Originally William had been under the subconscious impression, that it would have been easy to control a bunch of slaves. That perception altered however, the more he thought about the prime plan.
It was an option to target a few thousand people, and manipulate them mentally or emotionally, just to reap a couple decades of work out of them. In hindsight that idea seemed possible, but it was labelled stupid quickly after.
One question arose which challenged the probabilities; What if the slaves embraced logic one day? All the power in the world wouldn't be able to stop a hundred-thousand, angry men and women!
The boy would find himself in a dire situation, even if those people simply fist-fought their way towards freedom. Such a degree of risk was immense!
Given the ninety-year time span, there simply was too much room for disaster. Paranoia about the matter would grow, if he was to recruit the maximum amount of people for this project, which was three-hundred-thousand!
