Cherreads

Chapter 1984 - Ch: 172-176 (waiting)

Chapter 172: Tearing Off the Disguise; How's This Pose?

The convenience store lights flickered, making Raven's vision somewhat blurry.

The palm resting on the back of her hand was unnaturally hot; even through the thick, rough fake skin of the old woman, the heat still surged through her capillaries, frantically searing her nerves.

"No... no need, I don't want it anymore."

Raven spoke with a slurred Asian accent, trying to pull her hand back in a panic.

But those five fingers were like molten steel poured onto her body, without even half a millimeter of slack. Lin Nuoeven wore that flawless, gentlemanly smile on his face, his glasses reflecting a gentle curve under the pale light, looking like a patient community volunteer advising a lost lamb.

"That won't do, Miss Raven. It's a bad habit to go out shopping and not pay the bill."

Lin Nuo's gentle voice echoed in the empty convenience store.

Raven's survival instinct completely overrode her reason. Her other hand roughly overturned a shelf full of snacks beside her, and a large pile of potato chips and cans crashed down in a clatter, attempting to block Lin Nuo's vision.

Under the cover of this mess, the tissues on the surface of her body trembled extensively, and her bones forcibly shortened by three inches amidst a dull squeezing sound.

Like a slippery loach, she didn't even want her clothes anymore, forcibly escaping from the oversized cotton coat. Her entire being transformed into a small-statured white dwarf, agilely leaping over the checkout counter, kicking open the side fire escape door, and rushing inside in a disheveled state.

The steps of the passage were steep and long, and a damp, cold wind blew straight into her nostrils from below.

Raven scrambled down along the iron handrail, the crisp sound of leather shoes hitting the iron plates amplified several times within the claustrophobic space.

This was the second-level underground parking lot.

It was spacious and dark, with the smell of mildew from years of no sunlight and the pungent scent of gasoline permeating the corners.

The incandescent light tubes overhead emitted a sizzling sound of electrical leakage, flickering on and off, stretching the shadows of the thick concrete pillars on the ground into various distorted monster silhouettes.

Raven leaned behind a concrete pillar, exhausted.

She gasped for breath, her chest feeling as if a piece of glowing charcoal had been stuffed inside.

Because of overexertion for dozens of consecutive hours, the X-Gene in her body was frantically sending strike alarms to her brain.

Every heartbeat was accompanied by a burning ache deep within her joints.

"Running... I simply can't run away."

Raven clenched her teeth, her bright yellow pupils flickering with the faint light of a trapped beast in the darkness.

The other party's inconceivable tracking mechanism had completely shattered her confidence in escaping. No matter what appearance she took, in the other party's eyes, it was as if she were walking a runway with her clothes off.

Since she couldn't run, she could only fight for her life.

Raven's gaze passed through the dim pillars, landing on the rows of parked vehicles not far away.

There, beside a completely black heavy-duty SUV, Lin Nuowas leaning leisurely against the car door.

He held an unlit cigar between his fingertips and was methodically trimming the cap with a pair of scissors, as if he weren't cornering prey in a cold, damp underground garage, but rather passing time in some private club.

"Eric said that the weakness of humans lies in their overflowing empathy."

Raven took a deep breath of the damp air and closed her eyes.

The molecular structure under her skin, under the powerful drive of brain waves, began a final forced reorganization.

Bones stretched and aligned painfully;

The thickness of her muscles was reduced bit by bit, becoming flexible and tight;

The originally deep blue, rough scales rapidly regressed under the control of electrical signals, turning into crystal-clear, flawless white skin.

That iconic fiery red short hair began to grow frantically, like a waterfall of black silk, flowing smoothly onto her shoulders.

In just ten short seconds.

That wild, cold Mutant Agent had disappeared.

Walking out from behind the pillar was a female college student wearing a snow-white shirt, a light blue pleated mini-skirt, white cotton socks, and flat leather shoes.

She had a face so pure it looked like it could produce water if pinched, palm-sized, with eyes rimmed with an alluring faint red. Her hands tightly gripped the hem of her pleated skirt as she stepped timidly toward Lin Nuo.

"Sir... please..."

Raven spoke in a soft, waxy voice mixed with a trembling sob, tears falling down her fair cheeks just at the right moment.

"My car keys fell into the ditch ahead. It's so dark down there, I'm so scared... Can you help me?"

She walked very slowly, her body shivering in the cold draft like a kitten lost in a rainstorm; anyone who saw her wouldn't be able to resist the urge to pull her into their arms and protect her.

Lin Nuo stopped his movements.

He turned his head, his eyes behind the gold-rimmed glasses slowly scanning the pure college girl, finally coming to rest on her long, fair legs.

"Oh? A lost little girl?"

Lin Nuo put away the cigar and straightened up, a warm, jade-like smile appearing on his face.

"This place really isn't very safe. Come with me, I have a spare flashlight in my car."

He waved her over and turned around without any defense, seemingly preparing to pull the car door open.

Looking at Lin Nuo's exposed back, Raven's bright yellow pupils surged with killing intent.

In that split second, the college student who was still as delicate as a candle in the wind suddenly exploded with terrifying physical tension.

