Chapter 178 - Chapter 178: Im’s Overwhelming Power!

Three bursts of Conqueror's Haki.

Completely different.

Yet each one represented the very pinnacle of the world's supreme will.

Now—

They fused together without restraint.

Rocks' black-red.

Roger's crimson-gold.

Garp's pure black.

The three wills twisted into a raging current at the center of the battlefield.

They tangled with one another.

Repelled each other.

Yet all pointed toward the same destination.

A single enemy.

The surrounding space was crushed by invisible force, twisting and cracking before the naked eye.

The ground beneath them split apart inch by inch.

The pressure leaking from their clash created a forbidden zone.

Even fighters in the distance—Whitebeard and the Five Elders among them—instinctively stepped back.

That alone showed just how terrifying these three men were.

"Zehahahaha!"

Rocks moved first.

His laughter still echoed in the warped air when his body already dragged a black-red afterimage across the battlefield.

The sword in his hand did not simply slash—

It released a condensed wave of darkness itself.

Black-red Conqueror's lightning wrapped around the blade like serpents, carrying an aura that devoured all light and hope as it aimed directly for Im's head.

At the same moment—

Roger moved.

There was no laughter from him.

But the battle intent in his eyes burned like fire.

The blade Ace erupted with golden brilliance.

Crimson-gold Haki turned the sword into a manifestation of divine judgment.

He appeared behind Im in a flash—

Striking from the side with his full strength.

"Divine Departure!"

The golden slash cut horizontally toward Im's waist.

Meanwhile—

Only a furious roar echoed.

Garp had no technique name to shout.

He poured his entire lifetime of physical training and Armament Haki into his fists.

Those iron fists that had shattered countless mountains—

Now looked like two black meteors.

Veins bulged beneath his skin.

Every muscle fiber strained to unleash its full strength.

He chose the front.

A direct clash.

A devastating Galaxy Impact burst forward, sealing Im's final path of escape.

Decapitation.

Bisecting strike.

Heart-crushing punch.

Three directions.

Three powers.

The absolute peak of personal combat strength in this era.

Without exchanging a single word—

Their coordination was flawless.

As if they had rehearsed it a thousand times.

Rocks' darkest slash.

Roger's golden Divine Departure.

Garp's Fist.

Three attacks powerful enough to erase any one of the Five Elders instantly—

Struck simultaneously from three angles.

All escape routes sealed.

Direct hit.

BOOM—!!!

The explosion of energy was beyond description.

It wasn't a simple detonation.

It was the chain reaction created when three different forces collided and annihilated each other.

A small mushroom cloud of black, gold, and dark red rose from the center of God Valley.

The shockwave spread outward, pulverizing everything within several kilometers—

Mountains.

Stone.

Corpses.

All reduced to dust.

The entire island trembled beneath the force.

Yet—

None of the three attackers showed joy.

Rocks' laughter froze on his face.

Roger lowered the brim of his straw hat.

Garp held his punching stance, every muscle in his body tensed.

They all felt the same thing.

The attack had landed.

But it was as if their blows had struck cotton.

No damage.

The moment their attacks touched Im's body—

All power had been absorbed.

Dissolved.

Devoured.

As the energy storm faded and the dust settled—

The battlefield center slowly became visible.

Im—

Still stood there.

Unharmed.

The cheek struck by Garp.

The waist cut by Roger.

The neck slashed by Rocks.

Those areas that should have been destroyed were now reversing.

Like a film playing backward.

Shattered flesh.

Broken bones.

Torn clothing.

Everything restored itself in defiance of physics.

Within seconds—

He was completely intact again.

"Not bad."

Im finally spoke.

"But that level of strength… isn't enough."

His tone carried no emotion.

Like a god evaluating the performance of clowns.

There was no anger in his eyes.

No surprise.

Only faint amusement.

Before the words even finished—

Im vanished.

The next instant—

He appeared directly in front of Garp.

Close enough for Garp to see his own shocked reflection in those lifeless eyes.

Im extended one finger.

Just one withered finger.

It lightly tapped Garp's fist.

BOOM!

An irresistible force erupted from that fingertip.

Garp was blasted away faster than he had arrived.

The air behind him exploded repeatedly with sonic booms.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

He smashed through seven or eight mountains before finally stopping inside a massive crater.

"Crack…"

A sharp pain shot through his arm.

Garp groaned.

The bones in his right arm had been violently twisted and broken by that force.

Im didn't even look back at him.

He casually waved a hand toward the other side.

An invisible barrier appeared.

Roger's pursuing sword energy slammed into it—

And dissolved silently.

The force that neutralized Roger's attack did not vanish.

Instead—

It shifted its pressure toward Rocks, who was already the most wounded.

"Get the hell away from me!"

Rocks roared.

His sword erupted with black-red Haki as he unleashed dozens of slashes in succession.

But the moment those slashes touched the invisible pressure—

They weakened layer by layer.

Until nothing remained.

Every swing felt like he was fighting the entire sky.

Every defense felt as though the earth itself rejected him.

His old injuries tore open under the immense pressure.

More blood spilled from his mouth, staining his already ruined clothes.

"Again!"

Roger and Garp refused to yield.

They charged out of the rubble once more.

The three of them constantly shifted tactics—

Attacking from different angles.

The battle instincts of the Clan of D were pushed to their absolute limits.

Again and again—

They launched desperate assaults against the solitary figure.

But it was useless.

Completely useless.

Every attack was effortlessly neutralized.

Every counterstrike from Im grew heavier.

More merciless.

Their stamina and Haki were draining rapidly.

Their breathing grew rough.

Their movements slowed.

And Im—

Was like an eternal source of energy.

Even his posture had not changed.

A suffocating despair filled the battlefield.

Mortals trying to challenge the sun hanging high in the sky.

No matter how fiercely they struggled—

The end result would always be the same.

Burned to ash.

"It's over."

Im finally seemed to lose the last of his patience.

He slowly raised his hand toward Rocks.

The palm strike looked slow.

Gentle.

But in Rocks' eyes—

It sealed every path of escape.

No dodging.

No blocking.

BOOM!

The palm struck Rocks square in the chest.

His eyes bulged.

His ribs shattered instantly.

His internal organs were crushed by an invisible force.

His body flew backward and slammed into a distant mountain wall hundreds of meters away.

The impact embedded him deep into the rock.

Leaving behind a massive human-shaped crater and cracks spreading like spiderwebs.

Im withdrew his hand.

He looked at the blood-covered Roger and Garp with cold contempt.

And spoke calmly—

Like stating a simple truth.

"Your limits…"

"…are merely my starting point."

From the rubble of the mountain wall—

Stones rolled down.

Rocks struggled.

Using the sheath of his sword for support—

He slowly climbed out of the crater.

His entire body was soaked in blood…
