"Good morning Corrie " Corrie greeted as soon as Darcia stepped in
"Hmm" Darcia replied lazily as she walked into her office
"Hey" Livia waved at Corrie with a smile that Corrie returned
"You're looking all smiley this morning" Corrie said
"Off-course she's happy after giving someone a black eye without even punching" Darcia replied and Corrie looked at Livia in confusion
"I have no idea what she's talking about" Livia shrugged looking as innocent as a harmless lamb
"Ma'am I already sent the messages to all of our investors, most of them have agreed to come to the meeting" Corrie said as Darcia sat down
"You found a venue yet?" Darcia asked
"Yes, 'Peace Haven', it's a close to the company and it's the best spot, I already booked a spacious VIP lounge for the meeting" Corrie explained and Darcia nodded
"Good, when is the time?"
"Tonight, 8pm" Corrie replied and Darcia nodded again, a slight smile playing on her lips. Livia had to admit she looked like her father at that moment

Denzel was typing furiously on his computer when he heard his phone ring, with a light stretch, he took the phone and glanced at the caller ID. It was Amelia, his girlfriend
"Hey" he said with a light smile as he kept his pen on his notepad and leaned back on his chair
"Hey babe, in sorry if I'm distracting you..."
"No no, I'm almost done with my work" he cut in
"I missed you" Amelia said and Denzel's smile widened
"I missed you more babe" he responded and heard a knock behind him
He turned to see Darcia standing in front of his office door, looking lazily at him
Her eyes were so deep that one would feel lost in them, Denzel snapped from his trance
"I'll call you later babe" Denzel said to Amelia and hung up the call
"Sorry ma'am, I didn't hear you come in" Denzel said
"Yea, you were talking to someone special I presume"
She said and walked further into the office
"Yes" Denzel replied and it suddenly dawned on him
"I'm sorry ma'am, I was planning to come to your office soon" he said and pointed to his computer
"What did you find?" She asked and moved closer to him
"I found the mole in the accounting department" he said
"Good" she smirked
"What about the production and marketing department" She asked
"I'm working on it" he said and Denzel nodded
"We're going to a meeting later tonight"
"Alright" Denzel nodded as he knew what she meant
"I'll make sure of that" he said and she left without anymore words
"Gosh, she's so professional" He sighed and turned back to his computer

Amber grabbed her hood and drew it to cover her face tighter so she wouldn't be recognized, she walked to an empty alley where she met an elderly woman waiting
"My princess" The woman bowed
"Don't do that here, I'm on disguise and I don't want to be recognized" Amber snapped
"I'm sorry" She apologized
"Where is it?" Amber asked and the woman brought a little bottle from the tattered bag she was carrying
"Here, please be careful as usual, just teaspoon is enough"
"I know, you really have to stop reminding me, it's annoying" Amber hissed and walked away
"My pay..."
"It's already in the usual spot" Amber replied and left
The woman waited for exactly fifteen minutes before walking out of the alley to avoid suspicions.

A black sleek and attractive car stopped in front of the Peace Haven, attracting the attention of by passers and fellow customers
What attracted them the most was the three figures that walked out of the car
The first two were average heighted but the last one was tall with long legs and interesting aura, a mesmerizing cold face that was difficult to ignore
Tho Darcia was dressed professionally, she could still be considered to be hot, cute and sexy cos of how pale her skin looked in black
"Lead the way Corrie" Darcia said and Corrie nodded walking to the front
They walked straight into the elevator turning heads and widening eyes. They all had a aura that screamed business
The elevator dinged and opened, Corrie was still walking at the front until they got to a door. The guard in front of the door opened the door for them and they walked in
The lounge was almost filled with people, Darcia smirked when she saw them
Corrie saw this smile and smiled too, the new CEO was really smart and she really had her way to get back people
Her IQ for business is on another level
"I'm sorry I kept you all waiting" Darcia said and her voice seemed to have attracted everyone because the lounge suddenly became very silent
"Miss Adrielle" An old man suddenly stood up and stretched his hand for a handshake
Darcia took it slightly with a smile
"Mr Greystone I guess" Darcia said and he nodded, his smile widening more
Darcia took back her hand and walked to the seat set for her, Livia sat on her right side and Corrie on her left
"I'm very thankful to you all for coming" Darcia said
"Off-course what it took was one mouthwatering phone call to gain our attention" Another man said
"You didn't mess with their brains did you?" Livia asked through telepathy
"Why would I?" Darcia was still smiling as she said this
"What do you think of my offer, is it good enough?" She asked and the room became silent again
"How can we trust the offer you gave us, what if it's fraud?" A woman asked and Darcia chuckled coldly
"I'm not like the ex supervisor, I am my father's daughter and I trust my father wasn't a fraud" She said but they didn't reply
"I'm a business woman but I haven't been around because of something important I had to take care of" she said
"So what do you all say, is it a deal or not? Tho I am confident of something positive because of your presence but I want to hear you all say it" she said and leaned back on her chair proudly
"I'm reinvesting in your company" The old man, Mr Greystone said
"Me too" the woman from earlier said
"I regret leaving the company honestly, so I'm more than willing to reinvest" Another man said
And just like that, the people in the hall all accepted to reinvest
Darcia's smirked widened, her board members were back. Her father's company was 70% back on tract.
