(Open POV)
Townsville…
There is the city skyline in the afternoon.
"The city of Townsville…" The narrator said.
There is a billboard on top of a building; it is actually evening. The board bears the words 'THE CITY OF TOWNSVILLE', along with a piece of graffiti: 'SMELLS'.
"…smells?! Say, what's going on here?" The narrator asked.
As the narrator continues, down to the street, various derogatory messages have been painted on the buildings, and also on a picture of the Mayor.
"The Mayor's dumb?…Say, that's just rude! Who's responsible for this?" The narrator asked.
At the entrance to a subway station and along the tracks; there is a can of spray paint being shaken and used. A graffiti message says: 'POWERPUFF GIRLS ARE STUPID!'. A hand reaches over and makes an addition; it is Lil' Arturo's. Ace stands next to him, looking on. The added word is 'YEAH'.
"The Gangreen Gang! I should've known." The narrator said.
"Nice job, Ace!" Lil' Arturo said, laughing.
"Yeah." Ace said, smirking.
Along the track, there is more spray-painting. Grubber is putting up the visual equivalent of his raspberries. Snake, instead of tagging the tunnel, he merely stands there hissing. At a bend in the tunnel up ahead of the station; a train rolls into view, headlights blazing.
"Hey, you guys, am-scray! The train's comin'!" Ace said, worried.
Up to the platform, Ace climbs onto it, followed by Grubber. Snake slithers up after them as the roar of the train grows louder.
"Hey, what about me?" Lil' Arturo asked, while Ace reached down and lifts him onto the platform. "Thanks, Ace."
Ace drops Lil' Arturo to the platform, "Man, that was close! Everyone here?"
"Yes-s-s." Snake said, happily.
"Sí." Lil' Arturo said, smiling.
"Pbbbppt!" Grubber chirped.
At the far wall of the tunnel, Big Billy is on the tracks, his back to the rest of the Gangreen Gang.
"Billy? Billy?" Ace asked, looking back at Billy and the other three. "Billy?"
"There he is!" Lil' Arturo said, pointing at Billy.
On the tracks, Billy is looking at his work—a sloppy message: 'GRAFFITI by Big Billy'. He begins to laugh at this and continues even as the train's headlights illuminate him. The laughter grows until he doubles over; back to the rest of the Gang, frantically yelling for him to get off the tracks, then to the street entrance to the station. A few scraps of a paper rustle in a sudden strong gust of wind here, then along the tunnel as well. Billy continues to laugh, and the papers rustle down the tunnel. Now he laughs so hard he has to sit down; the papers rustle once again. Billy is lying on the tracks and laughing as the train roars into view; the papers go flying a fourth time. Each blowing is accompanied by the sound of the girls charging in.
"Jared was right. The Gangreen Gang was in the subway." Blossom said.
"He also told us that Big Billy would be in danger." Bubbles said, sadly.
"Yeah." Buttercup said, frowning.
Billy looks down at his paint can. As the wheels grind over it, the contents splatter on the far wall and leak out onto the tracks.
On the platform, the girls set Billy down safely.
"The Powerpuff Girls! Let's get outta here!" Ace yelled, looking over at the rest of the Gangreen Gang.
All but Billy make a break for it, but find the girls blocking their path.
"Not so fast, Gangreen Gang!" The girls said, at the same time.
Billy is sitting at the edge of the platform. As the others scatter behind him, he looks in wonderment at the track; Billy looks down at the smashed can in front of him.
"Billy's can crush." Billy said, with a hint of disappointment.
On the platform, Billy stands up, rising into view to a close-up. Behind him, Blossom is using Ace for a punching bag while Bubbles is hitting Arturo on the head.
"Duh—Billy would have been crushed like can." Billy siad, looking at the Powerpuff Girls. "Powerpuff Girls save Billy life. Powerpuffs save Billy life." He is echoing what he said. "Powerpuffs save Billy life."
Big Billy now has a face of anger and began walking away from the subway towards the front door of the girls' house.
Outside Utonium Residence…
It is now night.
(Jared's POV)
Inside the Utonium Residence…
The girls float into the front hall; the girls fly into the kitchen. The Professor is in there, wearing rubber gloves and an apron. I am playing Magia Exedra on my iPad Air.
"Oh, girls!" The Professor said, turning around. "You have a visitor waiting for you upstairs."
The Professor is at a sink full of dishwater. He walks back into the hall. The Professor goes back to work on the dishes.
