Location: Ravenspire Vale — Battlefield Heart
POV: Caelis Thorne
The god had a face now.
It was wrong. Beautiful and monstrous, as if the stars themselves had tried to sculpt a man and failed. Thamaris stood at the center of the ruined vale, his form unstable, rippling between flesh and void, crowned in fire that whispered forgotten names.
Caelis stood across from him, cloak torn, armor etched with blood sigils, the Heart of Rilithar pulsing at his chest.
Ashren was at his side. Seris kneeled behind them, barely breathing, her wings broken but her soul intact—for now.
> "Three of you," Thamaris murmured. "How quaint. Will you fight me with your pain?"
"No," Caelis said. "We'll bind you with it."

Three Fates, One Thread
Ashren and Caelis hadn't stood side by side in over a century.
They'd fought across bloodlines, burned down nations, hunted each other like wolves. But now, their scars aligned like puzzle pieces. Thamaris had taken something from each of them. Love. Family. Humanity.
And Seris… she was the cost they would not pay.
Caelis reached into the air and drew the Ash Pact—a binding spell older than the gods themselves, forbidden and suicidal. He'd only read of it in the Vault of Chains, but he remembered every word.
Ashren glanced at him. "This will kill us."
Caelis nodded. "And if it doesn't work, he kills everything else."
They began the ritual.

Thamaris Unleashed
The god didn't wait.
He launched forward, warping the ground beneath him, shadow wings stretching across the sky. His touch unraveled reality—men aged to dust, weapons turned to bone.
But as he reached them, the three lights flared:
Caelis's wrath.
Ashren's love.
Seris's will.
Their magic converged.
And for a moment, the god screamed.

The Pact Sealed
Chains of ash and flame coiled around Thamaris, forged from memory and agony. The god shrieked as his limbs twisted inward, trapped in a cage made not of iron—but of their souls.
"Now, Seris!" Caelis yelled.
She raised her hand—her last ounce of strength poured into the sealing rune etched into her blood.
Thamaris collapsed to one knee.
Then—
> "You cannot kill me," he hissed. "You are me."
And Seris, through gritted teeth, replied:
"No. I'm what you failed to be."
And the seal closed.

Final Scene — Silence After the Storm
Ravenspire fell into eerie quiet.
Ashren slumped to the ground. Caelis dropped the relic, barely breathing.
Seris stood in the ruins of what once was her mind.
And beneath them all, Thamaris slept… but not forever.
