-----------------------------
As dawn broke over the Revolutionary Army's hidden dock, three ships sailed into view - the Going Merry, a Revolutionary vessel, and a small boat being towed between them. The dock was cleverly concealed within a natural cave system, its entrance hidden by strategic rock formations and clever use of camouflage.
"Amazing!" Chopper's eyes sparkled as they entered. "I can't even see the entrance from inside!"
"The Revolutionary Army has perfected the art of hiding in plain sight," Robin explained with a small smile.
As they docked, repair crews immediately swarmed the ships, assessing damage and beginning work. As the ships settled into their berths, a News Coo seagull circled overhead before landing on Merry's railing with an expectant look.
"Might as well see what chaos we've caused," Nami sighed, tossing a coin to the bird and taking the newspaper. Her eyes immediately went wide, the paper slipping from her suddenly numb fingers.
"Nami?" Robin asked, concerned by her reaction.
"You... you might want to see this," Nami's voice trembled as she picked up the fallen paper.
There, splashed across the front page in bold letters:
"THE CRAZY FAMILY TREE: MARINE HERO'S LEGACY OF CHAOS!"
Below the headline was a dramatic photo of Garp facing off against his three grandsons, their combined attacks lighting up the sky. Smaller photos showed individual shots of Luffy, Ace, and Sabo, along with their updated bounty posters.
"SHISHISHI! We look cool!" Luffy grinned, peering over Nami's shoulder.
"THAT'S NOT THE POINT!" Everyone shouted.
But there was more. On the lower half of the page:
"WARLORD'S BETRAYAL: THE HIDDEN TRUTH OF ALABASTA" The article featured Crocodile in chains, accompanied by detailed exposés of his manipulation of the kingdom and the Dance Powder conspiracy.
The group gathers around Nami, reading the newspaper intently. Robin and Sabo exchanged knowing glances, their eyes catching the subtle political maneuvering in the article.
"Look," Robin pointed out quietly to Sabo, "Captain Hina is being credited with Crocodile's defeat, while Smoker is mentioned as a supporting character who helped with the bomb and spy situation."
Sabo nodded, a wry smile crossing his face. "Classic Marine propaganda. They're managing the narrative to maintain their image while minimizing potential political fallout."
Nami leaned in, her navigator's mind analyzing the strategic placement of information. "They're creating a controlled version of events that makes the Marines look competent without admitting how close they came to a complete disaster."
"Exactly," Sabo agreed. "By focusing on Hina and Smoker, they're presenting a neat, manageable story that doesn't reveal how much chaos actually occurred."
Meanwhile, Usopp was frantically scanning the bottom of the page, his hands shaking as he looked at the bounty section.
"M-my bounty..." he whispered, his voice cracking. "30 million?!"
"Congratulations!" Luffy beamed, completely missing Usopp's terror.
"THAT'S NOT A CONGRATULATIONS MOMENT!" Usopp wailed, falling to his knees. "30 MILLION?! I'M A TARGET NOW! REAL PIRATES ARE GOING TO COME AFTER ME!"
Zoro glanced at his own bounty of 60 million and shrugged. "Stop whining. It's not that bad."
"NOT THAT BAD?!" Usopp's panic reached new heights. "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! I'M NOT A REAL FIGHTER LIKE YOU!"
Chopper, however, was staring at his bounty with confusion. "Wait... 1000 beli? THEY THINK I'M A PET?!"
"Shishishi!" Luffy laughed. "That's funny!"
"IT'S NOT FUNNY!" Chopper transformed into his Heavy Point, growing larger in frustration. "I'M A REAL DOCTOR!"
Sanji stared at his bounty poster, his face turning pale as he saw the image - a shot of him with a massive bruise from where Nami had struck him, his hair disheveled, and his eye swollen shut.
"NOOOOO!" Sanji wailed dramatically. "This is the most unflattering picture EVER! How can Nami-swan and Robin-chwan see me like this?!"
Zoro smirked, unable to resist adding fuel to the fire. "Ha! At least you got 55 million. Not bad for someone who looks like he just lost a fight with a hurricane."
"WHAT WAS THAT, MARIMO?!" Sanji's leg immediately shot up in anger.
"You heard me, dart-brow!" Zoro drew his sword. "At least my poster makes me look cool!"
"COOL?!" Sanji scoffed. "You look like you just rolled out of a trash heap!"
Nami sighed, rubbing her temples. "Here we go again..."