"A visitor?" The girls asked, bewildered. "Jared, do you know who it is?"
"Yup. It is a big surprise." I said, looking up from my iPad for a moment.
The girls fly out of sight.
Girls' bedroom…
Inside the darkened bedroom, the door opens slowly, revealing the girls in the hall. The girls are gasping sharply in surprise at the sight of Billy, sitting on the bed—the mattress of which is bowed considerably under his weight.
"Big Billy!" The girls cried, at the same time.
"Duh—hello!" Billy said, and I made myself visible to be behind him.
"What are you doing here?" Blossom asked.
"Oh boy. This is Back to the Future all over again." I said, laughing a lot.
Billy wipes his nose on the back of his hand and leans down to the girls; the girls recoil as if expecting to be hit.
"Duh—Billy come to thank girls." Billy said, as Blossom opens her eyes in surprise. "Friend told me where Powerpuff Girls lived. Billy saved from choo-choo by Powerpuff Girls. Billy love Powerpuff Girls! Billy grateful. Billy do everything for Powerpuff Girls!"
"What?" Blossom asked, looking over at me. "Jared? You told Big Billy where we lived?!"
"Well, yeah. He did look like a lost puppy." I said, happily. "And he is trying to be like JARVIS or Alfred."
"You're right! Cool! A butler!" Buttercup said, excitedly.
"Aww, he's so cute." Bubbles said, happily.
"But—what about the Gangreen Gang?" Blossom asked.
(Open POV)
Gangreen Gang hideout…
The other members are in their hideout.
"Hey, where's Billy?" Ace asked.
"Didn't he get run over by the train?" Arturo asked.
"Oh, yeah, I forgot."
(Jared's POV)
Girls' bedroom…
"Duh—Gang don't care about Billy." Billy said, sadly.
"Um…" I said, pausing for a moment to think.
"HUDDLE!" Blossom said, angrily.
The girls and I gather for a quick talk. I ran over and kneeled down on the floor and looked at the girls on the floor.
"Girls! Jared! He's one of the Gangreen Gang!" Blossom yelled.
"Aww, but he wants to thank us for saving his life." Bubbles said, frowning.
"Batman has a butler." Buttercup said, smirking.
"Yeah. Alfred. I like JARVIS a bit more." I said, looking down at the floor. "I feel like we should help Billy. I did tell him to come here."
The girls and I pull out of the huddle to find Billy playing with a squeaky rabbit toy.
"Duh—bunny, bunny, bunny!" Billy chirped.
"You did, Jared. Even if I'm not okay with it." Blossom said, uneasily. "Well—I guess he couldn't do much harm."
"Girls! Jared! Dinner's ready!" The Professor yelled, from downstairs.
"Duh—Billy help!" Billy said, running across the room, sweeping the girls up in his arms as he goes, and crashes through the wall next to the open door.
Kitchen…
At the dinner table, where Billy slaps the girls down into their seats as he passes—first Buttercup, then Bubbles, and finally Blossom, landing on her head, much to her dismay. He pops up behind the Professor, whose arms are loaded with full plates. I walked over to my seat with my meal and sat down.
"Billy help!" Billy cheered.
The Professor is lifted into the air, yelling in surprise, and held at table level to deposit a plate in front of each girl. Blossom is the last to receive her meal; she smiles nervously up at him. The Professor behind his chair as he is lowered into it. Now Blossom looks quite uneasy.
"Blossom, everything's going to be okay." I said, eating my meal, and I looked up at Blossom and Billy.
"How is it going to be okay?" Blossom asked, looking up at Billy with worry and some disgust.
Billy chomps noisily with his mouth open, bits of food falling down his chin.
"Jared, are you sure?" Bubbles asked, sitting at her spot, at Billy's other side.
Bubbles looks up at Billy, licking her chops, and begins to imitate his manner of chewing.
"Yeah. I'm sure." I said, looking down at the floor. "Even if things don't go well. At least he tried."
"What do you mean?" Bubbles asked, as I looked from her, across the Professor, Buttercup at the other side of the table.
"Spoilers." I said, sadly.
Buttercup regards her food with contempt and makes a sound of disgust, "I hate broccoli!"
"Now, Buttercup, you must eat your vegetables." The Professor said, sternly.
Billy leans over and the Professor cowers in his chair.
"If Buttercup doesn't wanna eat vegetables, then she doesn't eat vegetables!" Billy said, angrily.
"Uh…" I said, eating my meal.
The Professor begins to sweat profusely.