The muscles in her right leg hidden under the pleated skirt suddenly tightened, her toes lightly tapped the ground, and her whole body became a swift gray blur. She pressed her five fingers together into a blade, stabbing hard toward the carotid artery at the back of Lin Nuo's neck.

With this strike, she utilized the atomic explosive power of her entire body. Even the hardest bulletproof glass would shatter into pieces under this palm strike.

Just at the moment her fingertips were about to touch that section of fair back neck, Lin Nuo's body slid half an inch to the left at an extremely eerie angle.

It missed!

Raven's mind buzzed. Before she could adjust her center of gravity, a warm, calloused hand had already reached into her ink-like long hair with even greater speed and extreme precision.

Fingers closed.

Lin Nuo directly grabbed that smooth ponytail and yanked it back violently!

"Ah!"

Raven let out a shrill cry of pain, her whole body forced to tilt her head back. The tearing sensation on her scalp caused the tears at the corners of her eyes to instantly spiral out of control.

Lin Nuo's face, filled with mockery and gloom, abruptly appeared directly above her line of sight.

"I just love this kind of'surprise'."

Lin Nuo chuckled, his left hand exerting force. Like he was carrying a helpless little hen, he grabbed her hair and brutally slammed her entire body toward the black heavy-duty SUV behind him.

Clang!

The heavy, dull sound echoed frantically in the empty and quiet underground parking lot, even triggering several sharp, ear-piercing anti-theft alarms.

Raven's slender and delicate body slammed heavily onto the cold, hard hood. The huge impact made it feel as if her internal organs had shifted, and that snow-white shirt was instantly stained with a large patch of gray-black oil from the dirty metal.

Lin Nuo's movements were crude and swift.

In the instant Raven tried to roll over and counterattack, he had already pressed himself upon her.

His thick, broad chest pinned down Raven's still sharply heaving back, pressing her soft, small body tightly between the hood and his body heat.

Lin Nuo's right hand still tightly gripped that bunch of black hair, forcing her face to press sideways against the cold paint, while his left hand slid down to her side neck.

"Let go... you devil..."

Raven struggled desperately, her pair of legs in white cotton socks kicking frantically in the air.

Due to the posture, that light blue pleated mini-skirt was already in disarray. Large patches of jade-like leg skin looked exceptionally glaring under the dim light, yet they were firmly suppressed by Lin Nuo's black suit trousers.

Lin Nuo lowered his head, his hot breath carrying that domineering cedar fragrance, pouring all at once onto Raven's reddening earlobe.

He extended the tip of his tongue and gave a light, lingering lick to Raven's exquisite auricle.

Raven's body instantly stiffened like a fossil.

"After running for so long, I thought you could transform into some high-quality goods for me."

Lin Nuo's free left hand moved along Raven's tight waistline, then, as if as a punishment, he slapped her heavily once.

That loud sound made Raven so ashamed and indignant she almost bit through her teeth.

"In the end, you use this kind of trick meant to deceive pure high school boys to brush me off?"

Lin Nuo's tone was lazy, carrying a hint of matter-of-fact shamelessness.

His slender fingers slid all the way up Raven's fair back neck, finally stopping behind her ear, where the faint dark red Chaos Magic at his fingertips pulsed quietly.

"Since you like this face so much, then I'll help you tear it off more thoroughly."

His five fingers suddenly exerted force and yanked.

Raven let out a piteous scream.

This pain was not a physical tearing, but rather Lin Nuo's domineering magic forcibly interfering with the arrangement of her Mutant cells.

Between this pull and tug, the perfect mask belonging to the pure college student on Raven's face began an irreversible collapse, like a canvas splashed with concentrated acid.

The fair and delicate skin began to shrink and curl inch by inch, revealing the layer of eerie, deep blue scale tissue underneath.

The originally ink-jade black long hair also withered and fell out in an instant, forcibly replaced by that fiery red stubble.

This scene had a powerful visual impact.

Half was a pure girl as fragile as porcelain, the other half was a wild, blue alien witch.

Two completely different skins overlapped and struggled on this small hood, exuding a suffocating, cruel beauty.

The greed and aggression in Lin Nuo's eyes were completely ignited at this moment.

He casually pinched Raven's chin, which had turned back to blue, forcing her bright yellow eyes, filled with tears of humiliation, to look directly at him.

Raven's pride was completely shattered at this moment by that hard car hood and the hot body behind her.

She trembled, her voice carrying a desperate submissiveness never heard before.

"You... won... let me go..."

Lin Nuo looked at her exceptionally weak appearance due to physical exhaustion and the backlash from his magic, the curve at the corner of his mouth becoming increasingly wicked.

He casually unbuttoned the top two buttons of his shirt, buried his head in Raven's neck, which had already turned back to blue, and took a deep breath of that scent mixed with rainwater and a Mutant's unique body fragrance.

His fingers wantonly rubbed those fine blue scales.

That posture, as if playing with a peerless, solitary masterpiece, made Raven's heart feel like dead ashes.

In this empty underground second-level parking lot, filled with the smell of rust and desire, all of Raven's resistance became nourishment to please the other party.

Lin Nuo stopped his actions, straightened his back, and looked down condescendingly at this ever-changing beauty sprawled on the hood.

He extended his index finger and frivolously stroked her somewhat swollen lips.

"The pure route doesn't suit you, baby."