Robin smiled, watching the chaos with amusement. "Some things never change."
Chopper, still frustrated about his 1000 beli bounty, joined in. "I'M A REAL DOCTOR, NOT A PET!"
"Shishishi!" Luffy laughed, completely entertained by the entire scene. "You guys are funny!"
Nami suddenly realized her own bounty and went pale. "16 million?! Oh no, now I'm a target too!" She started pacing nervously. "I'm not a fighter! I'm just a navigator!!"
"Shishishi!" Luffy laughed. "Don't worry, Nami! We'll protect you!"
"THAT'S NOT REASSURING!" Nami shouted, her panic increasing.
Meanwhile, Ace and Sabo were comparing their bounties with competitive energy.
"600 million!" Ace declared proudly. "Not bad, right?"
Sabo raised an eyebrow. "Same as you, actually. Looks like we're equally dangerous."
"Want to test who's stronger?" Ace's flames flickered playfully around his shoulders.
"Bring it on!" Sabo twirled his pipe, a challenging grin spreading across his face.
"NOT HERE!" Nami shouted, knowing full well what would happen if they started fighting on the ship.
Robin, meanwhile, was examining her bounty poster with a more contemplative expression. Koala noticed her thoughtful look and approached.
"Something on your mind?" Koala asked, leaning against the railing.
Robin's voice was heavy with concern as she spoke to Koala. "The World Government raising my bounty means they're taking us seriously now. They might start sending their real heavy hitters after us - Admiral-level fighters." She looked down, her fingers tracing the edge of the bounty poster. "I'm worried we're not ready. Luffy's strong, but an Admiral... that's a different level entirely."
Koala could see the weight of past experiences in Robin's eyes - memories of years of running, of watching powerful enemies crush everything in their path.
Before Koala could respond, Zoro's voice cut through her thoughts. "Don't worry," he said casually, cleaning his sword. "We'll become stronger. Have you seen Luffy's current power? That rubber idiot doesn't know how to give up."
"Ah, Zoro-san is right!" Sanji chimed in, hearts in his eyes. "Don't worry, Robin-chwan! No matter what happens, I'll protect you with my life! I'll kick any Admiral who comes near you!"
Luffy, overhearing this, bounced over. "SHISHISHI! We'll beat anyone who tries to hurt our nakama!"
Robin couldn't help but smile, a genuine warmth replacing her earlier concern. "You're all idiots," she said softly, but her voice had nothing but fondness.
Koala leaned in closer to Robin. "See?" she whispered. "You're not alone anymore. These people - they're not just your crew. They're your family."
"Family..." Robin repeated the word, still somewhat unfamiliar with its true meaning.
"MEAT!" Luffy suddenly shouted, completely breaking the moment.
"YOU JUST ATE!" Everyone shouted simultaneously.
Meanwhile, around the world, there are different reactions to Straw hat pirates' bounties and the news about what happened in alabasta.
[East Blue]
[In Foosha Village]
Inside Makino's tavern, the atmosphere was charged with emotion. The bounty posters of Luffy, Ace, and Sabo were carefully pinned to the wall, right next to the spot where Shanks used to sit during his visits.
Makino's hand lingered on the posters, her fingers tracing the images of the three brothers. A soft, proud smile spread across her face, her eyes glistening with unshed tears.
"Those are my boys," she whispered, her voice filled with a mixture of maternal pride and love.
Around her, the villagers of Foosha Village had crowded into the tavern, their excitement palpable. Drinks were being passed around, and animated conversations filled the air.
"200 MILLION BELI!" Someone shouted, raising a mug. "Our Luffy's become a big-time pirate!"
"But when did he get two brothers?!" Another villager asked in confusion, studying the posters.
Mayor Woop Slap stood near the bar, trying to maintain his usual stern demeanor. "LISTEN HERE, YOU IDIOTS!" he bellowed, but the tears welling in his eyes betrayed his true emotions.
"Sabo... he's alive," he whispered, his gruff voice cracking.
In a corner of the tavern, Dadan and her mountain bandits were an emotional mess. The tough criminals were openly weeping, their rough exteriors completely stripped away.
Dadan was crying the hardest, her massive frame shaking with emotion. "My boys," she sobbed. "Look how strong they've become!"
Makino continued to look at the posters, her smile never wavering. The tavern was a mixture of celebration, confusion, and overwhelming pride - a testament to the incredible journey of three boys who had grown into legendary figures.
