Finally they returned back to kolkata at morning and at evening they had their reception. When they were going to the venue it started raining,it was around 7pm and Aarav and Ayesha was in one car and he was driving.
Ayesha was enjoying the view , a small smile playing on her lips and Aarav noticed it.
" Do you like rain?". Aarav asked
" Don't you?"
"No ,I am not fond of it. Why do you like rain?"
" Because it takes away all your pain and calms your mind." Ayesha whisper but Aarav heard it.
Aarav looked at her for a moment and felt confused and tried to change the topic.
" Ohh I thought you like it because you love someone. You know lovers actually love rain and like to dance in it."
Ayesha looked at him for a moment and smiled then look away staring outside the window.
" Love is the most beautiful think in the world . In love, you don't know what is right or what is wrong you even stop thinking logically and only listen to your heart."
"Have you ever fallen for someone?" Aarav asked.
" No" Ayesha said giving some relief to him.
" Why ? Didn't get anyone of your type?"
" I was scared."
" Scared? Of what?"
" Of falling in love? Of loving someone unconditionally? Of loving someone to an extent that it would become impossible for you to leave without ?"
" Didn't you said five mins ago that love is the most beautiful thing?"
" It is but for those who got to spend their lives with the person they love. But the ones who lost their loved ones ,or had to let them go, or were one sided lovers or didn't end up together,what about them? For them it is the worst thing in the world. They only have some beautiful memories with their loved ones which they cry silently by remembering them. Another name of love is 'letting it go' and it hurts the most and needs a lot of courage to let your loved ones go away from your life,to spend sleepless nights remembering them yearning for them but can never meet them or loving them to your death knowing that they will never love you in the same way. It is the worst nightmare when you yearn for someone you can't have . It breaks you completely to the point you sometimes can't even recognise yourself." Ayesha said and Aarav liatened patiently but can't understand why Ayesha is thinking so deep.
" What if someone falls for you?"
" What if they fall out of love?"
" What if you fall for someone?"
" What if they don't love me or cheated on me?"
" What if both of you are madly in love?"
" What if destiny plays it game and separates us? Destiny likes to do it . Those are lucky who get to spend their lives with their loved ones." Ayesha said a tear falling from her eyes.
Aarav was confused of why Ayesha though believing in love was so afraid to love someone.
" What if you end together with your loved one?"
" What if I am not worthy of it?". Ayesha said shutting Aarav completely he couldn't say anything again and stayed quiet for the rest of the drive but Ayesha's each and every word kept ringing in his mind .