Lin Nuo lowered his voice, his tone carrying a hint of hair-raising excitement.

"In a moment, I'll teach you a transformation game that suits you better."

Chapter 173: Close Search, Kneading Deep Blue Scales

Lin Nuo yanked open the vehicle's thick, sturdy rear door.

The one-way bulletproof glass refracted the dim light of the underground garage, casting a grayish texture, while the black leather interior of the car resembled a steel beast lurking in the shadows with its maw wide open.

Like discarding an expensive blue fur coat, he casually tossed the completely exhausted Raven onto the spacious yet seemingly cramped backseat.

The car door shut tight with a dull thud, sealing off the sporadic alarms and the sound of rain outside behind the thick steel plating, leaving only the sound of two people's heavy breathing in the confined space.

The cabin was somewhat dry; the fragrance of high-end leather was mixed with the lingering scent of cedar, along with the strange, alien body scent Raven emitted due to excessive transformation.

Lin Nuo stepped into the car unhurriedly, his long legs stretched out across the car's carpet.

He leisurely took off his gold-rimmed glasses and carefully wiped the slight moisture from the lenses with the corner of his white shirt.

His immaculate appearance, dressed in a suit and tie without a single crease, exuded a strong sense of contrast in this dim, cramped, and aggressive enclosed space.

Raven, beneath him, curled up in a wretched state in the corner of the black leather seat.

Due to the widespread backlash of the superpower cells in her body earlier, her current physical state was extremely unstable.

Her left cheek still retained the fair, delicate appearance of an innocent college girl, while on the right side, large patches of deep blue, hard scales were twitching irregularly, and her short, fiery red hair was plastered messily against her temples.

Her light blue pleated skirt had been completely ruined in the earlier struggle, and her snow-white legs glowed with a faint reddish hue under the car's dim interior lights, yet they were too sore and weak to move.

Lin Nuo put his glasses back on, a playful glint shining from behind the lenses.

He leaned down, pressing one knee onto the leather cushion beside Raven's thigh, letting the full weight of his body lean down without reservation.

This posture made the already narrow rear of the car seem even more cramped.

Raven could even smell the clean scent of soap on him and the overbearing heat characteristic of a man.

"It's time for a body search, Ms. Raven."

Lin Nuo's voice was extremely deep, and at such a close distance, the vibration of his vocal cords even caused a tingling resonance in Raven's eardrum.

His large hand, carrying a scalding temperature, reached aggressively under the hem of her black trench coat and pressed directly onto her somewhat hot abdomen.

Raven's body stiffened.

"You... get away..."

She struggled to twist her waist, attempting to shrink her body into the storage compartment on the other side.

But the brute force brought by Lin Nuo's Asgardian supreme divine constitution was like an unbreakable steel clamp, locking every joint of hers completely.

"What's the matter? A top Agent of the Mutants, and you don't even have this basic level of cooperation?"

Lin Nuo's tone was completely natural, but his hand movements were even more malicious.

That scorching large hand, through the torn linen fabric, roughly and precisely kneaded several special meridians on her waist and abdomen.

He was testing the transformation speed of her cells.

Raven's breathing became even more labored.

To resist this invasive act that carried such a strong sense of humiliation, she desperately mobilized the bio-electric signals in her brain, attempting to narrow her waist and slip out from under Lin Nuo's grip like a water snake.

But just as her waist bones began to contract inward and her muscles took on a fluid state, Lin Nuo's five fingers suddenly tightened.

The power of the divine constitution, mixed with a faint Bio-force field electrical charge, turned directly into a tyrannical physical pressure, ruthlessly pouring into the microscopic molecules she was currently restructuring.

"Ngh!"

Raven couldn't help but let out a muffled groan laced with a sob.

Her waist bones were forced to stop their transformation under the immense pressure, and instead, due to the external obstruction, an extremely violent cellular resonance occurred.

That bone-deep, aching numbness and the strange sensation of swelling rushed up along her spinal cord, straight to her brain.

The blue scales on her body began to open and close frantically at a terrifying frequency, emitting a rustling sound similar to fingernails scraping against metal.

"Run, why aren't you continuing to shrink your bones?"

Lin Nuo pulled her hands up above her head, easily pinning her wrists together with his left hand.

His free right hand roamed over Raven's body with increasing recklessness.

He took off his glasses, and on that face that usually looked gentle and refined, only a savage desire for control remained.

"Let me see here... you seem to have transferred all your fat to where it belongs?"

His fingertips grazed heavily over her soft waist.

Raven's body jolted violently.

Due to the active defense mechanism of her superpower, her skin instinctively wanted to lignify at the edges where Lin Nuo touched her, even wanting to turn into a chitinous shell to block this temperature.

But in the face of Lin Nuo's strength, which was powerful enough to tear apart a Sentinel with his bare hands, this defense mechanism instead became an extremely sensitive feedback signal.

Every time her skin became hard, Lin Nuo would use even greater finger strength to press that skin until it softened.

"Don't... don't touch that..."

In her bright yellow pupils, the original arrogance and wariness had been worn away by the constant transformation and the aching numbness of her body.

Tears flowed uncontrollably down her cheeks, hitting the carpet and creating dark spots.

The temperature inside the car was rising rapidly.

