Damon is walking through the hallway at night enjoying his mixed cock tail, when he noticed someone by the poolside.
He goes over to find out it is Ava. The sight of her in a night gown excites him.
"Can I sit?" Damon asked and again his voice startled Ava.
Damon sat down opposite her as the soft music played at the background, while they both watched the moon from the poolside.
"Where is Ethan?"
"A meeting with your father I guess?" Ava mentioned, not in the mood to say anything to him.
"And where did he say this meeting is being held?"
"At the underground in this mansion" She replied.
Damon reached to his pocket and grabbed his phone. Scrolling through the device, a notification came through and it is from Martin.
'You won't believe what I found.' Martin wrote
When Damon clicked on the file, it pulled up a photo of Ethan with his model girlfriend stepping into the club.
"Where did you say Ethan is?"
"At the underground," Ava mentioned, clearly tired of the question.
"Or at a club with his model girlfriend" He handed the phone to Ava.
When Ava laid eyes on the picture, she sat upright and panic begins to set in. There is no denying that this is clearly Ethan because it is the same clothes he wore from the house.
"I knew he is never to be trusted." Damon said, getting his phone back.
Ava is overwhelmed by her emotions. All she could think about in that moment is the betrayal from Ethan. It is clear she had given her body to a man that is a serial cheat.
There is only one thing to do before he comes back.
Ava got up from the chair and turned to leave.
"Where are you going?"
"I am leaving." She said, trying not to break down in tears.
"You are leaving Ethan?"
"We shared a moment and now he betrays the trust I have for him. I cannot stay with a man like him."
"You are his wife and he is always going to get you back. Ethan doesn't like being told No."
For the first time, Ava sees a point in what he is saying. If she is going to leave Ethan, she will have to leave the city as well.
"I can help you " Ava turned around to Damon. "I can help you get away from Ethan. I have an apartment in New York City. He is not aware of this and I think it will give you enough time to rest and get your life back to normal."
The idea sound tempting, but Ava could not help but think there is something he isn't telling her.
"Look, you don't have to look at me suspiciously. I tried warning you on the type of person he is. The best you can do right now is trust me."
Ava thought about it for a moment. Leaving Ethan meant she will not see her parents. But if it is all it will take to get her life back together away from a clueless marriage, then she is ready to be involed.
"Fine, I will take your offer."
TWO YEARS LATER
Ethan had finally dragged himself to work and there were a lot of papers on his table waiting for his attention. He knew he had to get a hold of himself and face the reality that regardless of what happens, Ava isn't coming back again. Though he still held her in his thoughts, but he didn't allow her absence get to him any longer again.
While he is attending to a particular deed of conveyance on his table, he noticed his telephone had beeped once and he picked up almost immediately.
"Son" the deep voice of his father spoke through the receiver.
"What do you want father?" He asked irritated for being caught up from the bulk of paper work from his table.
"I hope you do know what tomorrow is?" His father asked.
"The Holmes's anniversary?"
"Yes and you have to be there considering the fact that it is a tradition" his father warned him sternly. He knew his son had formed the habit of disobeying his orders that is why he had taken the liberty to remind him to be there.
"Alright father" Ethan hanged up. The Holmes's anniversary is that one time of the year after thanksgiving that the whole members of the Holmes family came together and celebrate their years of dominance as a family in the under ground world and also the feat they had achieved in the real world.
At about two pm, Ethan is done with his work and so, he moved out of the office and head out to the restaurant to take something to eat.
While sitting at the restaurant, he took out his phone once more and checked through Ava's Instagram page to see her picture and noticed she had dropped a picture recently. Ethan's hearts completely melt upon seeing the picture of his beloved son and the mother together.
His son is sleeping beside her and she had taken the picture from the side to show both their sleeping son and herself.
Ethan is short of words, his son took his exact look and it made him believed that he truly had a strong gene. He shifted his gaze away from his beautiful son to his mother and Ethan couldn't help but notice how alluring Ava looked even after birth.
Her hair seemed to have gotten darker from the way the picture portrayed it, her smile is ever gorgeous, and Ethan couldn't help but also notice how her breast had become fuller.
When he looked at his son once more, he felt this sense of pride rush to him, regardless of what Ava might think of him, he is going to find a way to bring both of them back so they could live happily once more.
It was all wrapping out according to plans and nothing could stop it from happening.
