Countless gray threads trembled within the halo, solidified into a standstill, and then with a flash turned into wisps of gray mist, disappearing without a trace, soundlessly.
The dense grey net seemed to melt away like snow in the early spring sun, vanishing into nothingness.
At that moment, the Tri-Color Fire Phoenix began its true assault. With a spread of its wings, it transformed into a massive light sphere; its surface fluctuating between shrinking and expanding. In an instant, it swelled outwards in all directions.
Almost in the blink of an eye, a golden-silver-red light wheel appeared out of nowhere in the low sky, so large it encompassed the entire giant net within it. The tri-color runes on the light wheel's surface moved ceaselessly; the larger ones approximately three meters across, the smaller ones about a meter. Each rune was complex and inscrutable, inspiring a sense of awe in all who beheld them.