"Okay…" The Professor said, laughing nervously.
"Any hints?" Blossom asked, now looking very worried.
"I've got none. Sorry." I said, sadly.
Buttercup leans into view on Blossom's left, "See? I told you he would work out."
"No hints? You're joking." Blossom said, frowning.
Buttercup leans away.
"I don't know how to help Big Billy. All I know is that it doesn't work out in the end." I said, eating my meal.
Blossom looks off to her right; Bubbles is still chewing with her mouth open. Bubbles' face is now covered with food; Billy is seated next to Bubbles. Billy reaches across to wipe Bubbles' mouth from time to time. Blossom shrugs resignedly.
Living room…
We're watching TV on the couch. Billy takes up most of the space, with Bubbles and Buttercup sitting in his huge hands. Blossom and the Professor are perched on the arms of the couch; the latter looks very ill at ease. I'm sitting down on the floor, because where else would I sit at.
"Uh, girls, it's bedtime." The Professor said, tapping his watch.
"Billy help ready Powerpuff Girls for bed!" Billy cheered.
(Open POV)
Bathroom…
Billy over, holding a toothbrush and tube of toothpaste. He squeezes the tube hard enough to pop the cap off, dumping a huge glob of paste onto the brush. Reaching over with the tube, he pulls Blossom into his view. He brushes her teeth, then picks up a glass of water and dumps it into her mouth. Billy lifts Blossom up by the head and shakes her back and forth; Blossom is being held next to the sink so she can spit her mouthful into it.
Bedroom…
Billy now has Bubbles by the feet and is swinging her back and forth so that her hair rubs across the hairbrush he is holding, bristles up. She giggles throughout. Billy is laughing and he looks down at his feed. Buttercup is working out and using Billy's gut for a heavy bag.
Bubbles is asleep in bed and Billy looked over at Buttercup and Blossom as Billy speaks. Buttercup is also asleep, but Blossom eyes him warily; he is reading from a book of fairy tales, which he is holding upside down.
"And so the three little wolves went to the pig's house…" Billy said, holding the book upside down. "…and he said, 'Fe fi fo fum!'". He looks at the girls. "'You sure have big teeth, Grandma!'" Billy begins to yawn. "And the Hansel and the three blind mice climbed up the beanstalk to sell Mother Goose an old shoe!"
A while has passed and Billy has fallen asleep in his chair. Blossom continues to watch him out of one eye as he snores loudly. After several seconds, and the hotline hasn't flashed red yet. The hotline begins to buzz, waking everybody. Blossom tries to answer it, but Billy is the first to reach it, and he picks it up as the girls watch in surprise.
Mayor's office / Bedroom…
The Mayor on the other side. Long pause.
"Hello?" The Mayor asked, impatiently.
"Hello." Billy said, the hotline phone near his ear.
"Blossom?"
"No."
"Buttercup?"
"No."
"Bubbles?"
"No." Billy said, laughing.
"Well, I don't care who this is, but the girls better get down here immediately! The bank is being robbed again! Goodbye!" The Mayor said, angrily.
Bedroom…
"Goodbye!" Billy said, hanging up on the phone.
The girls are standing next to Big Billy.
Billy begins to hop from one foot to the other like an excited little kid, clapping his hands as well, "Oh, boy! Oh, boy! Oh, boy!"
"What is it, Billy? What is it?" Blossom asked.
"Oh boy, oh boy!" Billy cooed.
"Who was on the phone, Billy?"
"The Mayor!" Billy said, hunching over, hands to his head.
"The Mayor called?" Blossom asked.
"Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah!"
"What did he say, Billy?"
"Emergency! Emergency!" Billy said, standing up, jumping.
"What emergency? Where?" Blossom asked.
"Jared gives us better hints than this." Bubbles said, sadly.
"He does." Buttercup said, scoffing.
Billy stops fidgeting and jumping. Now the excitement is gone from his voice.
"Duh…" Billy said, frowning.
"Where, Billy? Where is the emergency?" Blossom asked.
"Duh…"
"Come on, Billy!" Buttercup yelled.
"Think, Billy, think!" Bubbles cried.
"Uh…uh…oh, yeah! The bank!" Billy said, worried.
"An emergency at the bank. Let's go, girls!" Blossom said, looking at Bubbles and Buttercup.
The girls take off through the ceiling.
"Wait for me!" Billy said, running across the room.
Billy crashes through the door.
Exterior of the Townsville Bank…
Three horses stand at the curb. An alarm sounds.