Raven could feel that the superpower genes within her had completely lost their footing.

In the face of this man's overbearing kneading and forceful physical intrusion, her cells began to undergo irregular, frantic transformations.

One second, her arm was cold and rough with deep blue; the next second, under the touch of Lin Nuo's warm palm, that patch of skin would actively soften into the snow-white, delicate, warm-as-fat skin of a young girl.

Under the pressure of Lin Nuo's knee, her long legs would, one moment, become slender and firm due to cellular shrinkage, and the next, become full and rounded due to the active stretching of muscle fibers.

This extremely high-frequency physiological overload made Raven's sea of consciousness feel as if it had been swept by a hurricane.

"Enough... kill me..."

She spat out these words intermittently, her originally bright yellow eyes now covered with a layer of hazy, physiological mist.

Lin Nuo stopped his movements on her thigh and instead used two fingers to pinch her delicate collarbone, which had turned blue on that side.

His fingertips gently rubbed those tiny scales; the touch was cold and hard, yet possessed a strange resilience.

"Kill you? That would be too much of a waste."

Lin Nuo leaned forward, his entire body almost completely pressing down on her.

The weight belonging to his divine constitution caused the leather seat to emit a creaking sound under the unbearable load.

Raven was squeezed between the seat back and the man's solid chest, deprived even of space to breathe.

His left hand locked her wrists tightly, while his right hand moved to the back of her neck, his thumb pressing on that high-sensitivity area representing the central nervous system of a Mutant.

"Let me see, if I add a little more force here, could you turn into Emma to please me?"

Raven's pupils trembled.

This suggestion felt even more absurd to her than physical destruction.

She shook her head desperately, her fiery red hair brushing across Lin Nuo's nose tip, revealing a trace of determination.

However, the Chaos Magic within Lin Nuo quietly overflowed.

A dark red glimmer flowed along his fingertips, breaking through Raven's last layer of defense mechanism.

A buzzing sound came from the depths of Raven's brain.

Her vision blurred, and under the guidance of the other's power, her body began to undergo a certain extremely malicious "mimicry."

Her facial contours began to soften, the originally distinct angles became rounded, and silver-white phantoms flickered at the tips of her hair.

"Not bad, just like that."

Lin Nuo looked at her as she hovered on the edge of collapse, the curve of his mouth becoming more pronounced.

He reached out and unbuttoned his collar, revealing that neck full of power, and deep in his pupils behind the gold-rimmed glasses, there was an undisguised desire for plunder.

In this underground garage isolated by heavy rain, in this steel box where there was no one else but the two of them, the Mystique who once made heads of state around the world tremble was now just a piece of soft clay, being kneaded repeatedly, about to be thoroughly branded.

He leaned down and left a row of deep red marks on that side of her neck, which had already turned snow-white.

Raven tilted her head back, her slender neck tensed into a graceful arc.

That emotion, mixed with pain and dizziness, finally crushed her last shred of reason.

Her palms, which had been tightly clenched, opened powerlessly, and after leaving a few scratch marks on the hem of his black suit, they finally dropped to the edge of the seat.

Lin Nuo straightened his upper body, looking at this shapeshifting beauty who was now completely limp beneath him, lost in a trance caused by some sort of superpower overload.

His scorching palm traced all the way up her still-trembling waistline, finally lifting her chin on the side that still retained blue scales.

In those bright yellow pupils, there was nothing left but supplication and the deepest fear.

Lin Nuo laughed out loud, his voice causing muffled echoes in the narrow cabin.

"Run, little sparrow; now, on this chair, what other shape can you turn into to open my eyes?"

Chapter 174: The wasp waist is in hand, and I can take it as I please.

In Hellfire, the dark ink-colored glass isolated the wind and rain outside into a silent background painting.

Raven leaned powerlessly against the edge of the mahogany desk, her rounded shoulders slightly slumped.

The mud and oil on her body had long been forcibly washed away; she was now wearing only a thin black lace slip dress.

The narrow straps dug into her delicate collarbone, which was adorned with a few deep blue scales, making her vast expanse of lustrous skin stand out even more starkly.

Because the Mutant cells in her body were still in a semi-paralyzed state after severe overload, her long, slender legs could not muster any strength, leaving her to let her short, fire-red hair stick wetly to the side of her cheek.

The woman of a hundred faces, who used to move with ease among world leaders, now looked more like an exquisite yet broken marionette.

Lin Nuo sat composed in a large leather chair.

The top two buttons of his White shirt were undone, faintly revealing the outline of his chest muscles, which looked as if they were cast from steel.

His gold-rimmed glasses rested at his side, and he was using two long, slender fingers to slowly spin a secret hard drive from Trask Industries that emitted a faint, deep blue glow.

The metal casing made a faint "rustling" friction sound against the mahogany desk; every pause was like a perfectly measured drumbeat, striking against Raven's frayed nerves.

"Do you think that me not throwing you directly to those researchers at Trask today counts as a mercy?"

Lin Nuo broke the deathly silence in the room.

His deep voice echoed through the spacious office, carrying a sense of condescending lethargy.

Raven bit her lower lip hard, her bright yellow pupils filled with humiliation and vigilance.

Because she was biting down so hard, a few faint White marks appeared on her originally snow-White, delicate chin.

