Thirty minutes has been passed, they finally arrived at their destination. Gatto Nera looks exhausted since it was the first time she ride the creature. Cade hold her shoulder as she still recovering from the splashing wind damage. The coldness on her cheeks could be felt as he touch her face to check her condition.
The landlord smile, seeing how cute she is on her first ride.
Under the giant green canopy, they rest and waiting for Gatto Nera to be recovered. But it didn't take a while, she barely hold the cup without trembling. She sip the tea Cade make for her while pointing her pinky finger up. The fragrant of the warm cup of a tea inhaled through her nose then goes up to the brain to unfreeze her head. She open her eyes then look at the scenery before her. A giant vast green field lies before her.
The wind gently swipe her hair. She stare into the depths of the beauty of a steppe. A smile that carved on her face indicating that her health is recovered and now she's fine like always. The landlord also has finished installing a device to drive the mist contained magic energy. Thus the three of them is ready to get in action.
Cade reloading his rifle which he bring inside an empty guitar case, Nera equip her gauntlet, and the landlord wearing her straw hat and prepare the sickle on her left arm. The gauntlet Gatto Nera's using is clicking very well, she feel proud of her own weapon.
Thus, the hunt is begin.

Gatto Nera kick the ground, she run throughout the steppe in a high speed locking the monster created from the condensed evil magic energy around, a black shadow wolves. An ominous smile carved on her face, feeling of an excitement is filling her mind as she start to approach the wolf face to face. Before she start to punch it, she punch her own fist to make a ringing sound.
"I am coming !" shout Nera.
The wolves step back a single step, it's eye sharpened, knowing where the cat is going to attack. As Nera launch her first strike, the wolf jump to dodge the attack, passing her head. Unfortunately, Nera also know and predict the escape route of the wolf. She grab its leg then slam its whole body to the ground as hard as she can until the black shadow wolf dispersed into its original magical energy state.
Gatto Nera stand up, straighten her body. She know that the wolf is decapitated its own head and flying around behind her. Even though she know that she's in danger but her calmness is the one who's bigger than its head. That's because she knew, those wolves are smarter than the natural and original one.
The wolf is howling, calling its herd of wolves. Three, four, or even five wolves appeared at one time surrounding Gatto Nera, the mist even faded because of the appearance of the herds. But the girl is smiling, the thrill sensation she felt is much amuse her instead.
Suddenly, from very far far away distances, a black rock bullet penetrate a shadow wolf body in a high speed. The bullet make the herds position in a mess. The wolves start to moving around and releasing a black smoke from their body, blinding the sniper vision. Cade release his aim and start to believe at Gatto Nera's power.
"So, when will it be done ?" ask Cade.
"Just take your time, I am also enjoying mine too." answer the landlord while harvesting the Trumple Mushroom. "Trumple mushroom is so good, you know. I'll make sure you both eat chicken noodle with trumple mushroom for tonight dinner as my treat."
"No thanks, this is our job and we just want the money." said Cade while observing their surrounding.
"I insist."
"I'll gladly accept it then."
Cade continue the guarding part while the landlord keep harvesting and collecting the trumple mushroom. Beside of them, Gatto Nera has given a very dangerous part. Inside the black cloud created by the shadow wolves, she's stand still in the dark waiting for a movement getting closer to her.
A red eyes shining from the darkness corner, staring deep into Gatto Nera's soul. But then, the eyes suddenly disappear. The wolf scared, it sees what it mustn't see inside Gatto Nera's soul. An eye with an immersive ominous aura is staring back at the wolves. Laughing, the eyes who stare at the wolfves's eye is already giving it a nightmare above the nightmare.
Tired of waiting, Gatto Nera take her stance, gripping her fist so hard, then in a split second, she slam the ground but she hold her power and just slightly touch the grass to blows the black smoke away. She open her eyes, looking around with her cat eyes and mindful of her surroundings.
When she look at the outside world, the wolf is already thirty times bigger than her body. The magic contained mist is cleared, the sky looks so bright and the sun shine its light clearer than before, the mist limit their vision in harsh way.
The great shadow wolf howl, blows off the wind around in a high force. Gatto Nera cover her face since the wind is messing up with her hair.
"Don't you ever know HOW LONG I tidying this hair!" Gatto Nera is in rage.
"Cheeky brat." the great shadow wolf gain its intelligent to talk, "Fear before the mighty of the mist."