"Townsville Bank!" The narrator said, worried.
Townsville Bank…
Three desperadoes—two tall, one short, with bandanas over their faces—have their six-shooters in hand.
"All right, hands up! This is a robbery!" A short robber said, with a Texas drawl.
Across the room in front of them; two guards have their hands up.
"The Bank-Robbing Gang! Oh, how horrible!" The narrator said.
There is a crash that happened in front of the Bank-Robbing Gang.
"Not so fast, Bank-Robbing Gang!" The girls said, nearby.
The girls are standing at the front entrance.
"The Powerpuff Girls!" The short robber said, terrified.
Billy falls into the room and lands on the Powerpuff Girls, "Duh—Billy help!"
The Powerpuff Girls poke their heads out from underneath.
"Billy, what are you doing?!" Blossom exclaimed.
"Helping!" Billy chirped.
"Now I know why Jared chose to stay behind." Bubbles said, sadly.
Across the lobby, the Bank-Robbing Gang members run across the bank, carrying sacks of money.
"Yeah. Big Billy is starting to annoy me." Buttercup said, frowning.
"They're getting away!" Blossom said, worried.
"Uh?" Billy asked.
The robbers are at the door, mounted on their horses.
"Bye, Powerpuff Girls!" The short robber said, excitedly.
The short robber laughs, and they ride away.
"Thanks, Billy. You let them get away." Blossom said, sarcastically.
"You're welcome." Billy said, happily.
A guard leans in front of the girls.
"Powerpuff Girls! The Mayor just called! He said you better be gettin' down to Townsville Museum immediately. Somebody's stealin' all the art!" A guard said, with an Irish brogue.
"Duh—Billy help!" Billy said, angrily.
(Jared's POV)
The exterior of the bank…
Billy runs out and away from the girls.
"No, Billy! Wait!" Blossom yelled.
The girls take off after Billy. I teleported in, money in hand that I took from the Bank-Robbing Gang, and I walked inside the bank. I also caught the Bank-Robbing Gang and returned them to jail.
"Hey. I believe this is yours." I said, holding the bags of money to the bank tellers. "Caught the robbers and brought them to jail. The girls are dealing with Big Billy after all. And I have to clean up after the messes he is causing for the Powerpuff Girls."
(Open POV)
Exterior of the museum…
"Somebody's stealing art from Townsville Museum! Who could it be?" The narrator asked.
(Jared's POV)
Museum…
There is a clay pot on the floor. A string of sausages rises into the air as an Indian flute is heard. Stop on the Salami Swami, the turban-clad fellow seen briefly during 'Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins'. He is playing the flute and sitting on a magic carpet. The sausages respond like a charmed snake.
I teleported in, invisible to the Salami Swami, and I replaced the painting Big Billy was going to destroy with a fake. I then made myself invisible, with the real painting in tow.
"That should make the girls feel better." Jared said, holding the real painting, and teleporting out of there. "
"Oh, no! It's the Salami Swami!" The narrator said, terrified.
The sausages have hold of paintings and other items.
"I never would have linked him to this crime!" The narrator said, worried.
"Ooooh…" The Salami Swami said, and he is interrupted by a crash nearby.
At the main entrance, Billy has burst in.
"Duh—Billy help!" Billy cried.
The girls pop up behind Billy, looking worried.
"The Powerpuff Girls!" The Salami Swami said, playing a few notes, and the sausages close in on Billy.
"Billy, look out!" Blossom said, looking at Big Billy.
Billy stands his ground, and as the links move on him, he neatly chews them up. The final chomp is done in slow motion.
"All right, Billy!" Buttercup said, excitedly.
"Now it's your turn!" Billy cheered.
The Swami plays a few scared notes. Billy grabs the fake painting from the floor and raises it over his head.
"No, Billy, no!" Blossom said, angrily.
The fake painting is slammed over the Swami's head. Billy hits him with two more, followed by a statue; the Swami ends up with his head poking from the sculpture's neck, his broken flute hanging and then falling from his mouth and coughing. The girls regard this development with great trepidation.
"Oh…this isn't happening." Blossom said, weakly, hand to her face. "I hope Jared is cleaning up…after Big Billy's messes."
The guard leans into front of the girls, "Powerpuff Girls! The Mayor just called! There's a giant monster c…"
"Billy help!" Billy said, running across the museum.
I made myself visible and handed the museum curator the real painting, "Here you go. This painting is safe. I knew Big Billy would destroy it from what I remembered. So I had a friend make a copy for him to destroy."
