Chapter 2 - CHAPTER 2: Fellow idiot.

Li Yang was finally sitting on his precious old mat trying to digest his own situation. He was still not understanding why he didn't just die without having to pass in life shits again.

Life really carries the unexpected. The sudden creaking sounds of the room's door as it was violently pushed open made his heart skip a beat, and a flood of curses happened in his mind. He observed a young lady who quickly bursted in, peeked outside here and there before closing the door, as if she was a prisoner escaping from prison guards. She was simply a cute dark beauty. Dark skin, dark eyes, thick long dark eyelashes, dark sphinx eyes, dark kinky tight coils hair, dressed in a heavy dark red skirt and a dark red top with long wide sleeves that sweeped the ground .The outfit revealed a very small part of her waist. On the chained belt of her skirt was tied two wine gourds.

' You don't have enough brooms that you chose to sweep the ground with your clothes. Ha!Funny.' he mentally criticized.

The young lady smiled at him before rushing to his side.

" Fellow idiot,Han Dishan, you rascal!" She stated with a smile and lazily fell beside Li Yang giving him a spoilt child side hug, rubbing her head on his chest.

' So I'm Han Dishan.' Li Yang now Han Dishan felt thankful to this girl who he estimated was Han Dishan's best friend. Thanks to her, he at least became aware of his new name. ' She might be too talkative.' He guessed staring at her.The girl let go of him and sat straight beside him with a smile, totally ignoring the look on Han Dishan's face. She quickly took a simple small wooden box from her sleeves.

" Ah," She gestured him to take the box. Han Dishan slowly took it from her hand and looked inside. There lay a dim red elixir. Instead of taking it,he stared at it with much in his head without blinking. What if it was some poison that could turn him into a puppet? The young lady rolled her eyes in annoyance and quickly grabbed the elixir, forcifully opened Han Dishan' s mouth and shoved the elixir inside. Han Dishan gave her an annoyed look but she gave a satisfied smile. As soon as he swallowed the elixir,he felt a dramatic yet warm feeling running through his spine as all the wounds on his body healed. He couldn't help but smile.

" The scars won't be going away. That idiot said it's a reminder of your mistakes." Gisa stated bitterly untying one wine gourd from her waist.Han Dishan estimated that the idiot that young lady was talking about was the one who had gifted all those precious cuts to him. The sudden thirst to know who that beast was , suddenly dried all the blood in his vein. He didn't know who the original body owner was, his character and so on. But whatever character he had, why go through all the pain?

He wanted to find out.He gave a wicked smirk and quickly grabbed Gisa's hands. She was startled at the moment but quickly got rid of that expression and gave Han Dishan a ' What wrong with your brain?' look.

" My friend! What do I do?" He spouted out shamelessly. Gisa immediately smarked his head and disengaged her hands from his hold, dusted off her clothes in an exaggerated manner for exactly no reason and then stared at him .

She calmly cleared her throat and eyed Han Dishan as if she was thousand of years older than him.

" What's wrong?? My little fool." She asked calmly. Han Dishan frowned at the addressing but decided to answer anyway.

" I forgot everything."

Gisa rolled her eyes annoyed.

" I'm serious."

" What about me?"

Han Dishan shook his head. Gisa covered her mouth with her hands in surprise.

" YOU FORGOT ME??!! " Han Dishan nodded. She sighed continuously as she took a sip on her wine. She didn't seem to believe him.

" You really forgot??"

" Yes. It would be kind of you to remind me of your name." He stated with a smile.

" He he ,find a way to find out. Idiot." There was silence once again.

Sighs of Gisa suddenly filled the room. She softly patted Han Dishan' s shoulder in a comforting manner.

"All of a sudden... I get you, fellow idiot. There is no way your mental state can remain stable after passing through all that kind of torture. It's a not a surprise you had lost your brain. We all here admires your patience." She stated calmly.

" Who had lost his brain?" Han Dishan blurted out.

" Me." She replied with sarcasm and then with her hand on Han Dishan's forehead, she started turning his head left and right. Han Dishan clenched his fist with a frown.

" At least he remembers not to hit the face." She shook her head like a sad friend would and gulped down wine from her gourd while handing another to Han Dishan. He took it with both hands. Uncomfortable silence filled the room once again. Han Dishan decided to change the subject.

" Is there anyway I can get the most deadly poison ?"

Gisa gave him a confused look.

" For what?" She asked in confusion.

" Kill the one who did this to me."

Gisa raised her eyebrows with confusion mixed with terror. Han Dishan had always been a patient person;always finding some positive excuses about being tortured and not to hate anyone .He was always like," It's not a big deal","It doesn't even hurt.", " I'm too strong to be in pain." " I had to let kids have fun." He wasn't even this straight. Gisa shook her head. She had always wondered which flour this guy was made in ,that made him never wish to turn that guy who treated him not less than an ant into a ghost.

" I thought you forgot everything." She stated after a moment of silence.

" I have. But my body haven't." Gisa nodded in an understanding manner. She pressed her hand on Han Dishan's shoulder.

" Fellow idiot, whether you forgot or not doesn't matter. But let me tell you, almost all of us here hate him. And a large number of dumbasses had tried to kill that rascal but ended up being the ones in hell. Look at yourself." She said with a mocking smile.

Han Dishan really looked at himself. Gisa continued.

" You're more than an idiot, you're aware. Right?" Gisa asked as if she was complimenting him, ignoring the fact that Han Dishan had acknowledged her that he had forgotten. She didn't wait for an answer. She just went on.

" You let maids bully you, walk with your head hanging low, and now you have 'forgotten' everything... You better not tell anyone by the way..." She shook his head at him.

" You can't even hold a knife."

Han Dishan was heart broken by that sentence. Can't hold a knife? He was the top assassin Li Yang!!!

" Are you related in an way?" He asked out of curiosity.

" How can I say it??" Gisa asked in a dramatic way, put the gourd down and started explaining.

" His father married his mother, his mother had a sister who married a man. That man had a brother in law and that brother in law married a girl whose sister in law married my father." She smiled." Plus our fathers were friends. But you got it?"

Han Dishan shook his head.

" Most people don't get it but it's not that complicated." She poured the sweet wine in her mouth and swallowed.

" Why are you not drinking?" She asked him wiping her chin with her sleeves. Before Han Dishan can reply, she gave a knowing smile.

" You forgot how to drink." She teased and then laughed at him. Han Dishan also gave a happy smile. He raised the gourd to his lips but it was snatched away before he could even taste the wine.

"..."

" The sky doesn't wait for you to wake up, to brighten up .I'll get going. See you then." Gisa quickly stood up and rushed out of the room while Han Dishan was left there still in that position of holding the wine gourd to his lips. He looked at the door for a long time. It was a kind reassuring the real Han Dishan had such a honest good friend.
