Tristan looked at the woman who was eating her breakfast with her head bowed. His thoughts were still stuck on last night though. He needed to find out how well she knew Elliott. And what it was she was hiding.
As if she knew what it was that he was thinking, she asked casually, "Are you really Elliott?"
Tristan looked up at her in shock at the question then. What did that mean? His hand on the fork tightened as he gave her a careful look, "What do you mean?"
But she continued to look at her food as she mentioned casually," Its just that, From the moment we have met again, you seem so different. Honestly, I didn;t think much of it at first when we met again. I knew you'd forgotten about me. But now, I can;t help but wonder. Its almost as if you are a different person."
His hand on the fork relaxed for a moment and then he cocked his head," really?"
