This was a monkey covered in grievous wounds, its fur long assimilated by the mist into a ghastly green hue, and most of it had already fallen off.
Beneath its fur, its exposed skin was riddled with wounds deep enough to reveal bone, each one oozing a dark black blood, showing no signs of scabbing or healing.