A massive sea king stirred in the waters near Foosha Village, far beneath the surface where sunlight barely penetrated. The vibrations of celebration from the village above had reached even his domain, and though he couldn't understand human language, he could sense the joy and excitement.
The sea king remembered a promise. It was a promise made to a small, determined boy with a straw hat: to protect the village and watch over the boy's home until he returned.
[Shimotsuki Village]
In Shimotsuki Village, the news of the bounties spread like wildfire, centered around the local dojo where Zoro's childhood memories were forged.
Kuina's father, Koushirou, carefully examined Zoro's bounty poster with a complex mix of emotions. At 60 million beli, his adopted son had far surpassed anyone's expectations. The poster showed Zoro in his typical fierce stance, with three swords drawn, embodying the spirit of a true swordsman.
"Zoro..." Koushirou whispered, a proud smile breaking through his usually stoic expression. "You've truly become strong."
Around the dojo, young students whispered and pointed at the poster. "Is this really Zoro-san? The same boy who used to train here?"
An elderly villager chuckled. "That boy always said he'd become the world's greatest swordsman. Looks like he's on his way."
Koushirou's fingers traced the poster, remembering a promise made years ago - a promise Zoro made to Kuina before her tragic death. The dream they both shared was slowly becoming reality.
"Kuina," he murmured, "he's carrying both our dreams now."
[Syrup Village]
In Usopp's hometown, the reaction was equally dramatic. Kaya sat by her window, reading the newspaper with trembling hands.
"30 million beli?" she whispered, her eyes wide with a mixture of pride and concern. "Oh, Usopp..."
The village was abuzz with excitement. Usopp's childhood friends and neighbors who once laughed at his tall tales were now looking at his bounty poster with newfound respect.
"Our Usopp is a real pirate now!" They exclaimed, passing around copies of the newspaper.
[Cocoyasi Village]
Nami's hometown had its own unique reaction. Nojiko stood in the tangerine grove, holding Nami's bounty poster with a mix of pride and worry.
"16 million..." she murmured. "You've come so far, little sister."
The villagers who once knew Nami as a thief and con artist now looked at her poster with a sense of redemption. They remembered her struggles, her fight against Arlong, and how she had saved their island.
"She's not just a thief anymore," an old fisherman commented. "She's a real pirate now. A hero."
[Baratie Restaurant]
"55 million beli?" Patty burst out laughing, pointing at Sanji's bruised poster. "Look at this! He looks like he got beaten up by a girl!"
The kitchen staff erupted in raucous laughter, pointing and mocking the unflattering image of Sanji.
"What a terrible poster!" Carne howled, wiping tears from his eyes. "Is this really a wanted pirate?"
Zeff remained silent, but there was a hint of amusement in his eye.
Patty suddenly stood up, striking a dramatic pose. "With this kind of bounty, I could open a restaurant that would make the Baratie look like a street cart! I'll become more famous than this dart-brow!"
The kitchen exploded with more laughter, the mockery good-natured but relentless.
"Maybe we should start taking cooking lessons from him!" one chef shouted, causing another round of hysterical laughter.
Zeff just shook his head, a subtle smirk playing on his lips. The restaurant might mock Sanji, but there was an underlying current of pride beneath the jokes.
[Grandline-Paradise]
[Drum Kingdom]
In Drum's snowy landscapes, the news of Chopper's bounty caused quite a stir. The doctors and citizens were torn between amusement and indignation.
"1000 beli?!" Doctor Kureha cackled, her laughter echoing through the castle. "They think my apprentice is a pet?!"
The other doctors looked at the poster, some laughing, some shaking their heads in disbelief.
"A medical genius reduced to a 'pet' bounty," one muttered. "The World Government has no sense."
But beneath the humor, there was pride. Chopper had become something more than they could have imagined - a pirate doctor who chose his own path.
[Revolutionary Army Headquarters]
Dragon examined the bounty posters of his son and the other commanders with a calculated gaze. Sabo's increase to 600 million didn't surprise him, but Luffy's jump to 200 million caught his attention.
"He's growing faster than I anticipated," he commented.
The Revolutionary Army headquarters was alive with discussions about the Straw Hats' growing influence and the potential political ramifications of their actions in Alabasta.
[New world]
[Whitebeard Pirates]
On the Moby Dick, the atmosphere was of pride and joy. Ace's bounty had risen to 600 million, and the news of his reunion with his brothers and their combined actions had everyone talking.
