"It's alright," Amaya said with a caring voice. "It's nothing to be ashamed about. Nowadays, it's very common for someone to be attracted to the same gender."
Her response caused Jayce's face to cringe as a mental image of him and another man, causing Amaya to snicker.
After witnessing Jayce's encounter with the female question, Amaya came to the logical conclusion that he had turned her down so harshly because he wasn't interested in women.
However, when she brought it up, the simple recoil from Jayce's expression made it clear that her assumption was very wrong. Yet, instead of dropping the subject, she kept bringing it up for one single reason.