I then walked over to the Salami Swami and teleported him to jail.
Exterior of the museum…
Billy charges off, the girls following.
"No, Billy! Come back!" The girls said, at the same time.
Townsville…
Big Billy is running down the street. He stops short, looking up and making a sound of awe as a roar is heard from nearby. Behind Big Billy from one side; a huge red beast with one eye and one horn towers over the buildings. It jumps up and lands on a few of them, reducing them to dust. The girls fly across behind Billy and engage the monster. It knocks them away easily, and they slam into a wall next to him. Now he is fighting mad.
"Big monster try to hurt Powerpuff Girls. Billy hurt monster bad!" Billy said, charging off down the street and launching himself.
"No, Billy, don't!" The girls said, at the same time.
Billy hits the monster with a flying shoulder charge; it slams flat into a building, knocking it over and into the one behind it. This one goes down as well, and so on. An entire row of buildings falls like dominoes. When the dust clears, Billy is seen from overhead, standing on top of the defeated creature with his arms raised in triumph. Around Big Billy are several wrecked buildings.
"BIG BILLY SAVE THE DAY!" Billy said, laughing.
The girls are still stuck to the wall. Blossom is glaring, who looks ready to blow her stack.
"Uh…Blossom, are you okay?" Buttercup asked, nervously.
"Blossom?" Bubbles asked.
Blossom pulls free from the wall, leaving behind a Blossom-shaped imprint, "That's it!"
I walked over to the Powerpuff Girls with a coconut taro bubble tea in my hands.
"Uh…" I said, looking at Blossom. "Bad time?"
"Yeah. Did you return the money from the Bank-Robbing Gang?" Buttercup asked.
"Yup. And I brought them to jail."
"And the painting?" Bubbles asked.
"Swapped out the real for a fake." I said, smugly. "I gave the museum curator back the real one."
"Okay. Blossom is still mad."
"Let her vent."
"First, you let the bank robbers get away! Then you destroy irreplaceable art! And now you've destroyed all of Townsville!" Blossom said, flying to Billy, furious.
I looked over at the wrecked area on this last word, then back to the girls and Big Billy.
"You do less damage as a member of the Gangreen Gang!" Blossom said, pointing in a certain direction. "Now, go!!!"
Billy's mouth begins to wobble, and after a moment, he bursts into tears.
"Billy no like you anymore! Billy go back to Gang!" Billy said, running away, crying and wailing.
(Open POV)
Exterior of the Gang's hideout…
It is now evening.
"Back at the Gangreen Gang's hideout…" The narrator said.
Inside the Gangreen Gang's hideout…
Across the table, the other four are playing poker. Grubber's cards are four aces. Snake lays down his cards; he has a full house—fives over twos. Ace shows his hand, also a full house—kings over sevens. Arturo reveals his cards, which make a full house of fours over sixes. Grubber shows his four-of-a-kind, which beats the others.
"Pbbbbppbbbbt!" Grubber said, looking down at his cards.
"Aw, man, Grubber always wins!" Arturo said, frustrated.
Grubber sticks his tongue out far enough to encircle the pile of poker chips in front of Arturo, then pulls them into his mouth and swallows them in one huge gulp. Billy bursts in, lightning cracking behind him.
Ace looks quite nonchalant, "Oh, hey, Billy, we thought you were dead. Deal 'em again, Snake."
Billy steps into view behind Ace.
"Ace, it was terrible! First, the Powerpuff Girls save Billy from choo-choo, then Billy try to help Powerpuffs, then Powerpuff Girls be mean…" Billy said, sobbing.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second. Billy, start over." Ace said, sadly.
Billy turns around and walks back to the front door. He leaves. Ace looked back at Billy. Long silence.
"Um…after you came in, Billy?" Ace asked.
At the front door; Billy pokes his head in.
"Oh. Sorry." Billy said, walking over to the couch to sit down.
Arturo sits on one arm, Grubber on the other, patting him on the back. Snake and Ace look on.
"And so after the Powerpuff Girls were mean to Billy, I came back here!" Billy said, sobbing.
"I can't believe the Powerpuff Girls saved you! A member of the Gangreen Gang!" Ace said, angrily.
Grubber launches into an extended soliloquy which, naturally, is totally unintelligible to us. It makes perfect sense to Ace, however.
"Grubber, that is an excellent idea!" Ace said, excitedly.
Outside the shack…
Ace and Billy are visible in silhouette through the lighted window.