"Stop putting on an act here."

Raven said in a hoarse voice, her tone revealing the wildness of a trapped beast.

"That foolish woman Emma might be deceived by a refined scumbag like you, but I won't be. You can kill me right now, or hand me over. But as long as I have a breath left, I will absolutely not become a tool to satisfy your twisted hobbies!"

"A tool?"

Lin Nuo stopped spinning the hard drive in his hand and let out a soft, measured chuckle.

He stood up, bracing himself against the desk, his tall frame bringing a heavy sense of oppression as he paced slowly toward Raven.

He extended a finger and, with extreme frivolity, lifted a strand of Raven's slightly cool red hair.

His movements were gentle, but his words were as cold and hard as iron.

"Miss Raven, you seem to value yourself too highly. While your skin, which can change at will, is fun, in my eyes, it isn't enough to make me go to great lengths to completely break ties with Magneto."

Lin Nuo's finger slid down her hair, finally pressing gently against her collarbone, triggering a defensive closure of the fine blue scales on her skin.

"The reason I kept you is because inside this hard drive lies the epitaph for your entire Mutant Brotherhood."

Lin Nuo held the tiny, deep-blue hard drive between his fingertips and dangled it in front of Raven.

The moment Raven's gaze touched the hard drive, her pupils suddenly trembled.

She was a top-tier Agent, so she naturally recognized the highest-grade encryption mark of Trask Industries.

A hard drive of this level would only be produced in the core laboratory of Bolivar Trask himself.

"Don't look at me with those eyes; I have no need to lie to you."

Lin Nuo turned around and leaned his back against the desk, his posture relaxed.

"Is that old guy Eric currently plotting to attack the Military's special transport convoy in New York to seize that batch of tracking reagents meant for Mutants?"

Raven's breath hitched instantly, and even the blue skin on her neck turned slightly pale from extreme tension.

This was the most core confidential operation of the Brotherhood; apart from Magneto and her, no third person knew about it.

How could this man know everything so clearly in such a short time?

"Finding it strange why I would know?"

Lin Nuo tilted his head to look at her, his eyes behind the lenses calm and unruffled.

"Because this so-called'special convoy' is, from beginning to end, a meat grinder set up jointly by Trask Industries and the Military."

"That short guy Bolivar long ago developed an anti-magnetic capture net made of non-metallic adaptive polymer, specifically targeting Eric's magnetic control."

"Not only that, but those three transport trucks aren't carrying any reagents, but rather six third-generation adaptive Sentinels equipped with micro-nuclear fusion cores."

Lin Nuo's words were like knives, each one precisely piercing Raven's most vulnerable weak point.

"As soon as Eric leads his people in, what awaits them is an ability-free zone within a five-kilometer radius, completely locked down by an ultra-high-frequency shockwave net."

"By then, let alone his stubborn head, even if all your kin were added together, you would all be sliced into a pile of cold, lifeless minced meat within three minutes."

At this moment, Raven's legs could no longer support her; her body went limp, and she slid powerlessly down the edge of the desk.

Her somewhat swollen hands dug their fingers desperately into the soft flesh of her thighs, her sharp nails almost piercing that delicate layer of skin.

She knew Eric's personality too well.

For the future of Mutants, that stubborn old man would absolutely lead all the main forces of the Brotherhood and charge into that carefully laid trap without hesitation.

"What… what do you want?"

Raven looked up with her small, pale, and desperate face, bright moisture beginning to swirl in her eye sockets.

Beneath her already thin slip dress, her chest heaved violently due to her rapid breathing.

"I have always believed in equivalent exchange."

Lin Nuo leaned down, extended his right hand, and gently wiped away the tears about to fall from the corner of her eyes with his somewhat rough fingertips.

His movements were gentle, but his words were shameless to the extreme.

"I want you to stay in this building. From today on, put away your meaningless pride and obediently cooperate with me in researching various 'body arts'."

"Whether it's the face of the person Magneto trusts most, or those high-difficulty personas, as long as I want to see them, you must take the initiative to change into them for me."

Lin Nuo's warm palm slid slowly down her fair neck, finally lingering almost imperceptibly on her slender, wasp-waisted waist.

"As long as you completely surrender this ever-changing, beautiful body to my control, I will take action and incidentally tear apart that net the Military has set for the Brotherhood."

Looking at the hard drive that determined the fate of her race, large tears finally broke their dam, sliding silently down her deep blue scales onto the black carpet.

Humiliation, unwillingness, and fear for the future of her race transformed into an invisible mountain, crushing her last bit of backbone into powder.

Lin Nuo looked down at her, his mouth curling into the arrogant arc of a villain, his voice sounding particularly grating in the somewhat empty office:

"What, is it that hard to choose? Is your backbone more precious than those Mutant kin of yours who are currently being beaten in concentration camps?"

Chapter 175: Arbitrary Transformation, Breaking the Last Line of Defense

Raven's body, which had been slumped over the cold mahogany desk, suddenly curled into a ball.

The thin black lace slip dress she wore could do nothing to block the scorching sense of aggression radiating from Lin Nuo.

In her bright yellow eyes, the last vestige of struggle completely dissolved upon hearing the words "Concentration Camp."

