Sebastian's POV
I stood beside the makeshift hospital bed in our house, staring at Sabrina's motionless body and up till now, nothing has happened.
Absolutely fucking nothing... No movement, no twitch, no sign that she could hear me and there was no even sign that she knew I was here.
The steady beeping of the monitor filled the room, mocking me with every sound... She looked too still, too pale, too damn fragile and I hated it, I hated every second of it.
I reached down and wrapped my hand around hers and it felt cold. Maybe not dead cold, just… cold enough to scare the hell out of me.
"Come on, Sabrina."
My voice cracked.
I squeezed her hand harder. "Wake up."
Nothing changed, nothing happened.
I swallowed hard. "You can't do this to me."
Still nothing happened.
