Once Ning dealt with the woman's issue and let her meet her real father, he returned to the tavern quickly to deal with the other two issues.
Only an hour remained before the soldiers were going to leave. They had delayed their departure for him, and still, he wasn't sure if he could make it in time. He had 2 people to help after all.
Both the old man and the young man had come at once. He spent a few moments talking with the Spirits attached to them and came to understand that the place they had to go to was on the same side of the city.
Which meant he could take the two along with him at the same time.
The young man suggested they hire a carriage since he realized Ning was in a hurry.
"You don't have to," Ning said. "Carriages cost a bit after all."
"That's alright," the young man said. "I have started a successful business and have the money for it. I'll pay."
