"Eh?" The silver-cloaked young woman stopped in her tracks, a strand of beads on her wrist glowing. It was made of golden bones, each of them bright and translucent, which surprised her.
"Alert!" she cried out in a high-pitched voice, as if facing a formidable enemy.
Around her, the warriors clad in black-gold armor immediately rushed over, forming a protective circle around her. They held war halberds, bronze spears, and other treasured artifacts, aiming them in all directions.
With a "pop," streaks of light danced around as the silver-cloaked woman immediately crushed a talisman, using a secret technique to send a message.
