Kaelen's POV
I watched Seraphina's retreating back, her words ringing in my ears. "I'm keeping them." My fists clenched at my sides, rage and jealousy consuming me like wildfire. The image of those white roses—her favorite—sent by some unknown man burned in my mind.
"Well, that was quite the show," Lilith said, breaking the tense silence. She slinked closer to me, placing her hand on my arm. "She's clearly hiding something. Those hickeys on her neck—"
"Shut up, Lilith," Ronan snapped, his voice hard as steel. "Get out."
Her eyes widened. "But—"
"You heard him," Orion added, not even sparing her a glance. "This is between us and our mate."
Lilith's face flushed with anger and embarrassment. She shot me a pleading look, but I turned away. Right now, I couldn't care less about her hurt feelings. My mind was consumed with images of Seraphina with another man.
Once Lilith had slammed the door behind her, I turned to my brothers.