The compatriots who were injected with serums and wailed in agony within the Trask underground Base, and Eric, who viewed her as his closest kin and was walking step by step into the Military's trap, flashed alternately through her mind.

Raven bit her lower lip so hard that it almost left white marks on her lips.

She closed her eyes, and two lines of tears rolled down from the corners of her reddened eyes, tracing across the blue scales that had just receded from her cheeks.

"I... will listen to you."

She squeezed these four words out from the depths of her throat, each syllable sounding as if it were stained with blood.

Lin Nuo smiled.

On that gentle and refined face, a cruelty that was almost perverse bloomed at this moment.

He casually placed his gold-rimmed glasses on the table, then his thick arms forcefully passed through the crook of Raven's knees and her back, lifting the already limp shapeshifting enchantress into his arms.

He strode toward the custom-made black leather lounge chair at the back of the CEO's office.

"A wise choice, my dear Miss Raven."

Lin Nuo's voice was gentle, yet it carried a hair-raising, viscous texture.

As he picked her up, the fingertips of his left hand, hidden beneath the cuff of his suit, trembled slightly.

A trace of dark red Chaos Magic spread out like a thin veil, sealing every crack in this CEO's lounge.

Any sound, even the most hysterical scream, would be unable to escape this room at all!

Raven was roughly tossed onto the spacious and resilient leather lounge chair.

Before she could even adapt to the slightly cold texture of the leather, Lin Nuo's body, radiating scorching heat, had already pressed over her.

The sheer weight belonging to the supreme physique of Asgard caused the leather cushion to emit a heavy groan.

Lin Nuo braced his hands on either side of her head, looking down at her delicate body, which was half covered in blue scales and half in fair skin.

"Come on, show your value."

"Now, I need the most dazzling blonde diva on the Broadway stage."

Raven tilted her head back powerlessly, the fine beads of sweat on her forehead sticking to her hair.

Under Lin Nuo's irresistible gaze, she forcibly urged the X-Gene cells in her body, which were on the verge of striking due to exhaustion.

The molecular structure beneath her skin began to rearrange in a crazy, irregular manner once again.

The rough, deep blue scales receded like the tide, replaced by skin as delicate and fair as mutton-fat jade.

Her wet red hair was replaced by brilliant blonde hair.

Her facial features reorganized, and her originally capable and athletic physique rapidly swelled into an exaggerated, highly sensual curve.

In just two seconds, a living, breathing imperial stunner was presented on the black leather chair.

A flash of excitement swept through Lin Nuo's eyes.

His warm, calloused palm pressed directly onto her reorganized lower abdomen, his fingers sinking into the unusually soft flesh.

"Not bad."

"But I prefer a firmer touch, Raven."

"Increase the muscle fiber density here and narrow the bones inward by half an inch."

Lin Nuo's voice was low, carrying a strong sense of command as it rang in her ear.

Raven bit her lower lip tightly with her pearl-white teeth, even tasting a hint of salty, fishy blood.

For the safety of her compatriots, she closed her eyes, forcibly controlling the muscles and bones of her waist to undergo microscopic deformation.

Lin Nuo could clearly feel the changes transmitted to his palm.

The originally soft muscles became taut and resilient under the influence of her ability.

The curve of her bones, following the pressure of his fingers, adjusted inward in a perfectly fitting posture.

This body, which seemed almost tailor-made for him, caused the Hulk Gene within him to resonate violently in an instant.

"This feeling is truly mesmerizing!"

Lin Nuo let out a heavy, ragged gasp; without any unnecessary foreplay, the Hulk-level physical output, violent enough to tear everything apart, was fully unleashed at this moment.

"Ugh!"

Even though Raven was battle-hardened, she had never endured such an unreasonable and terrifying collision.

Her newly reorganized spine slammed violently against the supple leather chair, and the immense impact force made her internal organs feel as if they had shifted out of place.

The arrogance of the diva she had deliberately feigned was instantly shattered.

She opened her red lips wide, desperate to breathe, but could only let broken and delicate moans spill from her throat.

She wanted to use her ability to harden the skin in certain areas to block Lin Nuo's savage ravaging.

But whenever a part of her body began to harden, Lin Nuowould crush that piece of hard shell with even more terrifying finger strength.

He forced her to meet his scorching heat with her most delicate and sensitive soft flesh.

Under this violent demand, Raven's sea of consciousness was struck as if by lightning.

The numbness surging back from the depths of her bones tore her remaining sanity to shreds piece by piece.

"Change it, I'm tired of blonde."

Lin Nuo's broad, sweat-slicked chest pressed heavily against her, his voice filled with extreme greed amidst his ragged breathing.

"I want to see the gentleness of the Orient; the body must be softer, like Water."

Raven's entire being had fallen into a kind of physiological semi-trance.

She lay limp on the chair, instinctively cooperating under Lin Nuo's urging.

Her golden wavy hair instantly shortened and turned black, and her skin lost its flush, turning into a cold white like porcelain.

Her originally tall and voluptuous figure rapidly shrank under the control of her ability, and in the blink of an eye, she transformed into a black-haired woman with a slender figure and a touch of gentle weakness in her features.

Due to the rapid reduction in body size, Raven felt a tearing soreness throughout her skin and flesh.

But Lin Nuo's plundering never stopped.