"Billy, my boy, after tomorrow, you won't have to worry about those mean Powerpuff Girls again!" Ace cheered.
"Oh, boy. I sure don't like the sound of that." The narrator said, uneasily.
The moon sets and the sun rises.
"And look! It's already tomorrow!" The narrator said, worried.
Sky…
The girls are in flight.
"Help! Help!" Billy said, nearby.
The girls stop; he keeps calling as Blossom speaks.
"Hey! Do you guys hear that?" Blossom asked, looking up with Bubbles and Buttercup.
"Yeah. It's coming from the subway." Buttercup said, sadly.
Townsville…
On the street, a patch of it fades away.
Subway…
There are subway tracks underneath the street—and Billy sitting on them, tied up.
Townsville…
Bubbles' eyes are glowing—she is using her X-ray vision to assess the situation.
"It's Big Billy!" Bubbles said, worried.
Bubbles looked over at her sisters.
"Oh, no. Not again!" Blossom said, disgustedly.
"Wait. We're not gonna save him again?" Buttercup asked.
"We have to. Jared told us we have to. And he had to clean up after Big Billy's messes. " Blossom said, resignedly.
"We're superheroes!" Bubbles said, happily.
Bubbles and Blossom zip down; Buttercup groans and follows them in.
Subway…
Billy is on the tracks. He does not seem particularly distressed about his circumstances.
"Help. Help, somebody." Billy said, while there is a crash nearby. "Help."
The girls land next to Billy.
"Billy, what are you doing?" Blossom asked.
"Duh—gotcha!" Billy said, smirking.
The girls looked over at Snake's pointed nose and Grubber's bug eyes are visible at left.
"What?" Blossom asked, as Ace is on the girls' right.
Ace and Snake grab the girls.
"Gotcha!" Ace and Snake said, at the same time.
Billy snaps the ropes holding him, picks up a steel girder, and leans down with it. He bends it to and fro and then stands up; the girls are dropped onto the tracks, the girder wrapped tightly around them. A train is approaching the girls with the Gang around them.
"The train's comin', girls, and you are…" Ace said, laughing.
"Pbbpt!" Grubber cooed.
"Well put, Grubber."
The Gangreen Gang runs away.
The girls begin to struggle and scream for help. However, we do not hear them, only the background music—think of this as a sort of silent movie. The train bears down on them; they struggle some more, and the Gang watches excitedly from the platform. The Gangreen Gang look at the train wheels, then of the girls still trying to break free.
The platform…
"Man, that train's comin' fast!" Ace yelled.
"Yeah! That choo-choo is chuggin'!" Arturo said, excitedly.
"Choo-choo…?" Billy asked, and he gets a quick sepia-toned flashback, in slow motion, of the girls pulling him out of the path of the train and setting him down on the platform. It brings him back to the present moment. "Girls save Billy from choo-choo. BILLY SAVE GIRLS FROM CHOO-CHOO!"
Big Billy runs past the other members of the Gangreen Gang.
"BILLY! DON'T BE A HERO!" Ace said, calling after Big Billy, panicky.
A long, drawn-out crash shakes the subway; Ace turns his head and covers his eyes. As the noise continues, at the tracks, at the rear of the train. It has been compacted like an accordion. At the lead car, Billy is on the tracks—he has literally stopped the train singlehandedly, just before it could hit the girls. They have their eyes squeezed tightly shut and are waiting to receive some injuries from the train hitting them head on, knowing that there is nothing they could do to save themselves, and there was no one to save them until Billy intervened to stop the train and prevent the girls from getting hurt. After a moment, realizing that they actually weren't hurt at all, they open their eyes and look back at Billy.
At the twisted girders, Billy's hands pull them aside, leaving the girls standing on the tracks and facing them.
"Thanks, Billy." Blossom said, looking at her sisters and Big Billy. "But you know what you did was wrong." Big Billy nods. "Good."
The girls start dishing out a beatdown, punching, kicking, and throwing Billy around the tunnel.
"Billy, Billy, Billy. You saved the girls from danger. You done good! But you put 'em there in the first place, so you done bad." The narrator said.
Billy crashes to the ground, and the girls go to work on the rest of the Gang.
"When will they ever learn that crime doesn't pay? It hurts! Yowch!" The narrator cried.
The girls throw a trio of punches toward the camera, and the screen explodes from stars into the standard end shot.
"And so once again the day is saved—thanks to the Powerpuff Girls!" The narrator said, excitedly.
