"Why did you agree in getting that necklace, Miss Maria? I'm sure you know the dangers that comes along with it." Cen whispered to Maria as they arrived at the Seal Shop.
"I did it because I know that the Izumo won't be crazy about this item. I'm sure that they can just easily make one, but it is also true that once they know that we have one, they'll hunt us down. Besides, the item can be easily hidden, Rem just needs to wear it behind his clothes and it will be good to go. And if they ever find out, then I'll just handle it." Maria answered with a confident smile. Cen nodded since she also thinks that Izumo won't be that set on in finding the necklace.
"Hello! What kind of Seal do you intend to buy?" A woman greeted as the group look around the shop. It was full of yellow paper seals that has many different signs in it. They were stored in cabinets that was see through. Rem didn't know what was the meaning behind the symbols in the seals and he was curious how this were made.
"We're looking for a Knight and Mercenary Seal." Maria answered.
"Alright, I'll be getting you one then. Is that all?" The seller asked.
"Yes, thank you."
The woman left as she took two seals from one of the cabinets, and went back to give it to the group.
"This one is the Knight seal while this is the Mercenary Seal. That would be 40,000 gold each." Rem's eyes widen from hearing the price. It was expensive but it was understandable since it was a shortcut to bypass the requirements to change classes.
"Here you go." Maria passed another pay check to which the seller took. Once they paid, Rem's group left the shop.
"Happy doing business with you!" The woman said as she waves at the leaving figures.
"How does this seals work, sister?" Rem asked as he looks at the seal in Olly's hand.
"You just need to rip the seal in half and it will do it's job. Once you've rip it, some knowledge will pour into you. It can sometimes teach you some spells and skills. When I first ripped the Shrine Maiden class Seal, I learned how to naturally use the Heal spell. It also taught me how to handle the staff to some extent." Olly explained.
"Yup, it basically teaches the things you need to require to change classes to your preferred one. This is also the reason why it's expensive but it's worth it after all." Cen added.
"Right, keep your seals for now. Protect it well, it is too expensive to be lost. Our next stop would be buying your needed equipment for your new classes. My money is getting consumed at a fast rate compared to losing in a gambling game." Maria sighed making the group giggle.
The hours passed with them just buying around in the town to buy equipment. Olly bought an armor but it was not the standard full body armor that the Knights wore. She got a pink breastplate, gardbrace, and gauntlets to cover her upper body while cuisse, poleyne, and greaves for her lower part. Her upper body was not fully covered because she felt suffocated in wearing a full body armor. She then got a pink shield in a shape of an heart that was about half of her height. She was having a hard time moving around it but she can handle it in time. She also took a standard spear for her weapon. She looked like a cosplayer than a real knight.
As for Cen, she only wore a few pieces of armor like a black breastplate, gardbrace, and a knee guard. She then took a slim sword that looked like a rapier. That was all she got since she wanted to light and fast.
"Let's start the class changing then!" Olly excitedly said as they got home. She tried to jump but was having a hard time to do so because of the armor she was wearing. She didn't removed it since she wanted to get used to it already.
"Sure." Cen replied. Rem followed them since he was curious to what will happen. They went to their living room, and once they are there, Olly and Cen ripped their seals. A white glow came out of the seals, the glow then floated and went towards the heads of Cen and Olly. Once that was done, they closed their eyes and stayed still while standing.
"Don't disturb them, little Rem. They are in a vulnerable state since they are absorbing tons of knowledge at the moment. Come with me instead in the kitchen as I cook for dinner." Maria suggested.
"Yes, Miss Maria." Rem nodded as he looked one last time at the two standing women. He already saw what he wanted to see so it was better to do something else at the moment. While waiting, Rem took out the Izumo's Pendant of Vigor and started to cover the jade with a small cloth. It only took a few minutes to do, and he wore it afterwards. He can feel that his exhaustion was healing at a faster rate than before.
Almost 30 minutes passed when Cen and Olly arrived at the kitchen, they both looked drained as if they didn't slept for days.
"This is what I hate about seals. It consumes so much mental strength in using one." Olly grumbled at she seats in a chair. Cen just nodded as she lays her head on the table.
'Using seals have side effects? If feeling drained is the only side effect then it is worth it.' Rem thought as he looks at the two.

The day passed like that with Maria and Rem taking care of the two women. In the morning, they went back to normal. Rem woke up seeing Cen handling the sword as if she was a soldier. It was not great but it was still amazing since she just started to use the sword.
"Seals are really useful. I can handle the sword as if I trained with it for months." Cen muttered.
"That's true. I can even feel like the shield and armor I'm wearing is lighter." Olly says as she lifts the shield easily. She then made some jabs at the air with her spear easily.
"Let's go take a spar." Cen suggested as Olly nods. Rem did his daily routine of training too which was trying to partially transform a part of his body. He still can't do it until now, and the only thing he has achieved is cover his hand with black hair.
"I'll be going out, little Rem. Joshua has arrived in town, and he wants to meet me. When I get back, I'll start teaching you with some spells." Maria played with Rem's hair before leaving.
"Girls! I'm going out. Take care of Rem, and make sure to eat breakfast!" Maria shouted one last time as the girls nods.

"Sister Nyx, what are you reading?" Rem asked as he rest from his training with Sean.
"Just some tomes, Kein." Nyx replied with a smile. Days passed, and she was fully healed now and can move her body like before. She can practically go out of the tribe now but she can't help but stay because of Rem. She always feel warm when Rem calls her 'sister Nyx'.
"You should leave, Nyx. You're fully healed now, and you are over staying your welcome here." Sean spat making Nyx frown.
"You are correct, child. I should get going for I am intruding your tribe." Nyx replied as she closes her book. She didn't want to leave but she has to considering that she's an outsider.
"Don't go, sister Nyx!" Rem shouted. Nyx was already in his grasp and he won't let her escape. She was a great asset after all. A soldier that can be part of his army in the future.
"I can not stay, Rem. Your tribe will not allow a monstrosity in it's vicinity. It is for the best that I leave." Nyx explained. Rem stubbornly held her making her smile. She liked it when Rem was attach to her like this, she felt welcomed and accepted,
"I don't care if you see yourself and the others as a monster, sister Nyx. All I see in front of me is my sister. The person who tells me stories in our free time. A person who cares about others despite them hating her. A person who plays with me unlike the others. So please, don't go. Don't let sister Nyx go, Sean." Rem begs. Nyx felt her eyes pricking as she tries to hold back her tears. Not once did someone told her these words, she held Rem back tight as she too didn't want to leave.
Seeing the scene, Sean felt guilty from forcing Nyx to leave. He knows how attach Rem had became with her. Rem was always with Nyx since the past week. He just felt having Nyx around is dangerous despite not finding anything suspicious of her. Everyday, she would just read and tell stories to Rem. She sometimes play with Rem even though she was reluctant. He never saw a trace of danger around her.
"Just let her stay for awhile, Sean. Just until when the alpha and Miss Nie return. We'll ask for their judgement at this matter. What do you think?" Ven suggested as she didn't want to see her young master like this. She also felt that Nyx was not a danger to them, at least for their tribe and Rem.
"...Fine. You can stay Nyx but remember that I'm always watching you." Sean said as he turn back not wanting to see her.
"Thank you, child." Nyx smiled as she held Rem.
"Could you please stop calling me a child!? I'm Sean, just call me that." Nyx nodded.
"You are practically a child in the height department though." Hane teased.
"I don't need your opinion, flat woman!"