"Fold your legs up and wrap them around me."

His warm, large hands domineeringly parted her somewhat sore and weak legs.

With tears in her eyes, Raven's body trembled like a leaf swaying in the wind and rain.

She had to forcibly change the flexibility of her hip joints, wrapping her legs tightly around Lin Nuo's lean and sturdy waist in a high-difficulty posture that an ordinary person could never achieve.

Sweat continuously gathered on the black leather chair surface, dripping down.

In this narrow space completely sealed off by Chaos Magic, the shapeshifting enchantress, who once made politicians across the entire World tremble with fear, was now just a piece of dough being repeatedly kneaded.

The pride she had guarded for decades was retreating step by step in this abyss of tyrannical possession and frequent cellular deformation, until it was completely lost.

Lin Nuo freed his right hand and grabbed her chin, which was already faintly turning back to blue due to exhaustion.

He forced her bright yellow eyes, brimming with humiliating tears, to look directly at him.

On his face, which was slightly flushed from excessive excitement, there was a wild, victorious smile.

"Very good, my shapeshifting baby."

"Maintain this perfect angle."

"Tonight, we still have plenty of time to slowly try new ways to play!"

Chapter 176: If You Want to Save Someone, First Come Clean My Shoes

The first light of dawn, carrying the chill of the previous night's rain, filtered through the massive ink-colored floor-to-ceiling windows, casting a long, slender shadow across the messy dark red carpet.

In the spacious lounge area on one side of the CEO's office, various Military documents crumpled into paper balls and torn lace fabric were scattered everywhere.

Raven lay powerlessly on the edge of the leather sofa's armrest.

She was only wearing a loose, oversized men's white shirt, its buttons done up crookedly, revealing one side of her fair collarbone, which was slightly red and swollen from being ravaged.

Because her X-Gene had been forcibly stimulated for extreme transformation last night, her current state was extremely unstable; tiny dark blue scales would surge across parts of her facial skin like a tide, only to retreat under the skin a microsecond later.

The soreness brought on by the hangover and excessive conquest made it difficult for this Mutant Agent, who used to be in her element on the battlefield, to even move her fingertips.

Her bright yellow pupils stared hollowly at the floor, and the bruises on the delicate skin of her inner thighs, caused by the forceful gripping of calloused hands last night, still stung painfully.

"Awake?"

A lazy, magnetic voice came from the master console not far away.

Lin Nuo was standing in front of the massive LCD screen that occupied almost the entire wall.

He had already changed back into a meticulously tailored deep black three-piece suit, his side-parted hairstyle was perfectly groomed, and his gold-rimmed glasses reflected a cold color in the eerie blue light emitted by the screen.

He held a cup of black coffee that was still emitting wisps of steam, his demeanor as relaxed as a noble gentleman taking a morning stroll on his own estate.

Raven gritted her teeth, her hands gripping the collar of the oversized shirt, her voice raspy and hoarse: "How is... Eric's convoy?"

"You should be asking how many complete bones your Brotherhood's suicide squad has left."

Lin Nuo didn't turn his head; he just took a sip of his coffee, then raised his left hand and made a casual gesture in the air.

The giant screen, which had been playing financial news, flickered for a moment, and accompanied by a harsh sound of static, the live satellite feed from Washington D.C. was forcibly connected.

The moment she saw the image on the screen, the last trace of color drained from Raven's fair, pretty face within seconds.

On the screen, the sky appeared a strange, ghastly gray.

On the bridge spanning the river outside The Pentagon, the core Agents of the Mutant Brotherhood were lying scattered in pools of blood, and large halos symbolizing the eruption of Mutant abilities were rapidly fading under the siege of the third-generation adaptive Sentinel.

And at the very core of this ruin.

That Mutant leader who once made the whole Worldtremble, Eric Lehnsherr, was now plunged into the deepest despair.

A large, non-metallic net woven from milky-white polymer was trapping him tightly.

No matter how frantically Eric roared, no matter how much the veins on his arms bulged, the scattered steel bridge wreckage and countless luxury cars around him did not move a single bit.

That net perfectly isolated him from the magnetic resonance of the geomagnetic field!

Bang!

A bulky yet agile third-generation adaptive Sentinelstepped forward.

Its pure black, high-density alloy heavy fist, accompanied by a piercing sound of breaking air, slammed fiercely into Magneto's chest.

Accompanied by a series of crisp sounds of shattering bones, Magneto's aged body flew out more than ten meters like a kite with a broken string, smashing heavily through the guardrail, with half his body hanging over the edge of the bridge.

Blood was constantly dripping down his graying hair.

Before he could even get up, two Sentinels walked up expressionlessly, roughly pinning his arms behind his back, and like dragging a dead dog, shoved this once-arrogant king into a pre-prepared heavy-duty anti-magnetic prison box made of a mixture of special plastic and titanium alloy.

"No... Eric!"

Raven let out an extremely sharp wail in an instant.

She didn't know where the strength came from; barefoot, she rolled off the leather sofa like a madwoman.

She didn't even care that she was only wearing a loose, baggy shirt, nor did she care about the bone-deep soreness in her legs, as she scrambled on all fours toward the door of the CEO's office.

She had to go to Washington!

