Chapter 30 - Cloak of Glass

Kael sat cross-legged on the sleek couch, the glowing blue hue of his system screen reflected in his crimson eyes. With a casual swipe, he activated his concealment.

He leaned back, arms folded behind his head, gaze fixed on the ceiling.

"At this level… I can take down the MC when he's concealing most of his cores."

He thought of Jin Eldraven the reincarnated protagonist who possessed all mana cores.

"But if he goes all out…"

Kael's smile faded into a quiet determination.

"I'll get there."

He walked to his bathroom, brushing his teeth and rinsing his face before getting into bed.

Sunlight spilled through the curtains as Kael rose from his bed. His white hair, now left loose, fell gently around his shoulders. After brushing and eating, he dressed in his fitted training uniform, which flexed comfortably with every movement.

No ponytail today.

He glanced at himself in the mirror, crimson eyes glowing faintly under the morning light.

>"Time for some training"
