tight security.

They walked through the hallway calmly. Occasionally, Azka glanced at the bodyguards guarding various points, making sure no one recognized him. However, it seemed their disguise was quite successful. No one suspected that among them was a conglomerate heir who was always watched.

"Hey, wait a minute. We have to make sure no one's following," Ben said when they arrived at the lobby.

William glanced back, observing the situation. "Safe! No one's following us. Let's go!"

"We're walking? Hey, where's Jay?" Ben asked, just realizing Jay had suddenly disappeared.

Immediately, they looked at each other, wary in case Jay was caught by one of the bodyguards. However, before they had time to panic, a car horn was heard near them, followed by Jay's voice calling from the parking lot.

"Hey, what are you guys looking for? Hurry up and get in!" he exclaimed, lowering his mask so his voice could be heard more clearly.

"Where did you get the car?" asked Henry, immediately approaching.

"From that guy." Jay pointed towards a man who now seemed to be kissing his black card as if it were a treasure that had just fallen from the sky, after previously selling his car to Jay.