She had to go and save the old man who treated her as his own flesh and blood, the one who had pulled her out of the mud!

However, before she could even take three steps.

"Did I say you could leave?"

Lin Nuo's figure, standing in front of the giant screen, didn't even move; only his right hand, which was tucked into his trench coat pocket, had its fingertips quietly light up with a deep, dark red magical glow.

Boom!

A massive Bio-force field belonging to the supreme Asgardian physique, mixed with a trace of reviving chaotic magical energy, descended like an invisible, towering mountain, pressing down fiercely from thin air above Raven's head.

The surrounding air was compressed to the limit in a microsecond, emitting bursts of dull gravitational resonance.

In the face of this great power that did not belong to the realm of carbon-based life, Raven didn't even have time to let a thought of resistance arise.

A teeth-grinding friction sound came from the joints in her knees.

With a muffled thud.

Her frail, delicate body was forcibly pressed down by this invisible force field descending from the sky, her knees slamming heavily onto the expensive pure white wool carpet.

The concrete floor beneath the soft carpet emitted a faint cracking sound.

Intense pain shot from her knees straight to her brain, but what made Raven feel even more desperate was that no matter how frantically she stimulated her X-Gene, those Mutant cells would curl up and retreat as if encountering a natural predator whenever they touched the pale red magical energy barrier surrounding her.

"Bastard! Let me go! Lin Nuo, you despicable mongrel!"

Raven lay prone on the carpet, her fingers digging deep into the soft cashmere, blue blood faintly seeping from the edges of her fingernails.

She looked up, her red hair sticking messily to her pretty face, which was covered in sweat and tear stains, her bright yellow eyes filled with bone-deep hatred and pleading.

Lin Nuo turned around unhurriedly.

His leather shoes made not a sound as they stepped on the soft carpet, but his tall, slender figure, like an ancient demon god blocking out the sky and sun, shrouded Ravencompletely in a pitch-black shadow.

He walked up to Raven, looking down condescendingly at the stunner struggling powerlessly beneath him.

Then, he dropped to one knee, crouching down with extreme elegance.

That warm, thick-knuckled hand, with an unshakable force, roughly gripped Raven's neck, which was covered in blue scales, forcing her to lift her head and meet his gaze.

"Despicable?"

A smirk of extreme, righteous villainy tugged at the corner of Lin Nuo's mouth, and a cruel light danced deep in his pupils behind his lenses.

"Miss Raven, a brain is a good thing, but it seems you completely expelled it from your body during last night's exercise."

"What can you do if you go to Washington now? Use your shape-shifting ability to perform as a blonde diva in front of those six third-generation Sentinels equipped with nuclear fusion cores, and try to laugh them to death?"

Lin Nuo's fingers pinched her neck lightly, and that domineering Asgardian Divine Factor at his fingertips seeped continuously into her dermis, causing Raven to shudder unconsciously.

"Face reality, baby."

Lin Nuo leaned forward, breathing his warmth without reservation onto her slightly chilled cheeks.

"Trask has used The Pentagon's core trump card this time, and all of Washington is now under full Military martial law."

"Any Mutant who dares to approach that heavy-duty prison camp will be chopped into mincemeat the moment they arrive."

"In this World, apart from me, Lin Nuo, and the Star Umbrella order behind me, no one, no force, can pluck that old iron turtle, Eric, out from the teeth of a superpower's War Machine unscathed."

Raven's eyes stared fixedly at him.

In her tear-filled eye sockets, the color of despair was spreading bit by bit, eventually turning into bottomless dead water.

She knew that what Lin Nuo said was true.

The power this man displayed last night could destroy even the Sentinels that Trask prided himself on as if tearing paper.

He was the only hope.

"I beg you..."

Raven's forehead pressed heavily against the surface of Lin Nuo's leather shoes; the last bit of pride she had as a Mutant Agent was crushed into the mud in the face of the life and death of her group's leader.

"As long as you can save Eric... as long as you can save them... I will do whatever you want..."

She lay there, the white shirt pulled straight by her movement, outlining a section of her buttocks that stirred the imagination, revealing a morbid and highly destructive temptation in the dim CEO's office.

Lin Nuo looked down at this scene, and a series of crisp system notifications suddenly exploded deep in his mind:

[Ding! Strategy target: Raven Darkholme (Mystique), interception progress achieved: 100%!]

[Body and mind completely conquered! Critical hit wheel activated!]

[Congratulations to the host for obtaining: Level 3 Reality Modification power crystal (Law seal additionally unlocked by 12%)!]

[Detected that the host currently has the perfect plunder trait: Obtained Mutant ultimate microscopic atomic restructuring ability (already fused with Hulk's body and diamond physique, physical self-adaptive evolution efficiency increased by 300%)!]

Extremely powerful source energy surged wildly from his heart; Lin Nuo felt the cell density in his body skyrocket again in a microsecond, and his previously somewhat restricted vision of laws became increasingly clear.

But the expression on his face did not change in the slightest.

He just stood up slowly, kicked Raven's delicate cheek—which had long since changed back to its fair appearance—gently with the tip of his shoe, and said in a lazy and ruthless tone:

"Go clean my shoes, Raven."

"After you're done, tonight I'll take you to tear that anti-magnetic concentration camp apart with our bare hands."
