Synopsis
Hiko was just a tired salaryman in the modern world—until he opened his eyes in a place he thought existed only in fiction: the Hidden Leaf Village. Reborn as a young member of the Uchiha clan, he soon discovers he has landed at the worst possible time—three years before the Uchiha Massacre. Konoha is gripped by paranoia. The Uchiha are being watched, manipulated, and driven into isolation. Danzo’s shadow stretches wide, and the village elders quietly set the stage for one of history’s greatest tragedies. The clan itself is fractured by internal strife, petty politics, and ambition. Trust is scarce. Hope is fading. And standing at the end of this path is a boy named Itachi, whose name will forever be linked with betrayal. Hiko refuses to be a footnote in a doomed clan’s story. He won’t wait to be slaughtered by “the village’s will.” He will act. Crush the faction wars. Shake the rotten roots of Konoha. Rewrite fate itself if needed. From within and without, he will dismantle the gears of tragedy. And if the system cannot be saved—it will be broken. This is not a story of passive resistance. This is the story of a man who dares to flip the table on fate itself. The Uchiha will rise. And the name at the center of it all will be—Uchiha Hiko.

Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1

Introduction:

Hiko, a transmigrant from another world, crossed over into the Naruto universe and found himself as a member of the Uchiha clan. However, the timeline he landed in was precarious—just three years before the Uchiha Clan Massacre.

This era was the peak of the village's suspicion and hostility toward the Uchiha. Internal faction struggles, constant surveillance by the higher-ups, and widespread misunderstandings by the villagers mirrored the canon events.

If Yan—his chosen name—did nothing, the result would be identical to the original story: Itachi Uchiha, ever loyal to Konoha, would end his clan with his own blade.

Faced with looming death, Yan resolved not to rely on fate or others.

He must act to save himself.

Factional infighting? Eliminate the factions.

Oppression by the higher-ups? Replace the oppressors.

If he couldn't secure salvation from within the clan, then he would break through from the outside.

Thus began the Uchiha Self-Rescue Project—to recast the Uchiha's shattered pride and carve a new destiny.

"Remember my name—Uchiha Hiko!"

---

It was early morning in Konoha. The streets buzzed with life as civilians and shinobi alike began their day. Yan, as always, sat quietly at a modest food stand not far from the ninja academy, enjoying a simple breakfast. His eyes casually followed the crowd until they paused briefly on a child in a navy blue Uchiha crest jacket—Sasuke Uchiha—walking toward the academy with a bag on his back.

> "Copy successful. Fragment of Indra's chakra obtained. Initiate fusion?"

> "Fusion."

Silently confirming in his thoughts, Yan set down his chopsticks, placed money on the counter, and stood up to leave.

Unbeknownst to him, a masked Anbu shinobi, hidden in the nearby shadows, took note of his movements and disappeared in a flicker, heading straight for the Hokage's office.

Moments later, the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, listened intently.

> "Hokage-sama, Uchiha Hiko once again visited the snack stall opposite the ninja academy. He left shortly after Sasuke Uchiha entered the school. No unusual behavior to report."

The old man exhaled deeply from his pipe.

Despite having monitored Yan for over six months, the Third Hokage remained suspicious. What was this young Uchiha planning?

Why always be near the academy?

Was it Sasuke... or perhaps Naruto Uzumaki he was observing?

Each time the school operated on schedule, Hiko would appear like clockwork.

These patterns made Hiruzen's already wary mindset even more alert.

He'd placed Anbu on long-term surveillance—but they'd seen nothing actionable.

Still, he couldn't afford to take chances.

> "Inform Shisui. I want to speak with him."

> "Yes, Hokage-sama."

Back on the village streets, Hiko strolled casually toward the Konoha Police Headquarters, humming as he received a system reward.

> "Another daily crit bonus."

Six months had passed since he awoke in this world. One moment, he was a corporate worker pulling an all-nighter; the next, he was in Konoha—an Uchiha, no less.

Worse, the night of the Nine-Tails attack had already occurred, and the clock was ticking toward the inevitable slaughter of his clan.

Thankfully, his transmigration included a "golden finger" system—simple but powerful.

Two abilities: Copy and Fuse, usable once per day.

Copy someone, and he might obtain a sliver of Sharingan potential, taijutsu proficiency, swordsmanship knowledge, or even chakra fragments from Indra or Asura.

That's why he lingered near the academy. Naruto and Sasuke were perfect daily targets.

Inside the Police Force's lounge on the second floor, several Uchiha officers stood up as Yan entered.

> "Captain!"

> "Relax, just don't slack off if the clan head shows up," Yan grinned and waved.

> "Did the HR division send replacements for the missing officers yet?"

> "They're in review now. Should be cleared soon."

> "Alright. Keep your patrols sharp."

He stepped into his private office—one of the perks of being a captain—just as the atmosphere among the squad returned to relaxed conversation and tea.

Elsewhere, Shisui Uchiha approached the Hokage Tower with unease churning in his gut.

As a double agent for both the village and the Uchiha clan, his every step was weighed with internal conflict.

If the village acted, the clan might fall. If the clan struck first, war would erupt.

Today's summons couldn't mean anything good.

Reaching the office, he knocked.

> "Come in."

Shisui entered and bowed respectfully.

> "Hokage-sama."

Hiruzen didn't smile.

Instead, his gaze hardened as he studied the young man before him.

This face. This tone. It always heralded a new crisis.

> "Shisui, I need you to clarify something for me."

> "Of course, Hokage-sama."

> "According to Anbu reports, Uchiha Hiko—captain of the police force—frequents the food stand across from the ninja academy. His visits coincide with Sasuke's arrival. There are concerns he may be targeting Naruto Uzumaki."

Classic Hiruzen. Present suspicions under the guise of inquiry. Lay bait, observe reaction, extract intel.

Shisui blinked in disbelief.

> "Hiko...? That's... He does go there every morning, but it's just breakfast! Half the clan knows that!"

> "Is it an internal Uchiha order?"

> "No! Absolutely not! No one in the clan is allowed to approach Naruto without clearance. Hiko's visits are personal. I looked into it myself. In six months, he's never done more than eat."

Even Shisui couldn't understand why Hiko chose that exact time and location—but he did know Hiko never got close to Naruto. He barely approached within a hundred meters.

> "I see…"

Hiruzen stroked his beard, frowning.

In truth, Yan's daily routine wasn't malicious. His ability let him copy from afar. There was no need to endanger himself or draw suspicion.

The meeting wasn't about proof. It was about planting caution.

Hiruzen's message was clear: Don't test me. Don't test the village.

He sighed.

> "Shisui…"

Shisui straightened. The heaviness in the room settled into his bones.

> "Yes, Hokage-sama?"

> "Be vigilant. Uchiha Hiko may not have acted improperly yet, but we must ensure nothing... escalates."

> "Understood."

Shisui bowed again, hiding the storm behind his eyes.

Another day trapped between duty and blood.

Another day standing on the knife's edge of fate.