"Talking mutt ? I prefer you remain silent so I can play softly with your fur." said Gatto Nera while tighten her gauntlet and talk casually.
"I am the one who's going to make you silent."
The great shadow wolf launch its attack, it swing its claw to Gatto Nera's head in a high speed. The wind blows, the leaves are falling, the mighty swing from the great shadow wolf cut every leaves hanging on their trees twenty meters away. But still, it doesn't make Gatto Nera flinch an inch.
Gatto Nera's hand flow in a high speed, catching the claw right before it touch the head. Suddenly, the wind blows again, a result from her catching the beast claw attack. Her claws on her gauntlet meeting the real animal claws created from magic contained mist, then break it as easy as breaking the glass.
She clench her right hand fist, pushing it through as fast and strong as she smash the great shadow wolf paw until it's destroyed and dispersed into a black smoke again using her left hand gauntlet.
But it seems the great shadow wolf didn't feel any pain, it continue trying to swallow her whole. Thus Gatto Nera dodging the attack, leaving a small gap between its muzzle and Gatto Nera's chest. A smile carved on her face, Gatto Nera immediately doing a backflip then kick the great shadow wolf muzzle so hard to make a distance and attack at the same time.
The great shadow wolf flipped by Gatto Nera's leg's power. A great shadow wolf who has forty three meters height being flipped by only her feet like a card played by a gambler. Though she's only a child who has a meters and forty six meters height.
"AHAHAHAHA..... Eat that mutt !" Gatto Nera laughing like crazy.
The great shadow wolf didn't give up just yet, it swing its tail right when she let her guard down. But seems the wolf has lost its instinct, its tail has been cut as it close to Gatto Nera. The black smoke pouring out from the tail and make a cloud of black smoke.
The great shadow wolf stand up again, taking a distance away from her. And yes, Gatto Nera has precede its animal instinct. Gatto Nera is already at the top of the beast head, leaning on her fist and relaxing like there's another day for tomorrow.
"Seems like that I am done here." said Gatto Nera.
With her elbow, Gatto Nera smash the great wolf head and disperse its whole body into a black cloud. The great shadow wolf fall, dispersed into a black cloud and turn back into the magic contained mist again. Yet the unturned one leaf left unturned. Forming a shadow of a wolf trying to bite her head once again.
Gatto Nera didn't take a single sight from it, she completely ignore the last shadow wolf attack. Cause of course she know, a bullet created from the darkness of the world is coming towards her in high speed. The bullet then piercing the shadow wolf head, leaving a great hole on its head.
Gatto Nera smile, turning her head to the sideways. A wind blows her head as the bullet completely destroying the wolf's head.
The wolves then completely dispersed by both of them, relentless and cold Gatto Nera didn't gave any single chance the shadow wolf to attack her. The shadow wolf is completely defeated by her and with a slight help from her master.
"You took my credit. But whatever, I am your servant after all."

"Haaaa.... is that the danger you are talking about?" said Gatto Nera while swinging her right arm.
Gatto Nera walks in and join the circle. The landlord and Cade seems done cleaning up, they are ready for going back home. Cade has put the rifle back into his empty guitar case, the landlord carrying so many mushroom using a basket beneath her armpit.
"Thanks for your hard work, Nera. As I promised to Cade earlier, your dinner is going to be a chicken noodle with trumple mushroom." thank the landlord.
"I wonder, Cade is trying to reject it at first, right ? What a stupid master he is."
"Nera, behave!" said Cade while hit her right in the head. "Sorry for that, ahaha....."
"It's all good, you two have such good relationship." the landlord having a good time but then one of her mushroom fall. She immediately kick the mushroom to put it back to the basket again, "Well then, shall we back home ?"
Cade and Nera nod their head, Nera immediately put her gauntlet away and get ready for the one ride back. Cade face looks fresh while Nera showing the otherwise. She hold her step for once after remembering how they got home right now. But then Cade put his hand on her head and then pat her gently.
Nera frowned, though she didn't like it but she has no choice since it also make her calm in a weird way. She get on the Bokko, putting both of her arms on her head, and ducking as low as possible. Before the bokko even lift its leg, Nera is already feeling uneasy.
"I hope this time won't ---UUUWWWAAAAAHHHHH...."
And so, they went home peacefully. Though Nera is loud along the way, she admit deep inside her heart that she didn't despise it even a little. She enjoyed the way back home together with both of them. Yes, she's still loud even after the landlord get them both off the bokko.
