Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: The Temporary Separation

Chapter 2: The Temporary Separation

It's already been months since I reincarnated in the world of How to Train Your Dragon, as Hiccup's older brother. While listening to my parents talking, I found out something surprising — this world isn't just limited to How to Train Your Dragon. I heard my dad telling us a story about a lava giant walking through the sea, causing destruction. I think… that must be that goddess from Moana.

"I'm in a hurry to grow up and explore this world with my dragon," I thought, smiling with excitement.

Valka turned to Stoick and smiled.

"Aren't our children beautiful?"

Stoick wrapped an arm around her and replied with pride in his voice,

"They'll be great warriors."

Suddenly, the village was filled with shouts and panic — dragons were attacking. Stoick immediately grabbed his axe and ran outside to help the villagers.

"Valka! Take care of the children!" he shouted as he vanished into the chaos.

"Be careful, Stoick!" Valka called after him, her eyes full of worry. She clutched a sword tightly and stayed alert.

Then, a sound came from the children's room.

Without hesitation, Valka rushed toward the noise, her grip on the sword tightening. She burst through the door, expecting danger—but what she saw made her freeze.

A dragon… was playing with her children.

Little Thor, watching the scene unfold, said with wide eyes,

"So… today's the day," as he looked at the dragon beside Hiccup.

But then, a wave of sleepiness hit him.

"Damn baby body… I can't stay awake for long."

His small eyelids drooped, and he fell asleep, even as the world around him shifted.

Three Years Later

Thor sat quietly on a rock, his eyes fixed on the horizon. The wind brushed against his face as he thought to himself:

"It's been three years since the night mom left. Dad was devastated… but he still tries to act strong for everyone."

Thor clenched his fists softly.

"Sometimes, I want to tell him that Mom is still alive. But right now, she's protecting dragons… and Dad's hunting them. If they meet again, they'll just fight. So for now… I'll let Hiccup talk to him, just like in the original story. When the time's right, I'll tell him everything."

He stood up and took a deep breath. His mind shifted focus.

"But right now… time to test my powers."

Thor hopped down from the rock and walked deeper into the forest, the shadows of the trees growing thicker as he moved away from the village.

"I need to go far enough not to hurt anyone."

He looked around, found a heavy-looking boulder, and approached it.

"Let's start with the power of the Thor Fruit," he muttered.

With one hand, he lifted the boulder like it was nothing.

"This thing must weigh 500 kilos..."

Testing further, Thor realized his strength was monstrous — he could lift a full ton without breaking a sweat. His speed was insane too, easily reaching 80 meters per second.

"As for the Devil Fruit… I can use lightning, just like Enel. The only difference is that I can't become lightning itself. And the voltage cap is around 50,000 volts."

He wiped the sweat from his brow.

"I'm still weak. This world is a fusion of many animated universes… and villains won't be in short supply. If I want to survive and protect those I care about… I need to get stronger."

He cracked his knuckles.

"Let's train my body. Thanks to the power of the Thor Fruit, my physique is like those monsters from the pirate world. So I'll develop my strength to the max, and once I'm ready, I'll return the fruit."

He smirked.

"And then… the contract. I'll go find the Light Fury from the original story and form a contract with her. That way, I'll have my dragon girl."

He paused and laughed to himself.

"Man, if Dad finds out I'm thinking of giving him a daughter-in-law that's a dragon, he'd beat the crap out of me."

"Thor!" Hiccup's voice called from the edge of the woods, breaking his train of thought.

"Brother, it's getting dark. Dad told me to come get you for dinner."

"I'm coming!" Thor shouted back.

He turned to look at the boulder once more, then back toward the path.

"Soon…" he whispered. "Soon I'll be strong enough."

And with that, the two brothers walked back home, leaving the forest silent once again.
