The next day, everyone returned to Sky Island.
Because this expansion involved highly classified matters, all selected reserves were personally escorted by members of the Dawn Faction to Cathay Village, located atop the massive vines.
This group of reserves included forty-eight Skypiean warriors and Angel Island guards. As pointed out by Wyper, they had trained on Upper Yard over the past six months, significantly strengthening their combat abilities.
In addition, twelve young adults were selected by Sali from Diwen Village. These individuals had shown the most progress after mastering the Six Powers. Combined with the Skypiean warriors and Angel Island guards, the total reached sixty people.
Beyond this group, the three villages had over a hundred young adults designated as quasi-reserves. These individuals had not yet undergone training at sea but had continuously used the Six Powers to strengthen their bodies in preparation for future selection.
As for the rest, they were younger teens around fourteen or fifteen years old.
Unlike Tsuki and Lanchi, who had the opportunity to set sail early, these youths could only train relentlessly at home, waiting for their turn.
Under the supervision of the village elders and senior members of the Dawn Faction, the sixty selected individuals were formally integrated into the organization.
Next came the most important step.
The distribution of Devil Fruits.
However, with so many new members, Ash had no intention of designing unique abilities for each individual. Instead, he chose a far more efficient and ambitious approach.
He would create the Great Stars Array.
Three hundred and sixty-five slots.
More than enough.
As the one who stood at the center of this system, Ash naturally intended to build a structure worthy of that position. A Heavenly Emperor without the surrounding stars would be incomplete.
Even if all three hundred and sixty-five Devil Fruits were not used immediately, any remaining ones could be reserved for future recruits. This approach saved both time and effort.
Ash closed his eyes and began recalling the structure of the Heavenly Stars.
Only then did he realize that the Sun Star and Moon Star, the two core positions of the array, were already occupied.
They belonged to him and Nico Robin, whose ability corresponded to the Moon Star.
With these two central stars already assigned, the total number of available Devil Fruits reduced to three hundred and sixty-three.
With his memory fully reconstructed, Ash began creating the Devil Fruits one by one.
He started from the innermost structure, moving outward.
First came the Three Enclosures.
These consisted of the Central Enclosure, known as the Purple Forbidden Enclosure, the Upper Enclosure, the Supreme Palace Enclosure, and the Lower Enclosure, the Heavenly Market Enclosure.
Within the Purple Forbidden Enclosure lay the core star Polaris, accompanied by its five auxiliary stars: the Prince Star, Emperor Star, Concubine Star, Harem Star, and Celestial Pivot Star.
Following them were the Four Auxiliary Stars, along with the Celestial Yi Star and Grand Yi Star.
The Left Wall of the Purple Forbidden Enclosure, also known as the Western Outpost, contained eight stars: Left Pivot, Upper Prime Minister, Minor Prime Minister, Upper Aide, Minor Aide, Left Upper Guard, Left Minor Guard, and Minor Chancellor.
The Right Wall, or Eastern Outpost, contained seven stars: Right Pivot, Minor Lieutenant, Upper Aide, Minor Aide, Right Upper Guard, Right Minor Guard, and Upper Chancellor.
Beyond these were numerous additional stars, including Yin Virtue, Minister, Female Historian, Court Historian, Imperial Maid, Celestial Pillar, Grand Judge, Hooked Serpent, Six Jia, Great Emperor of Heaven, Five Emperors Inner Seat, Canopy, Pole, Relay Station, Inner Steps, Celestial Kitchen, Eight Grains, Celestial Flail, Inner Kitchen, and the Six Stars of Literary Prosperity.
These six consisted of General Star, Second General Star, Noble Minister Star, Director of Destiny, Director of Center, and Director of Salary.
Further additions included the Three Mentors, Three Dukes, Celestial Bed, Grand Venerable, Celestial Prison, Sun Guard, Influence, Minister, Celestial Spear, Dark Halberd, and Celestial Principle.
Finally, the Northern Dipper completed this enclosure with its seven stars: Celestial Pivot, Celestial Revolving, Celestial Essence, Celestial Balance, Jade Sighting, Opening Yang, and Shaking Radiance.
In total, the Purple Forbidden Enclosure contained sixty-seven stars.
Next came the Supreme Palace Enclosure.
Its central star was the Supreme Palace Star.
The Left Wall contained five stars: Left Law Enforcement, Eastern Upper Minister, Eastern Second Minister, Eastern Second General, and Eastern Upper General.
The Right Wall mirrored this with five stars: Right Law Enforcement, Western Upper General, Western Second General, Western Second Minister, and Western Upper Minister.
Beyond these were additional stars such as Usher, Nine Ministers, Inner Screen, Five Emperors Seat, Favorite Minister, Prince, Attendant, Cavalry Commander, Tiger Banners, Permanent Guard, Court Gentleman, Bright Hall, Spirit Platform, Minor Subtlety, and Long Wall.
Also included were the Five Feudal Lords and the Three Terraces.
The Five Feudal Lords consisted of Imperial Mentor, Imperial Friend, Three Dukes, Scholar, and Grand Historian.
The Three Terraces were Upper Terrace, Middle Terrace, and Lower Terrace.
In total, the Supreme Palace Enclosure contained thirty-four stars.
Finally came the Heavenly Market Enclosure.
Its central star was the Heavenly Market Star.
The Left Wall contained eleven stars: Song, South Sea, Yan, East Sea, Xu, Wu Yue, Qi, Zhongshan, Nine Rivers, Zhao, and Wei.
The Right Wall also contained eleven stars: Han, Chu, Liang, Ba, Shu, Qin, Zhou, Zheng, Jin, River Junction, and Mid-River.
Additional stars included Market Tower, Chariot Market, Clan Administrator, Clan Member, Ancestral, Silk Measure, Butcher Market, Sentinel, Emperor Seat, Eunuch, Scattered Markets, Dipper, Measure, Coiling Cord, Seven Dukes, Celestial Standard, and Female Bed.
In total, the Heavenly Market Enclosure contained thirty-nine stars.
Together, the Three Enclosures accounted for one hundred and forty stars.
Beyond them lay the Four Symbols and the twenty-eight mansions, the next stage of the Heavenly system Ash intended to recreate.
