Teach and his crew appear as they slowly approach Whitebeard.
Teach: "What do you think of my new crew, Oyaji..."
Whitebeard: "You and they can go to hell..."
Teach: "What? Are you still angry with me for killing a fellow crewmate? But that was necessary..."
Ace (angrily): "That bastard!"
Teach: "Huh?"
Teach turned and saw Ace from afar, standing still, carrying Luffy on his back, glaring at Teach with anger.
Ace: "I'm going to kill that bastard!"
Sabo held Ace, trying to stop him: "Don't be reckless, Ace! We have to leave this place..."
Teach (pointing at Ace): "I'm warning you, Ace! I was merciful before and let you live... but I won't do it again!"
Ace: "What did you say, you...!!"
The pirates, angry, advanced toward Teach from behind Whitebeard: "Let's take down that bastard Teach!"
Whitebeard (shouting): "Do not interfere in this, no matter what!"
Pirates: "Oyaji..!"
Whitebeard: "Listen carefully, Whitebeard Pirates! I will give you my final order as your captain... We've completed the mission we came here for, so... all of you, return safely to the New World!"
Ace: "Oyaji!"
Pirates: "What are you saying, Oyaji?! Please come back with us!"
Marco appeared, emerging from the sea with the help of another pirate: "Oyaji..."
Whitebeard: "I can't go with you, my sons... There's a mission I must complete!"
Whitebeard then struck with a quake blow from his weapon toward Teach and his crew. The ground around them shattered.
Teach: "You're as wild as ever, Oyaji..."
Whitebeard launched another quake strike at Teach, but Teach blocked it with his hand.
Teach: "Black Hole!"
Teach nullified Whitebeard's quake.
Teach: "What do you think of my new power, Oyaji... your quakes are useless against me now!"
But Whitebeard swung his weapon with his other hand at Teach. Frightened by the incoming attack, Shiryu appeared quickly and blocked Whitebeard's strike with his sword. At the same time, Catarina leapt high into the sky holding her weapon, descended rapidly, and stabbed Whitebeard in the chest. She smiled, but Whitebeard glared at her with a terrifying look that made her jump back immediately. Whitebeard pulled Catarina's weapon from his chest and launched multiple attacks at Shiryu, who tried to block them. In the end, Whitebeard delivered a powerful strike that sent Shiryu flying, blood spewing from his mouth.
Burgess charged at Whitebeard: "This one's for you, old man!"
He punched at Whitebeard, but Whitebeard blocked it and grabbed Burgess's fist.
Burgess: "Damn!"
Whitebeard then punched Burgess with his other hand, sending him crashing into buildings.
After a devastating battle between Whitebeard and Teach's pirates, Whitebeard managed to bring down Teach and his crew.
Teach: "Damn it! How does this old man still have so much power!"
Whitebeard appeared in front of the fallen Teach and launched a quake punch at him.
Teach: "What?! Wait, Oyaji! I... I... I'm your son!!"
But Whitebeard continued with his punch, hitting Teach's head and causing massive destruction.
Lafitte: "Captain!"
Teach emerged from the rubble of the blow: "Damn!! That hurts a lot!!"
Whitebeard appeared again holding his weapon.
Teach (terrified): "You monster! Get away from me!"
Teach tried crawling away from Whitebeard on the ground. Whitebeard raised his weapon toward Teach, ready to deliver another blow, but Burgess fired a large cannon he had taken from the Navy soldiers at Whitebeard. The shot hit Whitebeard's face and caused a massive explosion. Burgess fired more cannon shots, hitting Whitebeard again with more explosions.
Teach (shouting): "Take him down, guys!"
Teach's crew started shooting bullets and launching projectiles at Whitebeard. Even Teach pulled out his gun and began firing at him.
Pirates: "Oyaji!"
Ace: "Oyaji!!"
After a while, their weapons ran out of ammunition and they stopped firing.
Whitebeard emerged, standing, from the smoke of the explosions.
Teach: "Damn! He was really stubborn!"
Whitebeard: "Not you..."
Teach (frightened): "Impossible! He's still alive!"
Whitebeard: "The man who will turn the world upside down is not you, Teach! He is a man who will challenge the entire world in a great war, carrying the burden of hundreds of years of history... He may not yet realize his destiny, but just as Rayleigh and the red-haired one bet on him... I too shall place my bet..."
Whitebeard (shouting): "Straw Hat Luffy! Keep moving forward on your path... The One Piece is waiting for you!"
Luffy: "Old man..."
Pirates (crying): "Oyaji..! Oyaji!!"
Whitebeard: "Forgive me, please... my sons..."
Teach: "Impossible! He died standing!"
Pirates: "Oyaji!!"
Ace fell to his knees, crying: "Oyaji!!!"
Sabo: "Pull yourself together, Ace!"
Luffy: "Ace..!"
Ace: "Damn it! This is all my fault!!"
Teach stood in front of Whitebeard's body: "Zehahahaha... This old man is finally dead... Time to execute the plan... Let's begin, guys!"
Burgess and Lafitte threw a black cloak over Whitebeard's body.
Pirates: "That bastard, what is he trying to do?!"
Ace, still on the ground, looked at Whitebeard while crying: "Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!"
Sabo: "Get up, Ace! Let's get out of here!"
Akainu appeared, slowly approaching Ace, Luffy, and Sabo: "Roger's son... your demonic blood brought only destruction and death to this world! People like you should never have been born!"
Luffy: "Shut up!"
Luffy tried to stand on his feet, struggling due to the heavy bleeding, standing between Ace and Akainu.
Luffy: "You're not the one who decides that!"
At that moment, Vegeta and Trunks descended beside Goku.
Goku: "Are we going now?"
Trunks: "Yeah... We've completed the mission..."
Meanwhile, Akainu released magma from his hand: "Those who don't enforce justice are scum who must be eliminated! Just like you, son of Dragon!"
Sabo: "Luffy, be careful..!"
Sabo tried to get closer to Luffy, but suddenly a light appeared in the sky above Sabo, and Kizaru descended quickly, kicking Sabo in the head and slamming him violently to the ground, causing massive destruction.
Luffy turned back: "Sabo!"
Akainu launched a volcanic attack from his hand toward Luffy: "Dai Funka!"
The attack rapidly approached Luffy, but suddenly a beam of light appeared in the sky and quickly descended onto Marineford. From the smoke caused by the beam, a person wielding a sword emerged rapidly between Akainu's attack and Luffy, cutting the attack instantly.
Everyone looked at the person in shock.
Sengoku: "Impossible!"
Garp: "Isn't that..."
Kizaru: "Ooooh, didn't expect to see you again so soon..."
Luffy collapsed from exhaustion and smiled weakly: "R...R...Rayleigh..."
Buggy: "Rrrrrrr...Rayleeeeey!!!"
Marco: "It's Silvers Rayleigh!"
Smoker: "What is the former Pirate King's right-hand man aiming for!"
Rayleigh stood holding his sword in front of Akainu, with Luffy fallen behind him. Behind Rayleigh stood Kizaru, and behind him was Ace.
Aokiji, approaching: "Ararara... you were the last person I expected to see here... But it seems you now have a reason to step in..."
Rayleigh: "It's not what you think... I'm too old to interfere in matters like these. It's just that there is someone I want to get out of this chaos safely!"
