Deidara: "Man, how many times has Konoha been destroyed now? Is Konoha really that cursed?"
Onoki: "You rebellious brat, shut your mouth!"
Minato Namikaze: "..."
The Hokage and the rest of Konoha were left speechless, not knowing how to respond.
After all, when it came down to it, it seemed Konoha did indeed bear a tiny bit of responsibility.
Orochimaru: "Am I the only one who noticed that Uchiha Hoshi doesn't exist in that Konoha? @Uchiha Suzuri, where exactly did you pick that child up from back then?"
Everyone suddenly snapped back to reality. Right, why wasn't Uchiha Hoshi in the Uchiha Clan Grounds?

The crowd was perplexed. However, since their understanding of the Honkai was extremely limited, the others had no idea what was actually going on.

After emerging from another Parallel Spacetime, she had found her answer after exploring three of them.
The time nodes of these three Parallel Spacetimes were: the Night of the Clan Extermination she first explored, ten years before that night, and twenty years after it.
In none of these three nodes was there any sign of herself.
The events occurring in these Parallel Spacetimes were largely the same, with almost no differences, as if a giant pair of hands were controlling the Ninja World, forcing it to develop in a specific direction.
Having reached a conclusion, Uchiha Hoshi stopped her manual exploration.
She wasn't giving up; rather, she planned to construct a device for observing Parallel Spacetimes to better explore those worlds.
Although she hadn't found another Uchiha Hoshi—even twenty years after the night when Naruto had become Hokage and Honkai Energy had been discovered by the Ninja World, leading to large-scale Beast Tides—there was still no sign of a Herrscher being born.

Uchiha Izuna: "What a joke. It's fine for your Konoha to destroy my Uchiha, but my Uchiha isn't allowed to take revenge?"
Senju Tobirama: "That's no excuse to drag the entire Ninja World down with you!"
Uchiha Izuna: "What do you mean 'drag the entire Ninja World down'? It's not even certain if Herrschers were born because of Uchiha Hoshi. Even if they were, given the state of the Ninja World, things wouldn't be much better even without them. Destruction would have come regardless."
Uchiha Setsuna: "Lord Izuna is right. Even without a Herrscher, wasn't the Ninja World twenty years later already on the verge of collapse?"
Senju Tobirama: "Is that even the same thing?"
No matter how powerful those Honkai Beasts were, they were just a pack of wild animals. Herrschers were different; they possessed sentience and powers that science couldn't explain. Their threat level wasn't something those Honkai Beasts could compare to!

Standing at the edge of the pit, Uchiha Hoshi already had ideas for the design of the [Imaginary Probe].
She had already formulated the rough design; the rest was just a matter of perfecting it bit by bit.
After all, a large-scale piece of scientific research equipment like this wasn't something even she could build in a short amount of time.
She was the Herrscher of Reason, not yet the Herrscher of Truth who possessed the power of "I think, therefore it is," where whatever she imagined would manifest.
"Though it's not perfected, I have a general idea. I can start building the laboratory first."
Thus, Uchiha Hoshi had her Clones begin modifying the deep pit she had blasted out.
According to her vision, the [Imaginary Probe] would be a massive piece of equipment capable of interfering with space to explore Parallel Spacetimes and even other worlds.
While the exact form wasn't certain, its size would definitely be enormous.
As Uchiha Hoshi was in the middle of the heated construction of the [Imaginary Probe] laboratory, the Herrscher of Wind far away in the Land of Wind was working hard to calm the storm.
Temari had tracked it all the way to the Ryumyaku. Although she discovered the pulse, she didn't find its true power.
After failing to sense the Golden Eagle or the Herrscher-level Honkai Energy that had appeared afterward within the Land of Wind, Temari conducted a meticulous search of the country but found nothing.
