Kiara's eyes returned to normal and calmed down. She looked up at Tang Shaoyang and pleaded, "I am willingly giving him control over my body, Captain. Please don't kill Mathias."
Mathias had shared some of his past before, and he told her the complete story when he found a chance to fight Thomas once more. Kiara sympathized with what happened to Mathias and willingly let Mathias take over her body. That was what happened, even though she was scared of an emperor, she gave him control.
"Don't ever try it again. What if he takes over your body permanently!?" Tang Shaoyang's voice was cold with how careless Kiara was.
He was worried that Mathias might take over the body permanently, like how Artrus tried to take over his body. Because of how he inherited Artrus' blood and skills, Artrus died. If it happened to Kiara, it might kill Kiara. He knew Mathias did not have an intention to kill Kiara, but his stupid stunt might accidentally kill Kiara.
