Richard was as busy as usual, his eyebrows slightly raised in contentment.
At this moment, leaning against a wall in the main laboratory, the number of Petri dishes in the culture dish cabinet had reduced by nearly half, all having been screened dozens or even hundreds of times. A significant portion was the isolation of particularly unusual mutant strains initially discovered.
Richard took these Petri dishes out one by one and placed them under a microscope.
When he observed a few of them, his eyes flickered, and he voiced, "Hmm, it seems like... it was successful."
Successful!
After much time cultivating and screening, Richard had finally obtained mutant strains that met his requirements, and not just one, but two.