Whitebeard looked at the newspaper, a massive grin spreading across his face. "Those brats are causing quite a stir," he chuckled.
Marco, standing nearby, shook his head. "They're going to turn the world upside down, yoi."
"Isn't that what we want?" Whitebeard laughed, his voice booming across the ship.
[Red Hair Pirates]
Aboard the Red Hair Pirates' ship, Shanks studied the bounty posters with pride and amusement. His protégé, Luffy, had now reached 200 million beli - a testament to the potential Shanks had seen in him years ago.
"Would you look at that," Shanks said, passing the newspaper to Benn Beckman. "The kid's really making waves."
Benn took a long drag of his cigarette, studying the poster carefully. "200 million at this age? Not bad at all."
Lucky Roo, munching on a piece of meat, peered over Shanks' shoulder. "Look at those brothers! All of them with massive bounties!"
Yasopp couldn't help but beam with pride. "Usopp's got 30 million! My boy's becoming a real pirate!"
Shanks laughed, a deep, genuine sound of pure joy. "That kid we met in East Blue is changing the world, one adventure at a time."
The crew around him cheered, raising their mugs in a toast to Luffy's growing legend.
[Grandline]
[Kuraigana Island]
In the stark, gothic castle of Kuraigana Island, Dracule Mihawk sat in his study, the morning light filtering through tall, narrow windows. The newspaper lay spread before him, his golden eyes carefully scanning the bounty posters and headlines.
His gaze lingered longest on Zoro's bounty poster - 60 million beli. A faint, almost imperceptible smirk crossed his face.
"Not bad, young swordsman," Mihawk murmured to himself. "But still far from your ultimate goal."
[Garp-warship]
Vice Admiral Garp sat munching rice crackers, his massive frame filling the captain's chair. The newspaper lay spread before him, his weathered hands holding the pages as his grandson's bounty poster stared back at him.
"BWAHAHA!" His booming laugh suddenly erupted, startling nearby Marines. "200 MILLION BELI! MY GRANDSON!"
The surrounding officers exchanged nervous glances. Captain Smoker, standing nearby, took a long drag of his cigars. "Vice Admiral, this isn't something to be proud about. Those are pirates."
"PIRATES?!" Garp's shark-toothed grin widened. "THEY'RE MY GRANDSONS! OF COURSE THEY'RE IMPRESSIVE!"
"Sir," Doberman interjected stiffly, "Straw Hat Luffy has become a significant threat. His actions in Alabasta-"
"THREAT?!" Garp slammed his hand on the table, cracking the wooden surface. "HE SAVED A KINGDOM! THAT'S WHAT A HERO DOES!"
The Marines collectively sweatdropped. This was NOT how a Marine hero was supposed to react.
"LOOK AT THESE BOUNTIES!" Garp held up the posters. "600 MILLION FOR ACE! 600 MILLION FOR SABO! 200 MILLION FOR LUFFY!"
"Sir," Smoker's cigarettes were practically steaming, "these are WANTED PIRATES."
"BWAHAHA!" Garp wiped a tear from his eye. "MY BOYS ARE BECOMING SO STRONG!"
"THIS ISN'T A PROUD GRANDFATHER MOMENT!" The entire ship's crew shouted with shark teeth.
Doberman pinched the bridge of his nose. "Fleet Admiral Sengoku is going to have an aneurysm."
"Speaking of which," Garp's expression suddenly turned serious, "I need to call the old goat and brag about my grandsons!"
As Garp reached for the Den Den Mushi, the Marines could only watch in horror, knowing their Fleet Admiral was about to receive another headache-inducing call.
[Global Reaction]
Across the world, the news of the Straw Hat Pirates' exploits and new bounties sent ripples through every major power structure. Marines discussed the implications in their bases, World Government officials held emergency meetings, and pirates everywhere took note of the rising stars.
Back at the Revolutionary Army's hidden dock, the Straw Hat crew continued their chaotic celebration, completely unaware of the global conversations their bounties were sparking.
"MEAT!" Luffy shouted again, breaking the momentary serious atmosphere.
"YOU JUST ATE!" Everyone shouted in unison, a familiar rhythm of exasperation and love.
And so, another chapter in the Straw Hat Pirates' legendary journey continued, with chaos, laughter, and an unbreakable bond of nakama.
